Job description

The External Relations Department’s aim is to deliver the gold-standard in stakeholder-centred engagement and messaging (within the UK education sector), in order to:

1. Position Charterhouse as a first-choice destination school for academically able pupils seeking a premium independent boarding-style education.

2. Engage effectively, creatively and consistently with all stakeholder groups (parents, alumni, pupils, staff, friends)

3. Deliver engagement, marketing, communications and events strategies which enable the School to proactively influence the decision making of all of its key audiences.

4. Drive significant additional value to all income generating elements of the School (pupil recruitment, customer satisfaction, donations, commercial activity.)

The overall purpose and responsibilities will include:

PA support - diary management, data managing, screening phone calls and emails, production of documents and briefing papers and expense claim.

Departmental administration which would inlcude processing donations and managing communications from alumni, parents, volunteers etc
