Job description

To undertake a range of administration tasks in a faith based organisation  supporting staff and voluinteers including responsibility for finance and property management, website development and electronic record keeping.

The Hackney and Stoke Newington Circuit comprises five churches (six buildings) covering the London Borough of Hackney. The staff team comprises two full-time and one part-time ordained ministers and three lay employees.

Candidates for this role must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should be well organised and able to prioritise workloads which will vary according to the time of year.

Experience of administration in a faith-based organisation is preferred but not essential and training will be provided according to previous experience.
