About You
They are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic data insights manager to help us make the most of our existing data across their organisation, alongside developing new innovations to improve understanding of our supporters, their contribution to nature’s recovery and the values that the public place on nature.

Working directly to the Director for Climate Change and Evidence, the postholder will lead on and manage our existing large-scale data insights projects, including the Great Big Nature Survey (the largest UK-wide survey of nature values); oversee their analysis of internal data collected across the organisation; and undertake data analysis of their external impact, from brand awareness to their major public engagement programmes such as 30 Days’ Wild. Role Summary
The main function of the School Engagement Coordinator role is to
- The School Engagement Coordinator for Northern Ireland serves as a crucial liaison for the Into Film programme in the region. This role involves actively engaging with schools and educators to promote and support their participation in various initiatives related to film, games, and creative media.
- The Engagement Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring that schools and teachers have access to the full range of educational resources, training, and opportunities offered by Into Film. They will collaborate closely with the Northern Ireland team to provide tailored support and foster meaningful connections between schools, the creative arts, and the industry.
Given the nature of the role, the Co-ordinator may need to work occasional weekends and extended hours, as well as travel regularly to designated regions and occasionally elsewhere in the UK.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with schools, teachers, and educational stakeholders across Northern Ireland to raise awareness of Into Film's programmes and resources.
- Deliver a range of educational activities, including school workshops, screenings and industry events, tailored to the needs of the local area.

Addressing Food Poverty
Swindon Food Collective is an independent charity that aims to help people in Swindon, or the surrounding area, who are suffering from financial hardship and finding it difficult to provide food for themselves, their family or dependents.
They receive donations of non-perishable, tinned or dried food and toiletries from churches, schools, local companies, community groups, supermarkets and individuals and currently feed nearly 10,000 people per year; one third of these are children.
They work with many approved organisations, schools, doctors and social workers who can refer people in crisis to us. As well as providing food to address food poverty, they also provide a friendly chat and try to signpost people for further help. Indeed, it is this ‘signposting’ or working with people to enable them to enhance their lives where they see their services evolving. Swindon Food Collective are also reviewing how they can best utilise short-life foods. They operate from a central warehouse and have 11 distribution centres around Swindon and surrounding areas where food parcels can be collected.
The charity is financially sound and has the resources to develop their service offering. They have recently hired a Finance Manager, created a new post as Business Strategy Manager and are also out to market to appoint an Operations Manager.
The role
To lead the charity forward, they are creating the role of Chief Executive Officer for the first time. They are seeking an experienced professional who can lead us not only in addressing food poverty but also helping others to help themselves through forging collaborative working arrangements with other organisations, perhaps even forming a co-operative. The charity is open to new ideas.
Key responsibilities will include:

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of all school migrations while managing the day-to-day relationship with our Microsoft Partner responsible for the technical delivery. Working directly with schools, you will support them through the change process, ensuring seamless migrations that do not impact day-to-day operations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must have:
· 3+ years of infrastructure project management experience, specifically in Office 365 and Exchange online migrations.

Wider relationships will include Digital colleagues embedded in our Impact on Urban Health & Charities teams., and the management of external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as lead for our website, social media channels and any future digital products for the Foundation brand, overseeing the day to day management of these channels and ensuring a pipeline of engaging content that supports communications objectives.
- Take a UX approach to content planning and channel management. Design, test and optimise targeted user journeys across all our channels.
- Take ownership for developing content for our Digital channels, including copy, images, gifs, and other formats of content. At times working alone, or collaborating with the corporate communications team.
- Work highly collaboratively with content and communications colleagues to ensure that our channels support the publication and promotion of our relevant and engaging content.
- Work closely with the corporate communications team, and advise on digital marketing strategy to make sure our website and content are discoverable by our audiences and engaged with, including managing our SEO and paid advertising campaigns via agency partners.
- Develop our measurement and reporting framework, making sure that data and actionable insights are captured and shared with teams to inform day to day decision making ensuring we’re driven by results.

Strategy and planning
• Deliver the existing Community and Events strategy and maximise opportunities for income growth
• Identify and develop new income generating opportunities across Community and Events Fundraising, devising new events and engagement opportunities
