Overview
•Support the Supporter Retention Manger (Loyalty) to design and deliver MAP’s individual giving retention strategy. Including bespoke welcome and ongoing multi-channel supporter journeys, for UK and international supporters
•Support the Supporter Retention Manger (Loyalty) to review individual giving retention activities and supporter journeys – developing a strategic approach and annual planning with a focus on regular giving and growing life time value

Campaign Management
•Work with the Supporter Retention Manager (Loyalty) to optimise MAP’s regular giving programme and supporter journeys across Individual Giving, through a variety of online and offline channels

The Role
As the Corporate & Events Fundraising Manager, you will maximise income generation from events, businesses, corporate supporters, and major donors, in alignment with the Fundraising Strategy and annual income targets. This role will lead the Corporate and Events team, overseeing major gifts, stewardship, and donor development while maintaining the highest professional standards and regulatory compliance.
You will:
· Be the face of St Andrew’s Hospice within the corporate community and be responsible for establishing, growing and managing fundraising partnerships with new and existing corporate supporters.

You will lead all aspects of charity financial and resource management for two separate but closely connected charities, the Army Cadet Charitable Trust UK (ACCT UK) and the Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA), which are supported by a single head office team. About the opportunity
We're in a fantastic position to have recently have partnered with the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) for an evaluation of our programmes. Excitingly this means we will be expanding our reach and starting to work in geographies that we've not reached before.
We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in Leeds/Bradford.
The Leeds/Bradford Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. They attend the weekly tutoring sessions at each school, as well as overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring, always working to deliver a great impact.
The Leeds/Bradford Programme Coordinator supports the recruitment of volunteer tutors, manages the tutor sign up process, develops relationships with schools including their Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers, collects data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, and works with other internal teams on business development opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of Action Tutoring’s tutoring programmes in partner schools, whether online or face to face. This includes working closely to manage all key stakeholders: schools, pupils and volunteer tutors; regularly attending weekly tutoring sessions; leading on reviewing and improving programme delivery, using data to reliably assess programme performance.

This is an exciting role joining a Programme Team of 15 staff based throughout the UK. Mentoring programme
- Manage overall success of the cohorts (groups of mentees and mentors) in your region, including coordinating and administering events and communications for cohorts in your area.
- Deliver engaging on-boarding sessions for mentees.
- Design and deliver events and workshops for mentees.
- Deliver matching of mentees and mentors at in-person events or virtually.

The Advocacy Academy is an activist youth movement. We serve as the political home for grassroots youth organising and the catalyst for collective action. The lives of the young people we work alongside have been directly shaped by living in an unjust world, and we exist to turn their anger into action.
Young people are often the catalysts for major social change, from the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee at the heart of the Civil Rights Movement, to the Soweto Uprising mobilising young people to resist the apartheid regime's education policies, to the Sunrise Movement redrawing the electoral map across America, and more recently encampments and protests across the world protesting the genocide in Palestine. How successfully they achieve real and lasting change depends on whether they are organised and whether they have the right strategy and tactics to be effective.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- You will become a key member of the Finance, HR & Operations Team, including but not limited to:

- Supporting the Community team in holding overall safety practices for the Liberation Centre
- Provide Support on TAA IT infrastructure, to include but not limited to:
- Act as the primary point of contact for our IT support provider, engaging with them to ensure they are managing troubleshooting and issue resolution well.
- Support the Finance, HR and Ops Director with planning for future IT infrastructure needs, keeping scalability and cost-efficiency in mind.
- Assist the Director Finance and Resources with monitoring IT and data protection compliance throughout the organisation, ensuring secure data storage, transfers, archiving and deletion.
- Sourcing and Setting up laptops and phones for staff, and supporting staff in using tech as part of inductions.
- Keep updated with changes in legislation that may need to be considered within The Advocacy Academy’s facilities and IT management.
- Managing our trello project management tool.
- Leading on tech repair via apple support or penelope for the staff team

- Supporting the Head of People with DBS checks and the onboarding of new staff, ensuring they have the necessary information and equipment for their work.

- Be the main point of contact for our day to day Host finance administration.
- Supporting our team with generating sales invoices.
- Monitoring and responding to our Operations and expenses and invoicing slack and email messages.
- Processing invoices and expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supporting fundraising team with gift-aid reconciliation.

About the Role
Are you an experienced A level tutor? Can you support under-resourced young people to reach their full academic potential?
We are looking for passionate and qualified A level tutors to deliver high quality group tuition to our cohort of almost 1,000 students. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced tutors with a love of learning to help bright students overcome barriers to academic achievement. Tutorials are delivered online to groups of up to 4 students via our bespoke online learning platform.
Tutorials generally take place between the hours of 3pm and 8pm on weekday evenings, with flexibility around the schedules of our tutors and students.

- Complete weekly attendance forms, supply monthly invoices, and complete other administrative duties as required

Person Specification
- At least two years A level teaching and/or tutoring experience
