World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to people who have experienced forced migration in the UK.STEP aims to support and empower people through a tailored employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that they face when preparing for and ultimately finding work in the UK.
We support all people who have experienced forced migration, regardless of their proximity to the labour market, to develop the skills and access the opportunities they need to secure sustainable and meaningful employment. We deliver STEP across the UK, through local partners in communities in person, and through our online programme – STEP Online.
We now have an opportunity for a remote Employment Advisor to join the STEP Online team. You will be working with participants, providing high quality 1:1 advice and guidance and delivering group employability workshops, with the aim of coaching individuals and supporting them on their journey into employment that suits their previous experience and skill set.
You will prepare participants for employment and help them to achieve their chosen training and employment objectives. You will work to a variety of performance targets based on the progression outcomes of clients such as successful delivery of workshops, completion of training courses, volunteering, and achieving and sustaining paid employment.
About you
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Proven experience or knowledge within the employment sector
- Understanding of the issues and challenges faced by people who have experienced forced displacement accessing employment, and the additional barriers that can be faced by women entering the UK job market.
- Knowledge of adult learning/vocational training
- Experience of delivering 1:1 advice and guidance and coaching
- Experience of reviewing and supervising a case load of participants
- Awareness of Safeguarding people at risk and maintaining professional boundaries
- Experience facilitating group workshops
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Cross-cultural sensitivity
- Good admin and IT skills (CRM database, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Advanced level of English
- Competency in a second language (e.g. Cantonese, Dari, Farsi, Ukrainian) is desirable

About you
The candidate should possess a strong technical background with extensive hands-on experience in managing and supporting Office 365 environments. They should be proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Office 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, Teams and the use of an IT Ticketing System. Additionally, familiarity with hardware support and the ability to manage and maintain Windows operating systems is crucial.

About the role
The role will work with the business, senior management, peers and vendors to support O365 applications, knowledge management using the SharePoint platform and general support in the full range of IT computer problems and queries, install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical application problems, either in person or via remote connections.
It is therefore essential that applicant is aware this role requires wide range of O365, systems and network skill set to deliver a first-class support service and ensure IT Support runs within agreed SLA’s.

The Role
To undertake all aspects of warehouse duties, ensuring effective, safe and efficient distribution of food each day. You will have responsibility for coordination of our food stock, from goods-in to picking, dispatch and stock rotation and will be expected to drive vans, and Forklift Trucks (training provided).
As the Goods Out Champion you will be responsible for ensuring all food items despatched from the depot have been quality checked, and are to a high standard on a daily basis.
Working closely with the wider team and volunteers, you will also support the monitoring and utilisation of warehouse space, stock, deliveries and collections to ensure food reaches its destination amongst our members safely, on time and in full.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations
- Undertake all warehouse duties, ensuring effective, safe and efficient coordination and distribution and of food
- Work closely with the food safety lead to ensure all food items are quality checked before departure, using our in house 5 point check.
- To work to performance indicators so that stock is accurate, and delivery routes are efficient to allow the organisation to grow
- To ensure that all work areas – both inside and outside the warehouse - are clean, organised and safe to work in

Rydym yn sefydliad gweithio gartref, ac rydym yn ymfalchïo yn ein cyfleoedd gweithio hyblyg, sydd ar gael o’r diwrnod cyntaf, rhaglen llesiant helaeth a’n pecyn buddion, i gyd wedi’u curadu i feithrin cydbwysedd iach rhwng bywyd a gwaith i’n holl weithwyr er mwyn iddyn nhw allu rhoi gwasanaeth rhagorol i’n gofalwyr a’r bobl ifanc a’r plant rydym yn gofalu amdanyn nhw.
Mae TACT yn buddsoddi’r holl incwm dros ben mewn gwasanaethau, staff, gofalwyr, a datblygiad plant. Mae hyn yn golygu ein bod wedi gallu buddsoddi mewn prosiectau unigryw fel TACT Connect, sef ein cynllun unigryw ac arloesol ar gyfer pobl ifanc ac oedolion sydd â phrofiad o ofal TACT, yn ogystal â’n gwasanaethau Addysg ac Iechyd sy’n ehangu. Mae ein holl weithgareddau’n seiliedig ar ein hymrwymiad i fod yn sefydliad sy’n deall trawma yn llawn, yn unol â’n gwerthoedd a’n hethos allweddol.
Byddwn hefyd yn buddsoddi yn eich dysgu, gan gefnogi eich twf a’ch datblygiad wrth i chi gael eich cyflogi gan TACT. Byddwch yn cael eich annog i fynychu cyfleoedd datblygiad personol a phroffesiynol, a bydd gennych fynediad at ddysgu ac adnoddau i’ch galluogi i ddatblygu eich gwybodaeth a’ch sgiliau.
Yn 2024, daeth TACT yn un o’r 5 elusen orau i weithio iddi yn y DU, gan ddod yn 5ed yng nghanlyniadau arolwg y Cwmnïau Gorau i Weithio Iddynt yn y DU, ac yn un o’r 25 cwmni maint canolig gorau i weithio iddi yn y DU gyfan. Mae 97% o’n staff yn teimlo’n falch o weithio gyda TACT ac yn meddwl bod eu llesiant yn bwysig i TACT. Dywedodd 92% o’n staff eu bod nhw “wrth eu bodd yn gweithio i TACT”.
Fel Ymarferydd Ymgysylltu a Gweithgareddau gyda TACT Cymru, byddwch yn rhan o’n tîm anhygoel o weithwyr proffesiynol sy’n gweithio gyda gwerthoedd ein sefydliad wrth galon eu hymarfer bob dydd.
Rydym yn chwilio am rywun sydd â phrofiad o gynnal gweithgareddau grŵp ac unigol ac sy’n barod i gymryd rhan mewn gweithgareddau corfforol gyda phlant a phobl ifanc.
Bydd gofyn i’r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus fynychu cyfarfodydd wyneb yn wyneb rheolaidd bob chwarter o leiaf yn ne Cymru a mynychu cyfarfodydd wyneb yn wyneb eraill fel digwyddiadau hyfforddiant a digwyddiadau llesiant tîm, yn ogystal â chwrdd â phlant a phobl ifanc wyneb yn wyneb o amgylch rhanbarth de-ddwyrain Cymru.
Ymgeisiwch nawr os ydych chi eisiau cael eich gwerthfawrogi fel gweithiwr proffesiynol, cael eich gwerthfawrogi yn y gwaith a chyfrannu at ganlyniadau gwell i’r plant a’r bobl ifanc sy’n gysylltiedig â TACT.
Bydd Dyletswyddau Cyffredinol xxx yn cynnwys:
- Bod yn bwynt cyswllt hygyrch i’r plant sy’n byw gyda’n gofalwyr ac i’n pobl ifanc, gan roi’r wybodaeth ddiweddaraf iddyn nhw am y cyfleusterau a’r cyfleoedd sydd ar gael gyda TACT.
- Cefnogi ymyriadau a gweithgareddau i sicrhau trefniadau lleoliadau sefydlog.
- Gallu cludo plant a phobl ifanc i ddigwyddiadau, apwyntiadau a chyfarfodydd (ad-delir costau teithio).
- Trefnu a chymryd rhan mewn digwyddiadau rhithiol ac wyneb yn wyneb a chyfarfodydd preswyl achlysurol.
- Rheoli’r holl waith papur sy’n gysylltiedig â digwyddiadau a gweithgareddau.
- Parodrwydd i weithio’n hyblyg, yn unol â dyddiadau cau ac anghenion ein teuluoedd.
- Ymgymryd â gwaith uniongyrchol sy’n seiliedig ar drawma gyda phlant a phobl ifanc.
- Cysylltu â’n tîm Gweithwyr Cymdeithasol sy’n Goruchwylio.
Mae TACT yn cynnig pecyn buddion gwych i weithwyr, gan gynnwys:
- 31 diwrnod o wyliau â thâl, yn ogystal ag 8 gwyl banc blynyddol.
- Symud ymlaen i gyfradd darged cyflog ar ôl cwblhau 18 mis o wasanaeth.
- 45c y filltir ar gyfer teithiau busnes.
- Trefniadau gweithio hyblyg (gan gynnwys oriau cywasgedig, hyblygrwydd o ran oriau craidd, polisi diwrnodau gwirfoddoli).
- Polisïau ystyriol o deuluoedd.
- ‘Bwndel’ gweithio gartref, gan gynnwys lwfans blynyddol, offer TG a benthyciad ar gyfer sefydlu swyddfa gartref.
- Rhaglen Cymorth i Weithwyr HelpHand (gan gynnwys cwnsela Therapi Gwybyddol Ymddygiadol, apwyntiadau o bell â Meddygon Teulu, ffisiotherapi, cymorth iechyd meddwl ac ail farn ar ddiagnosis difrifol).
- Awr yr wythnos o weithgareddau byw dan arweiniad arbenigwyr drwy’r Rhaglen Flynyddol ar Lesiant Staff.
- Polisi Menopos ac Apwyntiadau Clinigydd Menopos am ddim.
- Cynllun Pensiwn Rhanddeiliaid (aberthu cyflog).
- Cyfleoedd dysgu a datblygu gwych ar gyfer pob swydd.
Mae angen archwiliad manwl gan y Gwasanaeth Datgelu a Gwahardd ar gyfer y rôl hon, a bydd yn cael ei brosesu gan TACT ar eich rhan.
Mae rhuglder yn y Gymraeg yn ddymunol ond nid yn hanfodol.

Mae diogelu yn fusnes i bawb ac mae TACT yn credu mai dim ond y bobl sydd â’r sgiliau a’r gwerthoedd iawn ddylai weithio ym maes gwaith cymdeithasol. Fel rhan o ymrwymiad TACT i ddiogelu, rydym yn archwilio sgiliau, profiad, cymwysterau a gwerthoedd darpar staff mewn perthynas â’n gwaith gyda phlant ifanc agored i niwed. Rydym yn defnyddio dulliau recriwtio trwyadl a chyson i helpu i ddiogelu pobl ifanc TACT. Disgwylir i’n holl staff weithio yn unol â pholisïau diogelu TACT.
Rydym yn cadw’r hawl i gau hysbyseb swydd yn gynharach na’r hyn a hysbysebwyd os yw nifer y ceisiadau’n ormodol, felly fe’ch cynghorir i wneud cais cyn gynted ag y bo modd.
Nid yw TACT yn derbyn dogfennau CV digymell gan asiantaethau recriwtio allanol nac yn derbyn y ffioedd sy’n gysylltiedig â nhw.
