About the role
The Director of Fundraising will play a pivotal role in driving income growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of King's Trust International. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic leadership across all fundraising activity, nurturing an exceptional team and leveraging high-level networks across the King's Trust Group globally.
You will oversee two core income streams-philanthropy and corporate partnerships-while expanding opportunities through institutional funding, impact investment and innovative income models. Building on the momentum of Generation Potential, you will shape and implement an ambitious strategy that strengthens KTI's global impact and supports its mission to empower young people to thrive.
Key responsibilities
Lead and deliver KTI's annual fundraising target (£6.25m), driving sustained growth and diversification.
Oversee and support Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships teams, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Develop strategies to engage new donors and partners, including high-net-worth individuals, trusts, foundations, corporates and institutional funders.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders including KTI's Board of Trustees, Africa Advisory Board, Pakistan Development Group and the King's Trust Group internationally.
Identify and develop new income opportunities, including consultancy, programme commercialisation and impact investment.
Ensure robust governance, compliance and adherence to ethical fundraising standards.

Support the delivery and evaluation of national campaigns on workplace safety as well as stalking, harassment and other priority areas.

Maintain effective relationships with civil servants, policy makers, national and local decision makers, and other campaigning bodies and build relevant networks of stakeholders.

Proactively keep abreast of issues within the post-holder’s own portfolio, general criminal justice, personal safety and Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) policy developments and up to date campaigning techniques.

To undertake or commission research on specific policy areas as required.

Develop policy recommendations, write policy and campaigns reports, lobby government and other decision makers and stakeholders, and respond on behalf of Suzy Lamplugh Trust to government enquiries, consultations or other relevant initiatives.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Policy and Campaigns Officer is responsible for supporting on Suzy Lamplugh Trust’s policy and campaigning work relating to reducing harassment, violence and aggression in society by addressing these issues at their root cause, working with employers to improve personal safety culture within organisations and seeking to influence policy and legislative change where necessary. This role will also support campaigns that ensure that victims of stalking receive better support and protection.

About the opportunity
As Trainee Accountant, you'll play an important role in delivering a high-performing, efficient financial accounting operation with partnership and improvement at its core. This is an operational and developmental role, offered with the opportunity of pursuing a formal Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician qualification through an 18-month apprenticeship programme.

You'll have the opportunity to enrol on a fully funded Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician apprenticeship programme delivered by BPP and studied in allocated time alongside your day job. About you:

Women in Prison is a national, women-led, feminist organisation. Women in Prison’s Advocates deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, independent advocacy for women in communities and in prisons, which focuses on early intervention, and holistic provision as part of a ‘whole system’ multi-agency response that looks to address the root causes of women’s offending.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Provide high-quality, trauma-responsive advocacy and support to a caseload of women in contact with, or at risk of being in contact with the criminal justice system.
- Undertake risk and needs assessments and co-producing bespoke support plans with women across the nine pathways to reoffending.
- Monitor case management systems to ensure accurate and timely data recording, aligning with contract KPIs and WIP policies.
- Champion the core values of Women in Prison, including social justice and feminism in all internal and external communications, articulating their importance to the work we do.

Key responsibilities
Fundraising & Income Generation
· Develop and deliver engaging fundraising campaigns and activities for community groups, individuals, and businesses to support our shared mission
· Build strong, sustainable relationships with local supporters, volunteers, and corporate partners to grow income and awareness
· Lead on stewarding existing supporters and proactively seeking out new ones through networking and outreach
· Create and manage a calendar of fundraising events and opportunities that engage and inspire participation from all parts of our community

Community Engagement
· Be a warm and visible ambassador for The Carers Centre, representing our values at local events, community spaces with empathy and enthusiasm.

Corporate Partnerships
Research, approach, build and sustain meaningful relationships with local businesses and corporate supporters , fostering shared value of community support, compassion, and social responsibility. to secure donations, sponsorships, employee fundraising, and volunteering opportunities
· Prepare compelling partnership proposals, impact reports, and presentations tailored to potential and existing partners
Communications & Administration
· Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to promote fundraising campaigns through digital, print, and social media channels
· Maintain accurate supporter records and track income and engagement using our CRM system
· Ensure all fundraising activity is compliant with GDPR, fundraising regulations, and reflects The Carers’ Centre’s values
General
Ensure that you;

About the Role

The AI Platform team supports our product teams in developing the best and safest AI features in the EdTech space. The team maintain AI platform services, prompt libraries, and reusable pipelines that can be applied across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities
* Programme design, delivery and growth: You ensure the successful delivery of programmes, monitor and report on impact, oversee the budget and ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection and charity regulations. What we're looking for
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following essential skills and experience:

This role is home-based, but you will be able to travel regularly across the UK, at least 2-3 times a month and be willing and able to easily attend meetings in London on a regular basis. Travel is covered but you will need to be able to be based with easy access to a major transport hub.
