This programme of work, based in Southwark, works among Latin American (Spanish and Portuguese-speaking) communities. Blue Cross animal hospitals and pet care clinics provide veterinary treatment to sick and injured pets when their owners can’t afford private veterinary fees. About the Role

The position is permanent and part-time. It is for 3 days per week, for the right candidate. The postholder must be available to work one Saturday a month. The main tasks of the role include: maintaining effective communication and correspondence with our vulnerable young clients and booking appointments; overseeing and updating our case management system; administrative financial work, costs billing and creating invoices; and general administrative duties including filing, scanning, shredding, archiving, photocopying, creating e-bundles, preparing and taking post to the post office, completing forms, and requesting subject access disclosure and other information from third parties.

The role also requires the administrator to support, where necessary, the day-to-day administrative management of the office and PRCBC operations. This includes liaising with external stakeholders across a range of areas such as IT support and building management; supporting the maintenance and updating of operational procedures and practices; and completing ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as office supply procurement, as required.

To work effectively at PRCBC, it is necessary for the administrator to closely follow instructions, retain a professional approach throughout, and be highly focused and well organised, with excellent attention to detail.

Due to the varied nature of PRCBC’s work, the administrator participates in many aspects of the management, administrative and legal process, and interacts with a wide range of individuals, from solicitors and barristers to social workers and foster parents, alongside frequently vulnerable young clients and their carers. The administrator is therefore expected to manage a varied and evolving workload. Purpose of the job

The Summer Jobs Programme is the largest programme in UK Youth’s portfolio. Funded until the end of 2026, the programme is currently operating in its second year. Reporting to the Head of Programmes, you will be responsible for programme managing our Summer Jobs programme. As Programme Manager, you will deliver the programme to a high standard and that the benefits to young people are realised. This will include ensuring that colleagues and stakeholders are clear on their roles and delivering on them effectively, that programme deliverables are met, risks managed effectively, and delivery is within budget.

The Summer Jobs Programme is a paid employment initiative running from July to September 2025 and 2026, supporting vulnerable young people in England and Wales. It aims to reduce youth violence and improve future engagement in education, training, and work by removing barriers to employment and offering structured, empowering opportunities. This programme is delivered with a network of local youth work Delivery Partners and employers. Young people begin with a one-week pre-employment training course, followed by a five-week job placement. Throughout, they’re supported by both a local youth worker and an employer-based supervisor to ensure they receive consistent guidance. 

Funded by the Youth Endowment Fund and Youth Futures Foundation, the programme launched in 2024 with over 400 participants and has expanded in 2025. A built-in Randomised Control Trial (RCT) will assess its impact on youth violence and long-term outcomes. Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Summer Jobs programme, ensuring successful implementation across multiple regions.

• Manage the selection, contracting, and contract management of delivery partners and work with Project Officers to ensure effective fulfilment of contractual obligations.

• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements in line with funder expectations.

• Collaborate with IFF Research to support robust programme evaluation, including participant tracking and RCT protocols.

• Monitor programme performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and the Youth Endowment Fund.

• Champion the voice of young people and embed youth participation throughout programme delivery.

• Manage the relationship with our payroll company, working closely to ensure the successful delivery of Right to Work check and payroll services.

• Lead management of the programme risk register, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating risks as required.

• Mobilise our team of Project Officers to ensure effective Delivery Partner engagement with programme requirements and task manage other delivery roles to ensure effective programme management.

• Ensure compliance with UK Youth safeguarding policies and manage risk proactively across programme activities.

• Work with the Summer Jobs Employer Engagement Manager and the CRM Manager to refine and complete the development of the programme’s CRM system.

The purpose of this role is to provide leadership, oversight and curation to the FYT Leadership Team, and to lead the smooth running of the FYT Organisation which supports the wider FYT Movement. This will include coordinating the delivery of the strategic plan, leading fundraising, and working closely with the FYT Board to oversee the smooth running of the organisation.

Hours: 22.5 hrs per week
Salary: £24,116 per annum (£40,194 pro rata) + 9% pension

Location: Working from home, with nationwide travel expected

Key Responsibilities:

2. Lead the FYT staff team – supporting, supervising, enabling and encouraging and ensuring appropriate HR functions are carried out. 
3. Lead the fundraising strategy for the organisation, giving attention to securing grants, as well as donor fundraising . Report as necessary to funders.
4. Work with the Finance Officer to manage the budget and finances within the parameters agreed by the Board.
5. Facilitate the effective function of the Leadership Team, enabling the smooth and efficient carrying out of the strategic priorities.
6. Provide Line Management support and supervision to the other members of the Leadership Team.
7. Develop, implement and monitor FYT’s strategic plan in partnership with the FYT team and board
8. Engage in practical theological reflection on FYT’s mission and how it is expressed.
9. Attend and contribute as required to Board meetings, working closely with the Chair and Board to ensure that appropriate issues are raised, and that any agreed action is put into effect.
10. Be an advocate for marginalised young people, the issues they face, and youth workers and projects working with them (pursuing prophetic mischief, provocation, and taking up our unique space in the youth ministry community).
11. Make links with appropriate Christian, voluntary and statutory bodies and to represent FYT in appropriate forums and pursue opportunities for collaborative working.
12. Support the active promotion of the FYT training and resource offer.
13. Lead the monitoring and evaluation (impact assessment) of FYT’s work

Other functions:

1. Meet regularly with Line Manager for supervision.
2. Undertake administration and keep necessary work records.
3. Comply with all FYT policies and procedures.
4. Work collaboratively with the FYT leadership team and Board to ensure that organisational policies are regularly reviewed.
5. Engage in CPD/lifelong learning.
6. Undertake any other tasks that may be requested, commensurate with the nature and level of the post and as may be required by the Board of Trustees.

Additional Information

• The Leadership Team is supported by a contract with Giraffe HR that assists in the day to day running of the organisation, primarily managing the finances of the organisation.
• Engagement in ongoing, regular youth work with marginalised young people is not a requirement of this post, but encouraged. FYT will be flexible where possible in order to facilitate this.

Based in Surrey, the Orpheus Centre is an independent specialist college and charity that focuses on developing independence skills through performing and visual arts and makes dramatic improvements to young disabled adults’ lives.  We are currently looking for a driven and pro-active Events Fundraiser to develop, coordinate and deliver the charity’s fundraising events and orchestrate experiences from initial concept to post event analysis. This includes pre-event planning and development, concept development and proposal.

Working closely with the Head of Capital Appeal and Senior Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, you will design and deliver events which steward and develop key contacts as part of our Capital Appeal.

The role holder will have strong administration skills, attention to detail and work as part of a team.  You will be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, managing a wide range of tasks.

Your new role
The Human Resources Division supports all people management activities across the school and is committed to delivering high-quality and customer-focused services. Reporting to the Director, HR Policy and Employee Relations, this post is responsible for maintaining existing HR policies and contributing to the development of new policy in consultation with a wide range of HR colleagues and stakeholders across the School.
This role also supports the development and implementation of key employee engagement and wellbeing projects. This includes playing an important role in developing and implementing initiatives and actions that emerge from staff feedback and annual benchmark reports. The post-holder will present a positive and efficient image of the Human Resources Division, working collaboratively with colleagues inside and outside the Division in order to deliver high-quality solutions that contribute towards the School's strategic agenda.Key responsibilities will include:

Policy Development:

• To stay informed of new legislative developments and ensure that appropriate revisions to HR policy are made accordingly, as well as working with the Director, HR Policy and Employee Relations to ensure that the wider HR Division is aware of the changes.
• To undertake appropriate policy benchmarking across the sector and with other leading organisations (both public and private).
• To support in ensuring that the university has a set of up-to-date and appropriate HR / employment policies and that these are accessible to staff and line managers, maintaining a regular programme of monitoring, review and improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience of working in a large HR department supporting a complex and diverse organisation
• Can demonstrate a sound knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR good practice, with experience of advising colleagues and managers on HR policy and procedure
• Experience of developing or contributing to HR policies across a range of topics
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience of servicing committees and/or organising events
• Experience of producing accurate minutes and/or meeting notes
