Job Purpose:
- Contribute to hyh’s overall Fundraising strategy as a member of the Fundraising Team
- Have day to day responsibility for the Individual Giving income stream
- Manage a portfolio of existing Individual Giving supporters, providing exceptional supporter care and building relationships, stewarding and nurturing existing donors.
- Improve supporter retention and maximise donors’ lifetime value to hyh
- Manage, develop and lead on the use of hyh’s CRM effectively to segment data and make insight-led decisions. This includes developing new reports, liaising with the external CRM consultant to make improvements, writing up procedures and training members of the team in best practice.
- Acquire and develop new donors through solicitation and stewardship plans using a supporter journey programme to build engagement and loyalty.
- Develop marketing and comms materials through digital and other channels to deliver the programme.
- Maximise all opportunities to develop regular giving, appeals, one-off occasion donations, in-mem and legacy

Role purpose
ShelterBox has a growing network of international supporters who connect with the organisation through our international affiliates - independent charities in their own countries. Affiliates’ supporter growth and engagement activities are enabled by this role with further support from other UK-based teams, including fundraising, brand, content and comms.
ShelterBox has 13 affiliates who are directly helping the organisation achieve one of our strategic objectives of international diversified funding. Affiliates share our mission and consequently raise awareness and funding to support the organisation. Collectively they contribute greatly to engaging with and a global community of supporters. We raise a significant proportion of ShelterBox’s total income through our affiliate network, and from other international donors in countries beyond our affiliates.
The purpose of the Interim International Giving Manager role is to support the management of affiliate relationships with ShelterBox by providing a focal point for day-to-day dialogue; to share information and resources effectively across the network; and to develop collaborative working relationships which enhance our supporter experience.

Who are we looking for?

This unique position will contribute to the strategic development of the charity, allowing the right individual to bring expertise from previous roles to expand external partnerships and influence. Keychange is a Christian Charity working in elderly social care and homeless communities. Keychange provides care, support, development, and well-being services across nine sites in England, consisting of seven residential Care Homes for older people and two Housing Communities for young people, with an additional housing site in development. Our office in London provides a support function of central services to our communities to enable them to operate at the most effective level with a focus on delivering quality care and support.
The Director of Strategic Partnerships reports to the CEO and is a part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) along with the Director of Finance, the Director of Operations and Facilities Business Manager. The SLT is responsible for the leadership, culture and oversight of Keychange in the Central Office and Community Sites.
Key focus of this role:
- Driving external partnership growth, including instigating national and local partnerships
- Advocacy and influence, including understanding local and national government and policy targets and sector themes and trajectories
- Maximising current impact and opportunities and developing new sites
- Communications, Marketing, and Fundraising
- Member of the Senior Leadership Team providing leadership in areas of vision, values, culture and mission.

This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, which you can choose to work over five days or a 9 day fortnight.

Overview of the role
The Executive & HR Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring that BRAC’s office in Europe operates efficiently and effectively to deliver its mission to support BRAC’s work. It is a broad role encompassing administrative, human resources, team internal comms, and governance support to the London office, reporting directly to the Executive Director but also working very closely with the wider senior management team and our board of trustees.

Radley College is seeking an experienced, target-orientated and creative Foundation Manager, with full understanding of the running of an annual fundraising programme. The Foundation Manager will produce all of the annual appeals (bespoke, parent deposits and all community), manage the trusts and foundations portfolio, deliver all Foundation events, produce the Foundation publications and communications.
