Main purpose of Job:
Management of day-to-day parish activities including the general administration of the Parish Office, the running of all church operations, including building, fabric, communications, and the organisation of social, outreach and fundraising events (including publicity and marketing) that support the life and ministry of this diverse, vibrant and inclusive church in the modern catholic tradition of the Church of England.

We seek a Parish Administrator & Events Co-ordinator who will help us continue to grow as a community space as we seek to increase our revenue from available spaces to hire and increase our activity in terms of marketing, communications and events, as part of our mission alongside our local community. Main Duties and Responsibilities & Person Specification:
The Parish Administrator & Events Co-Ordinator is a key person in the life of St Peter’s who works closely with the Vicar, Treasurer, Director of Music, Churchwardens, PCC, regular volunteers and the wider community of De Beauvoir Town. This role is both administrative and a key personal contact for the many individuals and groups in the life of St Peter’s.

Main Purpose of the Role
The Media, Production and Sound Technician is a key role within the Creative and Worship teams, with responsibility for the provision of sound, visual and technical support for St Stephen’s Worship, Communications and Media production ministry.
Key objectives
· To enable the church’s worship through excellent sound, visual, staging and production of all services and special events (including online).
· To continuously recruit, train, oversee and support volunteer teams for sound, lighting and VPS.

POSITION SUMMARY
Business Launchpad wishes to hire a highly organised, process-driven individual to oversee operations for its Tooting Works business centre.
As a key member of the Tooting Works team, the Operations Manager oversees the renting of our office units, tenant relations, and building maintenance and management, among other things. The post holder ensures the centre is run to a high standard, including excellent customer service, compliance with all current building and health and safety legislation, a high occupancy level and operation within budget.
The Operations Manager line manages four team members, making up the lettings team and the maintenance team, and works closely with other teams, including marketing, finance and the delivery team for the Business Launchpad charity.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Centre Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business centre, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly, and that the lettings process is compliant and well-managed.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality, including opportunities to digitise procedures and services.
- Manage building improvement and repair projects in collaboration with the maintenance team and the operations director.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage risk assessments.

Customer Service
- Act as a point of contact for tenants, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

The Mass Market team’s mission is to inspire the UK public to financially support the IRC in order to help people impacted by conflict and disaster. The main purpose of this role is to support the Director, Mass Markets UK in generating long-term sustainable growth, maximising net unrestricted revenue and developing a supporter-centric fundraising model.
As the Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the Acquisition strategy and programme across cause and prize-led programmes, supported by a team of three. You will be responsible for significantly growing the supporter base and meeting income targets by optimising our multi-channel cash and regular giving programmes and expanding into new products, channels and audiences. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategy and programme development (50%)
- In consultation with Director of Mass Markets, UK, lead on the development, implementation and monitoring of the UK Acquisition strategy and operational plan
· Maintain and develop a monitoring and reporting framework for acquisition activity and associated KPIs that show the performance of the acquisition strategy
- Oversee donor acquisition and revenue activities across cash, regular giving, lead gen, lottery and the mid-level portfolio

Main purpose of the post
We are seeking to appoint a Research Funding Manager with experience in managing the development and submissions process for successful research bids, to be part of a wider team that spearheads RUSI’s research fundraising efforts. Reporting to the Director, Research Business Development, the successful candidate will lead the process for preparing high-value bids, including drafting sections of the narrative and reviewing budgets, and be responsible for building central resources to improve and facilitate effective business development operations. Key tasks

For UK Government, US Government, EU and Canadian Government bids, and bids over £100,000 value to RUSI:

End-to-end project management of high-quality bids, including tender responses, funding applications and requests to participate.

Manage internal and external communications to ensure that the RUSI team, and partners, are aware of evaluation criteria, key themes, deadlines, and other critical information. Agree roles, responsibilities and timelines between key stakeholders.

Compile and arrange high-quality and compelling bid language working with subject matter experts, draft responses to institutional questions, and offer quality assurance ahead of submission.

Review project budgets to be signed off by RUSI’s COO, ensuring that they are prepared consistently and in line with RUSI policies and funder requirements, working with RUSI research teams to achieve this.

Global Greengrants Fund (GGF) supports grassroots activists and civil society organisations around the world working to address environmental and social justice in over 160 countries. GGF applies a participatory and decentralised model in making grants to grassroots groups through regional and thematic boards of advisors, global partner networks and independent funds, to support grassroots environmental and social justice action.
Global Greengrants Fund comprises two organisations located in the USA, Global Greengrants Fund Inc (established in 1993), and Global Greengrants Fund UK (established in 2012). The role
Global Greengrants Fund UK is looking to hire an energetic and passionate individual who will play a key role in collaborating across teams to support the Executive Director and senior leadership team to become more effective and strategic in their work. They will provide support to the leadership and governance of the organisation, working closely with the Executive Director, Director of Philanthropic Partnerships, Director of Finance and Operations and other team members as required to provide high-quality administrative and communications support to the organisation. The Executive Administrator will build strong relationships across GGF’s global team. The Executive Administrator will perform key support and clerical functions - preparing correspondence, research and briefings, handling confidential information, and taking notes at meetings. They will also support the management of large, often cross-functional organisation-wide initiatives, bringing together important stakeholders to help drive decisions. They will be responsible for calendar management (arranging conference calls among vast time zones) and travel logistics.
In the present accountability structures, the Executive Administrator reports to the Executive Director while building and working in more collaborative ways.
The candidate profile.
The successful applicant will have significant relevant experience in a similar role in a charitable, environmental, development, and/or grant-making organisation. They demonstrate knowledge and experience in charity/nonprofit administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy of work and demonstrate precise attention to detail. They have experience dealing with administrative processes and office administration, especially in a non-profit, remote organisation. They will have skills to give, receive and work with feedback constructively. They must be meticulous with exceptionally strong follow-up and follow-through skills and have the ability to work under high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines. They should have excellent interpersonal understanding, relationship building, and interpersonal skills to build strong alliances with diverse constituencies with experience working with diverse communities from multiple identities across the globe, in a virtual environment.
They also thrive in a virtual environment, motivated to take on challenges and collaboratively find innovative and creative solutions.
English fluency is a must.
