We are looking for an experienced Administrator to coordinate the clergy appointment process, process DBS checks for new and continuing clergy and provide support for clergy HR processes.

This is a hybrid-working role with onsite working in Hove or Chichester.

Position: Administrator

Salary: Starting salary for this post will be £24,837 per annum

Location: Hybrid (either Hove or Chichester - with a requirement to work at least one day each week at the other site, precise working pattern to be agreed, with the option to work remotely for part of the week).

About the Role

You will manage clergy appointments and provide HR administration support, which includes:

• Liaising with suffragan bishops, archdeacons and PAs on clergy appointment adverts, applications, and interviews.
• Managing the Pathways portal, forwarding application packs and maintaining records.
• Coordinating shortlisting, Right to Work checks and safer recruitment compliance.
• Distributing applications to bishops, archdeacons and parish representatives, ensuring timely, accurate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Preparing and manage clergy statements, property licences, and departure notices.
• Maintaining and update personal files, vacancy progress records, and distribution lists.
• Liaising with other dioceses on clergy movements, ensure role descriptions are current, and notify relevant officers and publications of appointments, departures, and retirements in line with policy.

About You

With a good general standard of education, you will have experience of complex administrative processes and HR-relevant office experience.

You will also have:

• Excellent communication skills both oral and in writing
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective at building good working relationships with a wide range of people
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
• A good working knowledge of MS Office applications such as SharePoint, Teams, Word and Excel

For a large, global organisation, we are recruiting a Head of Group FP&A. Leading a team of 4, the Head of Group FP&A sits at the heart of Group and Global Finance, and leads Group MI, Reporting, Planning and Forecasting across the organisation. Group Financial Controller | £675 - £700 per day (Umbrella) | Hybrid | London | 12-months

For a large international organisation, we are recruiting an Interim Group Financial Controller to focus on their short-term cash flow forecast model, intercompany, and trapped cash. Critically, this role will fully implement and embed the use of a 13-week short term cashflow forecast and will oversee the cash repatriation to the UK from overseas entities, liaising with Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Group Statutory Reporting, and the MSP. The Group Financial Controller will also lead monthly close, balance sheet integrity, intercompany processes and compliance, and develop insight and understanding of the company's working capital to drive initiatives to optimise.

• Fully develop and embed the short-term 13-week cash flow forecast and process notes with the goal of transferring this to the MSP

The Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven Junior Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain Team. You’ll collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources, create dashboards and KPI reports, and provide insights to improve our operations.

Key Responsibilities

•  Collect, validate, and analyse data from various systems.
• Build reports/dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve processes.
• Produce KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Support compliance with food safety and audit standards.

Common/Shared Responsibilities

• Undertake Staff Induction Programme as devised, and assist, as requested, in the induction and training of new staff, trainees and volunteers.
• Participate in staff meetings, team meetings, supervision meetings, appraisals, training, team development sessions, working groups and other meetings as required.
• Be mindful of and practice Adhere to FareShare Midlands Values and Behaviours framework in everyday activities and interactions with others.
• Share responsibility for good Health and Safety practices, reporting any concerns to line management.
• Take shared responsibility for training and development, reviewing development needs and plans at Supervisions and Appraisals, including keeping up to date with best practice and training methods.

Person Specification

Essential Experience

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Excel, basic SQL, and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau.

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Supply Chain, or similar (MSc or equivalent desirable).

About the role

The Refugee Council supports separated children across England and part of our service is a team of staff based at the port of Dover, working 24/7 to provide a temporary safeguarding service for children arriving there, ensuring that their basic needs are met while they await transfer to the care of a local authority. The unit is reactive to the needs of clients, who may arrive at any time, and staff are expected to cover a variety of shifts.

As a Support Worker, you will assess the basic needs of newly arrived clients and provide an appropriate service, including food, clothing, and access to hygiene facilities. You will work in the best interests of the child and ensure all safeguarding issues are responded to, reported and accurately recorded.

You'll manage tax returns across multiple jurisdictions, liaise with global partners, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You'll also play a key role in bank reconciliations, cash flow updates, and supporting accounts receivable functions.

Prepare and submit international tax returns across various countries
