The Information Manager is a pivotal senior role within The Migraine Trust—responsible for shaping and developing all health information produced by the organisation. This role ensures that our information is accurate, accessible, evidence‑based and meets the highest national standards, including oversight of our Patient Information Forum (PIF TICK) accreditation. The health information we produce covers a wide range of topics from migraine treatments, management of migraine, latest research and migraine triggers. There is also an ongoing need to scope new information needs and, where identified, produce new information. The depth of health information we currently have and will produce in the future ensures that this role will offer plenty of opportunities to work with a range of stakeholders on a variety of information topics. We currently hold PIF TICK certification, which will be part of this role to maintain. You will help us maintain the quality of our health information and ensure that we comply with the charity’s writing style and branding.

Acting as the charity’s subject‑matter expert on migraine information, the postholder plays a vital strategic role in influencing organisational priorities, ensuring the public, healthcare professionals, policymakers and wider stakeholders have access to accurate, impactful and up‑to‑date content.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Producing and maintaining quality information

Manage The Migraine Trust’s provision of health information in line with the charity’s annual planning cycle and the PIF TICK accreditation.  This will include: -

· Lead The Migraine Trust’s health information portfolio, ensuring alignment to annual plans, organisational strategy, and PIF TICK quality standards

· Manage the full lifecycle of health information—from scoping and research to writing, expert review, design and publication

· Reviewing and updating existing information content, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, accessible and produced in consultation with service users and people with lived experience, relevant medical advisors, health care professionals, the charity’s staff and other relevant specialists and organisations when appropriate

ILPA is a charity and professional membership body working to improve immigration, asylum and nationality law. Our training programme is a core part of our work and one of our largest income streams. In 2024/25 we delivered 67 courses and conferences to more than 2,300 practitioners across the UK, supporting lawyers, caseworkers, advisers and organisations working with migrants.

We are recruiting a Training Manager to run this programme end to end. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organisation, confidence with digital platforms and the ability to work with experienced external tutors. The post holder will shape the training calendar with support from the Training Advisory Board and maintain ILPA’s reputation for high-quality, practitioner-led training.

Key Responsibilities

Programme planning and development

 About the Role

This is a role where you’ll really see the difference you make.

As Educational Partnerships Manager, you’ll work across SE London, building partnerships with schools, colleges, youth organisations and community groups—particularly in areas where opportunities are hardest to come by.

You’ll be right in the mix: planning events, delivering programmes, supporting volunteers and connecting with school staff to make sure young people have access to our inspiring enterprise and financial education experiences.

You’ll be a key driver of our Inspiring Futures initiative —helping young people break down barriers and imagine bigger futures.

 Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with schools, colleges, youth clubs and local communities
• Focus on expanding our reach in areas of multiple deprivation and underrepresentation
• Deliver and support the rollout of YE programmes in schools and other settings
• Recruit, train and support volunteers—making sure they feel valued and inspired
• Work with your regional team to meet shared goals and celebrate local impact
• Help secure local funding by supporting fundraising efforts and managing project deliverables
• Support the planning of events, trade fairs and celebrations for young people
• Keep accurate records, track impact, and make sure safeguarding is front and centre

A few practical things:

• This is a hands-on role—you’ll sometimes be lifting resources, setting up venues and travelling regularly
• You’ll need to be happy occasionally working evenings or weekends during peak delivery times – with time off in lieu (TOIL) available and travel expenses all covered
• Expect to be on your feet during some events or sessions—it’s all part of the fun!

Would you like to join our small, dedicated, international team to make a difference to the lives of seafarers and their families worldwide?

ISWAN has recently reorganised the management of our helpline services and created this new role, which will be pivotal to further developing our quality service to seafarers. We have seen significant growth in the number and usage of our helplines and now seek to recruit a second Helplines Operations Manager to ensure we have a management structure capable of coping with further growth.

As one of two Helplines Operations Managers, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of ISWAN’s helplines to ensure our services provide accurate information, appropriate advice, and comprehensive support to seafarers and their families.  

You will manage the development of Salesforce and be familiar with Salesforce reporting, particularly using advanced tools like Power BI and Tableau. You will be confident liaising with our IT support service on system issues and developments. 

We have no preconceptions about where the successful applicant will come from but you will bring experience of managing multi-channelled contact centre operations and best practice as well as delivering user and client service improvements.

You will need to be capable of working effectively within a complex international context and have sound experience of service development. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) but we are keen to find the right person and therefore happy to discuss flexible working patterns. The role is fully remote and we are flexible about where you are based but you will be working with staff across the UK, India and the Philippines so you will need to be a great team player.

White Ribbon is the leading organisation in the UK working to engage men and boys in ending violence against women and girls. Our mission is to prevent men’s violence against women through addressing its root causes, gender inequality and harmful gender norms and stereotypes. We do this by working with individual men and boys, organisations, and the community, helping them to understand the scale of the problem, and how they can be part of the solution.

The Role

As Development Manager - Major Gifts, you will be a senior member of the DARE team, responsible for generating philanthropic income to meet ambitious annual targets. Reporting to the Head of Major Gifts, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of high-value donors (individuals, trusts & foundations, corporates), personally soliciting gifts of £10,000+.
• Support the pipeline of mid-level prospects and help develop ultra-high-net-worth individuals for transformative gifts.
• Deliver against KPIs and income targets, contributing to our goal of growing major giving from £450,000 annually to £1 million within three years.

About You

You will be an experienced and driven fundraiser with:

Experience in higher education or the charity sector is desirable, but not essential.

About the Role

2026 marks 100 years since Gunnersbury Park was opened as a public park, and Gunnersbury Museum and Park Development Trust are looking to hire a freelance development manager to help us make the most of our centenary year. 

We are looking for an experienced development professional to join our team on a freelance basis as part of an Arts Council funded project. This role will be a real opportunity to become embedded in an organisation at the beginning of a transformative period, as we focus our energies on raising awareness of the great work of GMPDT.

The successful candidate will lead GMPDT towards increased financial resilience by identifying new funding opportunities and managing the development of a new fundraising campaign.

They will work with staff and volunteers to develop a ‘project bank’ of fundable projects across the Museum and Park and identify appropriate funding streams for each.

They will also identify one key project to launch Gunnersbury’s first fundraising campaign, working with freelancers/subcontractors to create supporting materials for the chosen campaign.

About You

Experience

• Experience of fundraising and donor engagement in museum/heritage sector and/or environmental sector
• Proven ability to create and deliver successful fundraising campaigns
• Experience of writing compelling cause messaging, or managing the delivery of cause messaging
• Experience of working with small organisations

• Audit the existing fundraising/development functions of the organisation, and identify any gaps or missed opportunities
• Working with the Project Board hold workshops with staff and volunteers to develop a ‘project bank’ of fundable ideas, which will include detail of the ideas, potential funding sources and timeline for completion
• Develop new cause messaging, and help to foster a culture of identifying key stories to share with our audiences
• Work with the project team to identify a single project to anchor a new fundraising campaign
• Develop a suite of digital and print content to support the fundraising campaign, and train existing team on the best way to deliver messaging around the campaign
• Report regularly to the project board on the progress of the work stream, and identify any project delivery risks

Ygam is seeking panel members to join our Lived Experience Advisory Panel. We are looking for individuals with either direct or indirect experiences of gambling harms to provide the organisation with an increased knowledge on the issues that children and young people face in today’s society.

We are particularly keen to hear from individuals who can bring a range of skills, knowledge and experience to the panel, including the ability to communicate clearly, reflect thoughtfully, and contribute respectfully to group discussions. Experience of engaging with education, safeguarding, treatment, peer support, research or policy is valuable, as is an understanding of the wider impacts of gambling harms on young people, families and communities. Above all, we are looking for people who are motivated to use their experience to help shape meaningful change for children and young people.
