Job description

As the Director of People and Culture, you will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of People & Culture within the organisation. You will work closely with the CEO, Leadership Team, Governance Team and Board of Trustees to develop a positive, inclusive and people-focused culture, while ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, performance management and people policies across the organisation.

What you'll do 

  • Lead the organisation’s People & Culture strategy, ensuring it supports our charitable purpose, organisational priorities and values.
  • Provide strategic leadership and advice on workforce planning, recruitment, reward, employee relations, organisational development and change.
  • Lead the development of a positive, inclusive and values-led culture, supporting employee engagement, wellbeing, learning, performance and retention.
  • Oversee People & Culture governance, policies, systems, compliance and workforce reporting, providing assurance and recommendations to senior leaders and the Board.
