The Training Lead - Projects & DFTP (Digital First Transformation Programme) will design, develop and deliver training strategies and plans that successfully support and empower stakeholders to adopt new systems, products, processes and ways of working that align to the MHFA England strategy. The postholder will provide business partnering support to all directorates, working with directors, strategic leads, business SMEs and external stakeholders to identify training needs that will lead to high levels of change readiness and adoption. The central focus will be the implementation of MHFA England’s Digital First Transformation Programme.

The role will be involved in producing and analysing data to inform and feed into the People team strategy, especially for the first three months. Working closely with the Head of People, Wellbeing & Equity and the wider People team and covering for each other as needed, this role will lead on allocated projects pertaining to organisational and individual learning. The role holder will work with the internal stakeholders on developing and delivering interventions to improve communication with, and engagement of, staff and support wellbeing of colleagues. 1. Main Purpose of Job

To drive referrals to and use of, NRAS services from NHS relationships across the UK.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Manager of Philanthropic Fundraising will serve as the cornerstone of administrative support for ULI’s philanthropic fundraising initiatives in Europe. The role will report to the Vice President, Business Development & Membership on a day-to-day basis and work closely with the Chair of the ULI Charitable Trust and CEO ULI Europe. 

The role will have a functional reporting line to the Chief (Philanthropic) Fundraising Officer. This position requires excellent relationship management, organisational and communication skills. 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative and management support to the philanthropic fundraising initiatives of the ULI Charitable Trust (and the CT Board of Trustees / ULIF Europe Committee) and ULI Europe, including fundraising campaigns, processing collections (through ULI CT or ULI Europe) and preparing donor reports in cooperation with the ULI Finance team in the US.  
• Oversee and coordinate design and development of marketing collateral, presentations supporting fundraising campaigns, in collaboration with the ULI Europe Marketing and Communications team. 
• Collaborate closely with team members of the ULI Europe business Development and Membership team, in addition to ULI’s country directors and governance director to support the planning of, and coordinate the implementation of the European philanthropic fundraising strategy determined by ULI Europe (namely by the CT Board of Trustees / ULIF Europe Committee), focusing on both donations from individuals based in Europe and donations from European philanthropic foundations and government programmes;  
• Work with and manage relationships with individual and institutional donors, in close collaboration with the corporate accounts team, CEO, ULI Europe and the Chair of the Charitable Trust / Chair of the ULIF Europe Committee; 
• Work in close collaboration with Research & Advisory Services and ESG Programmes colleagues, to identify and research (third party) philanthropic funding and grant opportunities and assist in the preparation of applications for philanthropic funding from (third party) foundations and government agencies; 
• Coordination of proposal writing for potential foundation funding, in close collaboration with the research, marketing communications and legal and compliance teams.

The Europe Regional Finance program has evolved out of our Financial Regulation and Policy Program that began in 2019 with a narrow focus on European central banks. Since then, we've expanded to shape financial regulation and policy globally to accelerate clean energy and create lasting systemic change in how public finance addresses climate challenges. About The Role

Working closely with the Program Director, the Program Manager adapts and manages the Europe Regional Finance program to ensure the program team delivers on its objectives and goals. The role requires high-level coordination and support to a team working across Europe, leading campaign planning and evaluation processes, grant management, while coordinating the program's budgeting and re-forecasting. 

The Program Manager ensures the effectiveness of the Europe Regional Finance Program by managing and coordinating its various projects, overseeing budgets and grant cycles, implementing team effectiveness initiatives, and supporting the development and execution of program planning, monitoring and evaluation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-million dollar campaign budget, including tracking spending to stay on budget, reporting on our spending to donors and internal audiences, and advising on a partner grants plan and resourcing plan.

Role: Fundraising Supporter Engagement Assistant (Apprentice)

Contract: 13-month fixed term contract with a view to be permanent after completion of apprenticeship

Location: Home-based

Salary: £23,000

Hours: This role is full time (35 hours)

Holiday: 25 week days of annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), increasing by one day for every full year of service (up to 5 years)

Purpose:

Bipolar UK is seeking a Fundraising Supporter Engagement Assistant to aid the Fundraising Team in donor stewardship and to enabling growth in the organisation’s supporter base across all income streams.

This role is an apprenticeship with the apprentice programme starting September 2025, provided by Apprentify - an industry-led apprenticeship provider.

The successful candidate will learn and work on the job at Bipolar UK whilst receiving 20% off-the-job training from industry experts, which will be led through virtual classrooms.

In summary the Fundraising Supporter Engagement Assistant will support the fundraising team in growing the community, individual and events fundraising income streams, and be the first point of contact for all fundraising enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that all our fundraisers and donors are thanked in an appropriate manner, developing a robust stewardship programme.

• Support fundraising volunteers in a professional but empathetic way.

• Provide relevant information and resources to our fundraising volunteers in a timely manner.

• Support the team with sourcing fundraising merchandise and materials.

• Record all supporters’ non-financial information on the CRM in line with our data policies.

• Co-ordinate the challenge events programme and explore new initiatives to help grow this income stream.

• Support the fundraising team with the promotion and delivery of workplace training sessions.

• Help grow membership for our Bipolar Friendly Workplace Scheme and develop effective stewardship plans.

• Become a valued member of the Fundraising team, sharing knowledge and best practice.

• Support other members of the team in the development and delivery of all our fundraising activities.

• Work closely with colleagues to develop robust fundable project proposals that align with current and future growth plans of Bipolar UK.

The Role

As the Chief Finance Officer, you will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of the organisation’s financial functions, with overarching responsibility for financial control, reporting, planning and analysis, and finance operations. • Proven success in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management in a complex, multi-stakeholder setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage audits, lead financial reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting income diversification, including contract-based services, fundraising, and trading subsidiaries.
• Strong track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams, including business partnering and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description
The Jewish Museum London has undergone substantial positive change over the past two years, moving out of our Camden site and moving to a ‘Museum without Walls’ model. With new leadership installed at both lay and staff levels and a consultation process underway for the development of a five and fifteen-year strategy the Museum is looking for a new member of the team to assist in running the day-to-day administration of the organisation.

Our museum is made up of passionate and expert staff and a collection of over 40,000 objects which are both accredited and designated with Outstanding status by Arts Council England. Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team the appointed candidate will have the organisational and administrative skills to ensure the Museum can effectively run its programmes and help grow the organisation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
The main role of the Executive Assistant will be to administrate the activities of the Museum. Organizing key meetings on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team (this will include Finance, Ops, Collections and Learning) will be a key part of the role.
