Our team in is made up of a passionate and diverse group of professionals, bringing together experienced managers, dedicated NMPS, empathetic Nurses, devoted recovery staff, outstanding peer mentors, and incredible volunteers.

Responsibilities
As a team, we are collectively committed to providing comprehensive support, medical interventions, and clinical care to those who access our services. The post-holder will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our service, ensuring that individuals receive consistent, high-quality care that aligns with best practice guidelines and upholds professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
This post-holder will be responsible for fulfilling the following duties:
- Good medical care: Provide a clinical assessment, including relevant psychiatric and
physical investigation, of a wide range of substance misusers presenting to the service. - Review and Monitor: patients’ treatment progress (including results of urinalysis and other laboratory investigations).
- Documenting: To keep accurate appropriate and up-to-date medical and administrative documentation including computer records.
- Specialist Assessments: Provide specialist prescribing assessments to opiate, stimulant, tranquilizer, barbiturate and alcohol dependent clients.
- Working with others: Attend multidisciplinary meetings, promoting the nomination of named link workers and actively supporting the implementation of integrated care pathways.
- Represent Change Grow Live: Represent the service at a range of meetings with other
professionals and agencies in order to evaluate, monitor and develop treatment services for substance misusers and minimise barriers to treatment. - Maintaining good medical practice: participate in continuing professional development, annual appraisal and revalidation and to join appropriate supervision and PDP groups for the role.
About You:
- Medical Degree and completion of Basic Medical Training.
- Full GMC-UK Registration with License to Practice.
- Experience in delivering evidence based treatments in Substance Misuse
- Good knowledge of addiction psychiatry and legislation relating to Mental Health
- Demonstrable ability to work independently with minimal consultant supervision.
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary team setting and with other agencies.
- Evidence of participation in Clinical Audit.
- Experience in working with substance misuse and mental health issues.

About the role:
This role is based in Rochdale Police station along with some hybrid working, you must be prepared to travel across the borough of Rochdale.
As a CYP IDVA you will deliver specialist and enhanced support to Children and Young People aged 4-17 who have experienced Domestic Violence Abuse in the home. You will be responsible for providing high quality interventions to children & young people affected by DVA through the development of individually tailored & risk assessed support and safety plans. You will offer support through one-to-one sessions to address issues of self-esteem, manage emotions and feelings of blame and responsibility with the aim to improve understanding of abusive behaviour, healthy relationships and conflict resolution.
You will need:
To conduct comprehensive needs and risk assessments and ensure each CYP receives an individual tailored support package that fully meets their identified needs, including safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
To advocate on behalf of children and young people with experience of domestic abuse to ensure the diverse needs of children and young people using the service are met.
Provide one to one support to children and young people living in families affected by domestic abuse.
The ability to review the assessment of risk on an ongoing basis, ensuring appropriate and immediate action is taken in respect of any CYP facing significant harm, making the necessary referrals to MARAC and local safeguarding processes as required given the legal framework relating to the protection of children and the policy and procedures of the Local Safeguarding Children's Board.
To establish links with relevant statutory partners in Social Care, Education, Health, Police and Housing, with the intention of supporting children and young people who have been impacted by domestic abuse. Attend meetings as required.
Ideally a background in Social Worker, Domestic Abuse or Children & Young People services would be advantageous.

About this exciting opportunity
Our successful candidate will provide operational management and effective leadership to a team of Financial Wellbeing Coaches (FWCs) and Peer Advisor volunteers employed in the delivery of one or more contracts awarded by the HMPPS to deliver Finance, Benefit and Debt (FBD) services in Wales.
We will count on you to set performance objectives and monitor progress – ensuring compliance with contractual performance indicators and quality improvement, and to monitor and manage all aspects of delivery and performance.
This key role will also involve managing partnerships, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, and managing and coordinating allocated resources, including volunteers and spot purchase funds. Ensuring there is a safe and trusting working environment for staff and working closely with other St Giles Wise Managers to ensure consistency of approach and sharing of best practice are also key duties.
What we are looking for
• Experience of working in, or managing, services supporting challenging people
• Experience working in or managing multi-agency partnerships working towards common objectives
• Hold a relevant qualification, or be able to provide evidence of training at specialist level in money and/or welfare benefits advice
• Sound understanding of the requirements of managing a caseload
• Familiarity with relevant legislation, regulations, guidance codes of practice and industry standards
• Ability to coach and mentor staff to motivate and facilitate optimum performance Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Oaklands & St Kilda's is made up of two newly refurbished six-bedroom homes, located close to each other in Ealing, West London. We work with up to 12 young people at a time, providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. Many of the young people joining us are moving on from hospital, stepping down from more intensive placements, or transitioning from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to Adult services.
Our team delivers 24-hour trauma-informed and psychologically informed support. You'll play a key role in helping each young person shape their own support and service experience. Everyone receives a bespoke welcome pack and is encouraged to personalise their living space, helping them feel at home from day one.
We place a strong emphasis on participation and co-production. Young people are encouraged to make decisions about their care, engage in partnership meetings, and take part in activities that build skills and confidence - whether that's cooking, budgeting, managing medication, or accessing education and work opportunities.
Support workers will manage a number of young people to help them to identify, plan and achieve their goals, develop relationships meaningful to them and achieve greater independence by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.
This is a Waking Night role working to support young people throughout the night at the service.
This role consists of four weekly shifts from 22:00 to 08:00, with double cover for each shift.

You'll undergo comprehensive IPS training under our national lead and manage a caseload of service users motivated to seek paid work within structured treatment. Employment Specialists play a crucial role in service integration, promoting IPS, and nurturing relationships with treatment service staff.
- Managing a small caseload, undergoing structured substance use treatment, facilitating their motivation for work.
- Implementing the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) methodology, providing necessary training.
- Engaging clients to identify work skills, goals, and aspirations, and developing tailored job search plans.
- Assisting with job search, CV creation, applications, interviews, and career development, including targeted employer interactions.
- Creating In-Work Support Plans to address work-related client needs, including benefits and health-related advice for employment sustainability.
- Participating in weekly clinical team meetings, fostering relationships, and encouraging client referrals to the IPS service.

About this key role
Our successful candidate will produce individual support and risk management plans for those we will be providing ongoing support to and promote inter-agency collaboration in the support process, which will see you include appropriate agencies in the delivery of the service. What we are looking for
- Had personal experience of the criminal justice system, served a prison sentence, or still be serving a prison sentence in a prison within reach of Scarborough
- If still serving a sentence: To be currently eligible for Release on Temporary License (ROTL). On release, likely to be living within commuting distance of Scarborough. Plus, be willing to provide a DBS check and other disclosure as required, including references from the Prison Service
- Experience of providing support, advice and advocacy and the ability to assess client’s needs
- An understanding of local support services that may be applicable to young people.
- An understanding of the need to use support plans, to enable people to successfully access support services

If so, St Giles is looking for a Wonder +Link Worker (Female Only) who will be responsible for providing an initial assessment and a time-effective, whole-system support service for women within the Norfolk area who have come into contact with the Criminal Justice System.
The service users supported by this role will be individuals facing various and multiple disadvantages, including; mental health needs, housing issues, debt, substance misuse, family and relationship issues, individuals who have suffered domestic and sexual abuse, and those at risk of offending or reoffending. You will be required to tailor the service to meet the needs of the women on your caseload and assist in diverting them away from the Criminal Justice System.
The role will be community-based and client-led and will involve significant partnership working within the local area to enable you to offer a whole system approach to overcoming barriers and empowering the service user to make better life choices
