The main area of recruitment is for our Enter and View activity and be the lead for Social Care Outreach. You will need to be able to work flexibly from both the home base and the office, with the need to travel extensively throughout Warrington.
The individual will also support volunteers to ensure they have everything they need to conduct tasks effectively and safely, and feel fully informed about our work, mission, and values as a Community Interest Company.
You will need to be flexible, and adaptive and motivated to look at ways we can diversify our volunteering opportunities and help individuals take action to empower local people and get their voices heard about health and social care. You will also be working with external organisations and partners, so you will need excellent communication and time management skills.

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Finance Team in the role of Finance Assistant.
The Finance Assistant supports all aspects of the Hallé’s work at the Bridgewater Hall, the Hallé Venues and concert halls across the UK.
The Finance Assistant works in a department currently comprising Finance Director, Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager and Finance Assistant.
The department is responsible for all aspects of the financial affairs of the Society and its related trusts. The Finance Assistant is responsible to the Assistant Finance Manager.
They take responsibility for processing the day-to-day transactions of the company across purchase ledger, sales ledger and the cash book, and ensure the smooth operation of the office. They will also need to work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Hallé as well as with external customers and suppliers.
The post is full-time permanent based on a 36.25-hour week. Our core office hours are 09.00-17:15, from Monday to Friday. There is an option to work up to 50% of hours from home.
Consideration will be given to applicants wanting to work part-time at an appropriate level to meet the requirements of the role.

We Are Survivors are looking for an individual, who has the passion, motivation, and keen eye for detail to come and join its ever-growing (and utterly amazing) Central Operations Directorate, as our new Admin Co-Ordinator.
For the past 15 years, We Are Survivors has provided survivor-focused therapeutic and advocacy support to male victims/survivors of sexual abuse, rape, and sexual exploitation. More recently, we have been commissioned by NHS England to provide trauma-informed support within each North West prison establishment.
Each of the incredible survivors and individuals that walks through our doors or requests our support, begins their journey by completing a referral, you will help support the processing of these – from referral opening to closure. As well as supporting the Operations Team in the maintenance of high-quality client data and providing other general administrative functions that helps the running of our support services.
In return for your time, experience, and commitment to the organisation, you will receive an annual salary of £24,150; 25 days annual leave (increasing annually by 1 day to max of 30 days) plus bank holidays; birthday leave; company sick pay; monthly supervision; pension contribution; and a range of benefits and training opportunities.
