About the role
This role is key to turning data into insight that drives strategic decisions and deepens supporter relationships. Collaborating across fundraising, digital, and service teams, you’ll proactively identify opportunities, shape analysis, and influence decision-making.
You’ll deliver clear, accessible reporting and dashboards, support and mentor colleagues, and contribute to the development of our data warehouse. You’ll embed segmentation and find ways to include AI into our work and ensure insights are timely, relevant, and easy to understand.
Trusted to work independently and manage competing priorities, you’ll deliver high-impact insight with confidence and clarity. Your expertise will help shape how data is used across the organisation, and your ideas will be welcomed as we continue to evolve our approach.
About you
You’re an experienced analyst who’s confident working independently and partnering with senior stakeholders. You bring a strong track record of translating complex data into actionable insight and influencing decisions at all levels.
You’re comfortable using tools like Power BI and combining supporter and digital data to uncover trends and opportunities. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working with complex and sensitive data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in everything you do. You communicate clearly and adapt your approach to suit different audiences, helping others build confidence with data.
You’re curious about new technologies, including AI, and keen to explore how they can improve our work. You enjoy mentoring others, improving processes, and driving continuous improvement.
Above all, you bring a collaborative mindset and a commitment to making insight meaningful and accessible.

Primary location of role and hybrid working

We’re looking for a Marketing and Events Manager to take the lead in delivering high-profile, high-impact moments and creative materials that bring our mission to life on a global stage.
In this role, you’ll manage an ambitious portfolio of international events – from the King’s Trust Awards in London, celebrating the achievements of extraordinary young people, to the glittering King’s Trust Global Gala in New York, and inspiring regional programme events across the world. Job Purpose:
This role will be based in both HMP Bronzefield and in our community-based hubs in South London, delivering specialist housing support with women impacted by the criminal justice system in prison and the community.
Key responsibility areas
- To deliver an effective accommodation intervention for women impacted by the criminal justice system.
- To develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, such as housing departments, probation, prison, to ensure a collaborative approach to women’s accommodation needs.
- To provide expert advice and support to colleagues, including upskilling through information and training sessions.
- To work with colleagues to take a system change approach to tackling key issues, such as housing, for women affected by the criminal justice system.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Manager to lead our Healthier Lifestyle team which includes a team of 3 part time Project Officers, 2 x Dementia Project officer 1 x Dementia Carers Group Support Adviser and a great team of volunteers.
Addressing health inequalities and fulfilling our mission means that the Healthier Lifestyles service has opportunity to grow and expand. We want to reach younger older people to encourage “Act Now Age Well” . An important element of this role will be looking for opportunities to develop existing services and introduce a new services including some paid services. The Healthier Lifestyles Manager is a member of the Integrated Leadership team to support our One Organisation One team ethos for integrated working and holistic support for the older residents of Croydon.
Some duties will include (but are not limited to) –
- Monitor and manage workload, organise schedules, ensuring that work is purposeful, targets are clear and support staff to reach their potential and feel valued.
- Support staff with regular supervision using the Age UK Croydon Empowerment Striving for Excellence, Innovation process
- Recruit and manage staff in line with Age UK Croydon's policies and guarantee that efficient and effective procedures are in place.
- Oversee recruitment and support for volunteers across the service.
- Carry out regular supervision and appraisals and provide encouragement and support for staff including encouraging skills development and progression

You’re primarily responsible for providing daily administrative support to the helpline and managing written enquiries submitted through the Ask Our Nurses (AON) service. You’re responsible for supporting the nursing and helpline teams with administrative tasks to facilitate the delivery of high-quality nurse-led services
About you
You’re an effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. You’re organised and able to juggle multiple projects and able to work to deadlines. You’re friendly and adaptable as well as being flexible to the needs of the service and the team.
You’ll ideally have experience of using excel to show statistical information and are familiar with the use of a CRM database.
