Age UK is recruiting for a Senior Legacy Marketing Manager to lead a high-performing marketing team to plan and deliver, legacy marketing campaigns, managing budgets, performance analysis, pipeline development, and relationship management of our legacy supporters.

Purpose of the job
UK Youth are seeking an exceptional Grants Manager to lead our grant-making processes, ensuring effective distribution of funds to youth-focused organisations. You will play a key role in managing relationships with grantees, supporting capacity-building initiatives, and ensuring funding is used effectively to drive positive outcomes for young people.
Reporting to the Head of Network Development, as part of a wider team leading our network development initiatives, you’ll be responsible for be line managing a Grants Officer and providing much needed and valued support for a sector that delivers life changing impact for young people in a difficult, underinvested landscape. The Role
The purpose of the Communication and Events Officer role is to:
- Communicate National Voices’ all relevant organisational output to members, decision makers, external influencers and media, including policy, improvement, lived experience and insight work.
- Assist the organisation to plan, develop and deliver content and logistics for our operations teams’ internal event commitments, including supporting on the Annual General Meeting, board events and staff team days etc.
- Work with voluntary sector organisations and people with the greatest health and care needs to develop National Voices’ communications positions and deliver against funded project work
The role will be a mix of communications and internal events work, with 75% of the role focused on communications.
Responsibilities
Deliver on our communications work
· Develop engaging content that conveys National Voices messages to members, external stakeholders, and media (including managing the day to day running of social media platforms) to maximise the reach and impact of the organisation’s policy messages and funded project work
· Support the Policy and Communications Manager with media relations activity by drafting media statements, liaising with journalists and other media activity as required
· Create National Voices’ membership content, including member newsletters and member blogs
· Oversee and manage process of external design of National Voices reports with designer
· Manage the comms and events calendar and work with internal and external team to schedule project releases and other events
· Support the maintenance of National Voices’ website, keeping the site up to date and coordinating input and content from National Voices staff and members.
· Coordinate the production of key publications, from liaising with partner organisations to overseeing design and production

Our approach to hybrid working

About the Role

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role
CoppaFeel! is looking for a Head of Public Fundraising who will be responsiblefor leading an emerging department at CoppaFeel! that holds both historic and new income streams.
With an ambitious team, we need someone in this role to engage a diverse audience and raise vital funds to save lives.
You will oversee acquisition and stewardship, maximising income from audiences including individual giving, community, gaming, lottery, legacy and in-memory giving. You will lead in developing and delivering the public fundraising strategy. With a recent review of public fundraising at CoppaFeel!, you will be key in the support and development of unrestricted income, as we invest in new fundraising products, marketing campaigns and growth.
This department is important to our growth at CoppaFeel! and it is an exciting time to join as we are committed to investing in new income streams and need a dynamic, driven leader to drive them forward. You would be able to shape this department and role the way you see it moving forward at CoppaFeel!.
The Head of Public Fundraising will sit within the Fundraising team and report to the Director of Fundraising. You will have a team of 3, with 2 direct reports.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy
- Develop and deliver strategies to secure donations from individual donors, driving repeat gifts and income to meet your annual target and agreed KPI’s.
- Use your expertise in multi-channel fundraising including digital, direct mail, email and social media.
- Oversee and expand our fundraising initiatives including DIY fundraising, lottery, gaming, legacy, and fundraising appeals across all marketing channels to increase number of donors and donations and boosting average donation values.

We are looking to appoint a part-time finance business partner who can lead our continuing financial planning and analysis work and introduce a high-performing business partnering function. The successful person will be an excellent collaborator and be able to present complex financial information in an accessible way, draw insights and make recommendations. They will have good commercial acumen and be a champion for improving business processes. They will work closely with the senior management team and the ASA’s wider management community and be a member of the corporate services management team.

INTRODUCTION
Spitalfields Crypt Trust (SCT) is an East London charity, providing practical help, support and training to people affected by homelessness and addiction. We are passionate about the people and communities we support and embrace creative, innovative and inclusive ways of working.
We provide a residential addictions treatment programme, supported housing, training and development opportunities and a highly effective Housing First service. Our nine charity shops and two social enterprises put us at the heart of diverse East London communities.
You will join a Fundraising, Marketing and Communication team committed to working collaboratively and sharing knowledge, ideas and skills, to create a supportive culture. This is something we are proud of and believe is at the heart of our success.
Over the past year, we have transformed our communications, updating our brand and messaging. In this role, you will use your creativity to continue to deliver a vision set out by our Digital Marketing and Communications Manager during their maternity leave.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience and creativity to deliver an exciting digital, marketing and communications plan, including
Digital Marketing
Create engaging brand social media content and publishing it across our channels, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
Support services, fundraising and retail marketing on social media, including implementing paid-for advertising.
Create and edit photography and video content for our website and social media channels
Create and send out marketing emails using MailChimp and report on their performance.
Monitor responses on our social media channels, ensuring messages and comments are responded to in a timely manner.
Support our WordPress website, including updating pages and uploading posts and stories, and look for opportunities for search engine optimisation.
Monitor the performance of our WordPress website and ensure that senior managers are alerted to any issues that arise.
Communications
Write case studies, blogs and other written content, working with colleagues across the organisation.
Design posters, flyers, brochures and reports using Canva, ensuring they are within the SCT brand.
Ensure any materials adhere to SCT brand guidelines.
Retail marketing
Work in collaboration with charity retail colleagues to:
Develop collateral for SCT Shops and Social Enterprises, ensuring materials are high quality and within the SCT brand.
Ensure there is a regular flow of compelling social media content that creates customer loyalty and reaches new customers.
Other duties
Work with the Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications and colleagues across SCT on the implementation of our 60th anniversary campaign.
Maintain a marketing calendar and project plans using ASANA.
Work with the Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications on PR activities, engaging with journalists and the media, influencers and other stakeholders.
Work in collaboration with colleagues in SCT services teams.
·Attend events and be willing to occasionally work outside working hours (TOIL will be given).
·Actively keep up to date with new developments in marketing and communications.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential
Digital Marketing
A minimum of two years managing social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linked in.
A good understanding of GDPR legislation and how it relates to digital marketing.
Demonstratable experience of running a WordPress website, planning and uploading content and monitoring its performance
A demonstratable understanding of SEO and Google ads.
Demonstrable experience of managing paid for digital ads via Meta business manager.
Experience of producing creative and impactful social media content, including photography, video and audio materials.
Experience of creating compelling and creative marketing emails using e-mail marketing software such as Mail Chimp.
Experience of working with colleagues to develop their content creation skills and improve their understanding of social media.
Communications and marketing
A love of storytelling and excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write accurate copy for different audiences
Desireable
Proven experience of working within brand guidelines and advising others on brand execution.
Experience using CANVA to produce marketing materials in-house.
Demonstratable experience of managing a marketing calendar and leading planning meetings with internal stakeholders.
Experience in using ASANA or similar project management software.
Experience of working in a charity and working closely with fundraisers to promote their campaigns and activities.

We work closely with our members and sister organisations in the violence against women and girls sector, and we are proud of the practice expertise we have built over the last two and a half decades and of our pioneering projects and partnerships. Our key priority is to stop perpetrators of domestic abuse from causing harm, and we also have a role supporting male victims through our Men’s Advice Line.
We are seeking a Fundraising Manager to help us develop our fundraising programme and raise the funds we need to deliver the aims in our five-year strategy Stopping the Harm and ensure the ongoing sustainability of our organisation.
Our new Fundraising Manager will be flexible, creative and ambitious. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our cause, has a tried and tested, successful approach to diversifying income streams, and can bring our fundraising to life through effective framing and storytelling.
This is vital role which will sit within our Operations team. The post-holder will work closely with Respect’s Director of Operations and the Executive Leadership team (ELT) to develop and deliver our fundraising strategy with some administrative support from the Operations team.
Alongside traditional trusts and foundations, we are looking to expand our funding portfolio and are keen to explore new corporate partnerships and identify high net worth individuals. We recognise that success is not only achieving a fundraising target, but also about building new, strategic relationships. In this role, we will provide the space for the post holder to cultivate, prospect and steward new and existing funders.

Are you a competent Administrator, who prides themselves on their attention to detail and excellence? Would you like to work with the Finance Team for a charity who is invested in improving and making a real difference to our rivers here within the South East of England, which hosts some of the rarest Chalk streams on the planet.
About The Role
We are a small charity which is expanding and looking to provide additional administrative support for our busy teams. We have an exciting opportunity to join the South East Rivers Trust and become part of the small and dynamic Finance and Operations team, sitting at the heart of the organisation. This role reports directly to the Finance Director and will provide administration for this and other teams in the organisation.
The General Administrator role has been created to support with a variety of tasks, including calendar management for catchment meetings, which are hosted both in person and virtually, across the region. In addition to logistical arrangements of these meetings, the successful applicant will support with all aspects of hosting, including minute taking. The role will also support the research, writing, collation and management of documents, for internal and external circulation. Other tasks will include supporting with budgets, expenses and invoices, requiring confidence in dealing with numbers, spreadsheets and suppliers.
The role would suit an individual with a strong administration background, who is approachable and organised, has excellent attention to detail, able to work on their own or as part of a team. It involves liaising and following up with all teams, to ensure internal and external stakeholders are communicated to in a timely manner with relevant information. This is an ideal position for someone with excellent Microsoft office skills, strong communication abilities and a genuine interest in making a positive impact. It will cover a variety of duties and afford the successful applicant the opportunity to learn more about the work we do in restoring our natural environment.
To be successful, they will need to be able to multitask, be proactive and have a confident manner, an excellent communicator who is inquisitive and able to work independently. Additionally, they will have a positive attitude, with a willingness to assist the whole team with other administrative tasks as and when required.
This role is a mix of working from home, with at least one day per week, (on a Thursday), working in the office in Leatherhead and attending regular in person meetings held across the entire SERT area.
This is a full time role, which may require attendance at some adhoc meetings outside of office hours.
