Job description

Christian Aid is looking for an experienced evaluation consultancy team to conduct the Final Evaluation of the STAR-Ghana Phase 2 programme. STAR-Ghana is a £21 million multi-donor funded programme that aims to contribute to a well-informed and active civil society, able to contribute to transformational change around key challenges of poverty, inequality and inclusion for all citizens.

The STAR-Ghana programme team is looking for a consultancy team with experience in conducting outcome harvesting evaluation, with an extensive understanding of the Ghanaian context and with experience in evaluating governance programme.

The TOR for the final evaluation can be found attached. All applications are to be sent by the 15/07/2019 midnight.
