The Alliance for Youth Justice are seeking an Interim Policy Manager to lead our policy and public affairs work until 30th April 2026. As we develop our next strategic plan and give full and proper consideration to the staffing required to deliver it, the Interim Policy Manager will support us to deliver our current strategic and funded commitments. What will I be doing?

Managing new projects through all stages of planning and execution
Producing high quality, professional images ensuring that they are shot, lit, exposed correctly and in line with CRUK's brand
Managing the post-production of visual assets and photography, ensuring all selected shots are processed correctly, retouched and checked for quality for final asset delivery
Ensuring all images are filed, logged and backed up appropriately in the file management system
Being an authority and expert on photography, leading and supporting on the management and creation of resources to support your practice and commissioning teams
Leading the way in adhering to the systems, processes and tools that support the operations of the Creative Team (e.g. commissioning process, briefing forms and templates, resourcing systems, evaluation and reporting) to ensure efficient and effective delivery, and lead the way in ensuring best practice in customer service.
What skills are you looking for?
Significant experience and a strong portfolio of a wide variety of photography styles and skills (from lifestyle, reportage, event, headshot/portrait and product, for wide range of applications including advertorial and marketing use)
Highly proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom or similar photo editing software
Strong understanding of studio flash photography and latest equipment and kit
Keen attention to detail which is maintained when under pressure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content creation
Develop and oversee production of content in our brand identity including video, graphics and photography for ParalympicsGB social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality, platform-specific vertical videos tailored to maximise organic reach and engagement with ParalympicsGB’s priority audiences: Young People, Disabled Community and Potential Allies.
Will also be required to support wider ParalympicsGB staff teams with the production of content for internal use on occasion.
Social Media Management
Assist the Digital Producer with the management of ParalympicsGB social media channels and when needed helping to post and schedule content in our tone of voice.
Contribute to monitoring social media channels for real-time trends and content opportunities to shape the team's narrative and engage with priority audience groups.
Keeping up to date and aware of the latest news from sports and athletes.
Branded content
Work closely with the commercial team to align partner content with broader campaigns and ParalympicsGB’s content strategy.
Website
Contributing to ParalympicsGB digital channels including copywriting, image and video editing including athlete biographies and sport information. Research of athlete personalities and interests to populate future content plans.
CRM
Keeping an up-to-date record on the ParalympicsGB CRM system of athlete content appearances and all relevant information.
Games-time
Working on location at the heart of the Paralympic Games as part of the communications team to support athletes, team members and media with the delivery of key communications objectives. Will support Content Producer with capturing engaging Games-time content for ParalympicsGB channels.

Programme Delivery Officer role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Programmes Team as a Programme Delivery Officer. PDOs are responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of First Give in up to 50 schools, ensuring smooth running of the programme, providing guidance and troubleshooting for the Lead Teachers.
The role is home-based, in Yorkshire, with regular travel to schools across the county and occasional forays to schools in the North-West. Several times a year travel will be required to London, where our office is based.

Key responsibilities
- Provide logistic and programme support to teachers delivering the First Give programme at their school, including but not limited to:

- booking in First Give facilitated sessions
- Ensure all programmes are delivering all core elements of the First Give programme
- Update and monitor Salesforce to track programme delivery

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Marketing Manager - Fundraising Campaigns. We need you to support the Senior Manager to develop the product marketing strategy, plan, and budget for an exciting portfolio of Social Fundraising Challenges, Stand Up To Cancer, and DIY fundraising. Further to this, you'll manage the delivery of the product marketing plan, meeting KPIs, to time and budget.
What will I be doing?
Supporting the Senior Manager to translate the Fundraising & Marketing operating plan and budget into a product marketing plan and budget
Defining and developing the audiences and product offerings that need activating as part of this marketing plan and manage the development and delivery of cross-channel integrated briefs
Managing the planning, set-up, delivery and analysis of integrated multi-channel campaigns that meet and exceed specific product KPIs
Managing the content and creative production, testing and optimisation process, ensuring campaign assets are fully aligned with Brand messaging and other communications themes
Working alongside the Senior Manager to motivate the Executives and matrix manage specialist Digital Marketing & Delivery teams to deliver activity across channels
Collaborating with teams across Audience & Product Marketing to identify and implement strategic marketing opportunities and ensure holistic supporter journeys for product audiences
Working with digital and data experts from across marketing and the wider organisation to improve communications and better engage our audiences
Managing the continuous testing and analysis of campaigns, spotting opportunities to optimise ongoing activity and making recommendations to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns
Working with the Insight team and Senior Marketing Performance Manager to drive development of the marketing strategy and feed learnings into the planning process.
What skills are we looking for?
Significant experience translating marketing strategy into tactical delivery plans by channel, audience, and budget
Significant experience overseeing the delivery of paid marketing campaigns
Significant experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns that meet campaign KPIs
Strong understanding of end-to-end supporter journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns
Relevant experience of managing and motivating agencies to drive maximum value from relationships
Relevant line and matrix management experience with proven leadership skills and the ability to manage competing priorities for yourself and others
Data-driven with a strong understanding of UX principles and relevant experience of interpreting results and recommending opportunities for optimisation
Relevant experience of developing highly effective campaign assets for use across channels
Excellent project management skills including resource and risk management
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.

What will I be doing?
Defining and implementing a strategy to secure new large-scale opportunities within the Financial Services sector, acting as the influential specialist to share and build sector specific knowledge across the whole team
Using your Financial Services sector knowledge and commercial acumen, being accountable for building and managing a pipeline of high-value, multi-year opportunities progressing these through the sales stages and tracking performance
Engaging and influencing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels to gather insights and identify new opportunities which contribute to the Business Development team strategy
Ensuring a strong understanding of CRUK's priorities and existing activities in your focus area
Being the CRUK specialist in your focus area and building your knowledge of it to a high standard which drives results
Using the wide portfolio of products and awareness of CRUK's strategic aims to develop and deliver bespoke, compelling engagement plans for identified prospects
Working with the Senior Managers on your area of focus and identify opportunities for prospects
Delivering against Business Development targets, reporting on progress and risks to the Senior Manager and working with them to identify and implement contingency plans
Working with the Delivery and Operations, Legal and Relationship Management teams to ensure all due diligence and legal processes are adhered to, including compliance criteria for CRUK.
What skills are we looking for?

Significant knowledge and understanding of your focus area (Financial Services sector), with a proven record of building successful relationships that generate high value opportunities

Night Support Workers enable people with particular needs to manage their tenancies and live independent lives of their choosing in the community. Night Support Workers are responsible for ensuring continuity of a support service at night and for keeping customers and the building safe.
The shift pattern of this role consist of: Week 1: Moff, T10, W10, Toff, Foff, Soff, S10
Week 2: M10, Toff, Woff, Toff, F10, S10, Soff
What you'll do:
- Building supportive, trusting relationships with customers and creating a positive atmosphere
- Working proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities
- Conducting key work sessions as required, that are innovative and engaging in order to achieve Support Plan goals
- Ensuring ongoing assessment and management of risks associated with customers within an attitude of 'positive risk taking'
- Providing support with daily living activities, including practical assistance to support customers to independent living e.g. budgeting, cooking, establishing a night time routine
- Supporting customers to maintain a healthy environment and where appropriate assisting them to clean their accommodation and maintain good personal hygiene
- Assisting in the recording and reporting of customer incidents
- Managing customer referrals, completing assessments and obtaining and maintaining all relevant paperwork Developing productive relationships with partner organisations to improve service outcomes
- Adhering to lone working protocols and maintaining high levels of awareness in relation to the health and safety of yourself and colleagues
- Involving customers in the design, development and delivery of the service - Encouraging and enabling tenants to pay their rent and avoid personal debt
