We’re entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial fundraiser to take our income generation to the next level.
About the role
We are seeking a Head of Fundraising to develop and drive Iswe’s income generation strategy and grow a high-performing fundraising team.
This role is ideal for someone experienced and confident enough to lead the function with minimal oversight, but still eager to be hands-on. You will bring a good understanding of the climate, democracy, and systems change funding landscape, ideally along with existing funder relationships. You’ll be creative and entrepreneurial, with the ability to craft compelling cases for support, develop new income streams, and build the operational systems required to raise and manage funds effectively.
Your goal will be to secure £10 million over the next 3–5 years, and position Iswe for long-term financial sustainability.
You will report to the CEO and will manage a Senior Fundraising Officer, with the opportunity to expand the team over time (e.g. an individual giving lead and a high-net-worth donor lead).
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Write and oversee the development of high-quality grant proposals, donor reports, and communications.

Person Specification
Essential

Substantial fundraising experience (minimum 5+ years), with a proven track record of raising six to seven-figure income across grantmaking, institutional funders, or major donors.

Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills — with the ability to own a multi-year fundraising roadmap and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering fundraising strategies across multiple income streams (e.g. grants, high net worth individuals, public fundraising, or partnerships).

Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling funding proposals and reports.

Working knowledge of individual giving strategies, including use of digital tools for donor acquisition and retention.

The opportunity...
This is a critical role that will develop and grow a high-performing Legacy Giving programme at The Hospice of St Francis.
You will personally identify, cultivate and steward legacy pledgers through an inspiring engagement programme that both raises awareness of legacies, encourages new pledgers and shows the impact they have on the Hospice’s services.
With a solid understanding of the administration of wills, you will liaise with executors and professional advisors and advise colleagues and the Board on best practice legacy administration.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Legacy Giving specialist to curate a new legacy programme, building on previous work, to grow income for the future.
The must haves:
- Fundraising Success: At least five years’ experience of delivering a Legacy Giving programme with success in driving acquisition and relationship management
- Technical expertise: Practical understanding of the practical implications of legal and financial aspects of wills
- Driving awareness and engagement: Experience of developing and executing legacy awareness initiatives internally and externally
- Systems and processes: using client relationship management systems, tracking KPIs and managing projects
- Proven expertise in relationship building internally and externally
The it would be great to haves:
- Experience working with professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants and wealth managers

Your main focus will be acquiring new supporters through digital channels — planning and delivering high-performing campaigns across paid social, PPC, email and more. You’ll also lead on developing and testing new digital fundraising products that inspire one-off and regular giving.
You might be working in digital fundraising, marketing, or performance-based acquisition. You’ll have experience running digital campaigns, analysing results, and using insight to drive improvements. You’ll also be a creative thinker who’s excited to try new approaches and help us grow.
This is a hands-on role that will also help influence strategy. The Events & Fundraising Manager will work at the heart of our public events programme, helping to organise fundraising walks and other events across London and the South East, and raising funds to support the provision of free legal advice. Our events include the London Legal Walk -- an annual event which raises over £1 million each year -- regional Legal Walk events, and other fundraising events such as the Great Legal Quiz and the Great Legal Bake. ROLE PURPOSE:
The Director of Fundraising and Communications is a member of the Executive Team. This is ShelterBox's most senior management team, with overall responsibility for leading, planning and managing the work and development of ShelterBox.
You will be responsible for the delivery of our current 5 year organisational strategy 2022-27 as well as the implementation of the departmental Fundraising and Communications strategy, driving continued ambitious growth in our reach, engagement and fundraising. This is a role for a dynamic senior fundraising and communications specialist, who will bring significant experience within the sector. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a highly experienced fundraising and communications expert, who has a passion for storytelling and building impactful relationships. You must be able to hit the ground running, have a strong record of developing and leading successful teams by building highly effective relationships. This role is all about inspiring leadership, strategic innovation, and maximising every opportunity to grow our vital work.
Experience and understanding of the humanitarian sector is desirable, as is an understanding of current fundraising opportunities and challenges, ethical storytelling and communication trends. This includes an understanding of the competitive fundraising environment in the sector, following announcements by some government donors. The need for emergency shelter around the world is vast and growing daily. This role must understand and drive ambitious and effective ways to communicate our specialist focus on shelter and the tangibility of our offer to current and future supporters.
The role will support the Fundraising and Communications department to deliver 2025/2026 plans, as well as implement the longer-term fundraising and communications strategy, seizing all opportunities in an ever-changing landscape.
As well as leading the UK team, working with colleagues from different countries to grow international fundraising, requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to a long-term diplomatic approach.

About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Configuration Specialist to focus on three key areas; Configuring a new Salesforce platform, integration of existing platforms, and supporting users around the world.
As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialists and Salesforce team, configuring the new system as well as being the first point of contact for Salesforce support across all staff in all 18 countries. You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and strong experience implementing new configurations from scratch. Educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP. NPC would be an advantage.

Chain of Hope is an international children's charity that provides life-saving cardiac care to children from developing and war-torn countries who would otherwise have no access to the treatment they need. The charity connects medical experts from around the world to deliver vital care through volunteer surgical teams, training programmes, and patient transfers to centres of excellence.
Since its founding in 1996, Chain of Hope has helped thousands of children receive essential treatment and continues to expand its reach. The charity's work is supported by generous donors, partners, and supporters, many of whom engage through flagship fundraising events such as Share Your Heart.
Charity People are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of Share Your Heart, a major donor campaign and art exhibition for this charity. This initiative invites artists and public figures to create heart themed artworks, which will be exhibited and auctioned at the Saatchi Gallery in February 2026. The event includes a private reception, live auction, public exhibition, and online auction.
This role involves working closely with the CEO, Fundraising Manager, and wider team to coordinate all aspects of the campaign. It is a unique opportunity for an experienced events professional with a passion for the arts and strong project management skills to contribute to a high-profile initiative within a respected international charity.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the project timeline and budget, ensuring key milestones are met
- Identifying and approaching artists, celebrities and high net worth individuals to secure artwork contributions
- Liaising with galleries and agents to gather biographies and artwork details
- Overseeing the cataloguing, photography, and framing of artwork
- Coordinating with the venue and vendors to deliver the exhibition and event
- Supporting sponsorship outreach and engagement
- Collaborating on communications including invitations, brochures, email updates, and PR
- Overseeing guest list management and ticketing
- Leading volunteer recruitment, briefing, and support
- Supervising logistics including transport, packing, and supplies
- Managing on-the-ground event delivery including installation, registration, and troubleshooting
- Working collaboratively across fundraising, communications, and operations teams
You will bring:
- Proven experience in project and event management
- Knowledge or experience in the art sector is desirable
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience working with committees and senior stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to support wider fundraising activities, including the Gala Ball and Carol Concert
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; CRM/database experience is an advantage
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for key events
This role would be suited to a strong relationship builder who has managed projects and campaigns in the sector, and events. You will possess excellent project, organisational, writing and communication skills.
