Role Description

We are looking for a confident, motivated and results-driven marketing professional with a strong background in multi-channel campaign development and communications who is keen to work for a purpose-driven organisation. You will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating targeted, insight-driven marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and lead generation across a wide range of HACT’s projects, services and propositions. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and teams across the organisation to bring our brand, offers and showcase the impact we create to all our audiences.

With hands-on responsibility for our developing and delivering campaigns utisiling the CRM and omni platforms, you will lead campaign planning and performance reporting, ensuring our messaging is always on-brand, relevant and effective. Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate high-impact marketing campaigns across all channels to promote HACT’s services, projects and charitable purpose.
• Apply audience segmentation, personalisation and targeting strategies to ensure effective communication with varied customer groups.
• Create and manage content for campaign assets, including landing pages, emails, blogs, social media and event materials.
• Deliver campaigns using digital tools such as Email management suite,Buffer, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms and optimise through data-driven insights.
• Lead the use of the CRM to support audience segmentation, campaign management and reporting across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop KPIs for campaigns and lead on performance tracking, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Manage the HACT website, ensuring content is current, accurate, SEO-optimised and designed to convert.
• Deliver engaging, timely and strategic social media activity across all key channels.
• Oversee and deliver email marketing campaigns with targeted content and personalisation to maximise engagement.
• Coordinate online and face-to-face events from a marketing and communications perspective to ensure strong attendance and experience.
• Support PR, media and thought leadership activity to increase brand reach and reinforce HACT’s sector voice.
• Build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders to develop marketing briefs, assets and cross-channel campaign plans.
• Continuously review and evolve marketing and campaign processes to increase impact, relevance and return on investment.

COMMUNITY HUB LEADER

Oasis is looking for someone who can combine an entrepreneurial flair and excellent leadership skills to become the next Community Hub Leader at Woodview, Birmingham. 

The post holder will lead the development of the Hub, situated on the periphery of central Birmingham, serving the community of the Woodview estate, supporting the Oasis Academy and wider local community. The role will hold the vision of integrated community delivery, which will include a range of projects such as family support, volunteering, advice and support, community events.

This is a key role as you will be responsible for strategic oversight of the hub charity, ensuring the youth and community work supports the work of the academy, working alongside other local Oasis leaders such as the Principal, volunteers and members of the local community to develop a joined up local vision for the community.

Some of the specific duties of this role include:

· Establishment and coordination of a range of services such as family support, holiday provision, volunteering and community empowerment projects.

· Building supportive working partnerships across the community and various groups.

· Leading strategic development (e.g. comms, income generation, MEL)

· Planning, resource and coordinate the community plan, measuring impact.

· Working closely with the academy safeguarding team on Early Help and family support.

· Developing a team that can grow an Oasis Movement (e.g. engaging staff, volunteers and community workers).

This is very much a relational and project management role. As such, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

· Experience of leading community delivery and growing projects from start-up phase.

· Innovative use of resources and budget management to maximise funding.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ownership of our social media channels; regularly testing, creating, and posting content that is tailored to each platform, using each channel’s features to maximise impact towards our goals.

• Create inspiring concepts and develop these into compelling, on-brand, platform-specific content using tools like Canva and Adobe Express.

About the role

Iswe is a social impact foundation dedicated to finding ways to put people at the heart of social and political decision-making to solve some of society’s greatest challenges. 

We are seeking a proactive, organised and values-driven Project Coordinator to support the delivery of the Global Citizens’ Assembly. This is a pivotal role, providing core operational and logistical support, enabling Iswe to deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and impactful Civic Assembly as part of the Global Citizens’ Assembly.

You will work closely with the Civic Assembly Delivery Manager and Programme Director, supporting work around governance, research, evaluation and partnerships.

The role holder may occasionally need to work unusually long hours or at inconvenient times (due to the international nature of this project, but we aim to keep this to a minimum). The period when this is most likely will be mid-January to mid-February 2026 (Wednesdays and Saturdays; exact dates to be confirmed).

Operational and administrative support

• Organise cross-team coordination meetings and internal updates with the Programme Director and Delivery Manager.

Civic Assembly delivery coordination

• Support the Delivery Manager and Programme Director in maintaining the Civic Assembly’s overall project delivery plan, timelines and task tracking.

• Assist the Delivery Manager to develop a delivery plan, workflows, and risk management strategies.

• Lead the implementation of the delivery plan with the supportive oversight of the Delivery Manager and Programme Director.

• Ensure accessibility, inclusion, safeguarding, translation and wellbeing protocols are implemented in practice.

• Coordinate the execution of Civic Assembly sessions, including the scheduling (and possibly hosting) of plenary videocalls, ensure all personnel have access to the videocall links and resources they require to participate.

Coordination and support of global delivery personnel

• Support Regional Leads by monitoring recruitment of Facilitators and Notetakers, helping fill any shortfalls ahead of the Civic Assembly.

• Liaise between the Process Team and delivery personnel (Facilitators, Notetakers, Editors), including scheduling and coordinating training.

• Coordinate Facilitators: Distribute materials, manage schedules and substitutions, and maintain regular communications for logistical updates and motivation.

• Provide ongoing logistical support to Facilitators and Notetakers throughout the Assembly.

Assembly participant support & engagement

• Support Regional Leads in assessing and addressing the inclusion needs of Community Hosts and Assembly Members, including arranging internet connectivity where required.

• Oversee and adapt participation processes to ensure diversity, accessibility, and wellbeing.

• Coordinate the distribution of materials and resources to Assembly Members via Regional Leads and Community Hosts.

• Monitor and respond to emerging needs within the mini‑public infrastructure, including technical support and pastoral care as necessary.

Research & evaluation coordination

• Support the Research & Evaluation Lead in implementing the project’s research framework and evaluation plan.

• Collate data, insights, and learning from delivery and research teams.

Skills and experience

Essential

• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in civic engagement and/or non-profit contexts.

• Demonstrated experience managing logistics and operational delivery of complex projects.

THE ROLE

The Donor Care Specialists will be responsible for communicating with our donors and supporters to raise awareness about, and fundraise for, our worldwide projects. About the role

Our passionate Regional Casework Coordinators are SSAFA’s front line of support for members of the armed forces community in need. They are the first point of contact for all beneficiaries into the Regional Office, assessing needs and allocating the case to one of our volunteer caseworkers.

You will sometimes handle complex problems from individuals who may be distressed, identifying the presenting and potential underlying needs to determine the best way to support the beneficiary. You will have ownership of cases from beginning to end, coordinating the casework process in a timely manner and ensure that the beneficiary journey is at the centre of the Service. You will have the opportunity to shape processes and procedures within the office which will lead to improvements in the service offered to clients.

To help you establish yourself in this new post you will receive excellent training and induction to SSAFA.

Whilst the post is homebased, to be eligible for this role you are required to live in the North East England or Yorkshire region, which includes North, South, East and West Yorkshire, Teesside, County Durham, Tyne & Wear and Northumberland. There will be occasional travel around these areas, and you may be required to travel at short notice for face-to-face meetings.

About the team

The team work remotely and pride themselves in maintaining a close working bond which ensures the smooth operation of the office. You will work closely with volunteers from the eight SSAFA branches in the Northeast and Yorkshire, supporting them to administer casework for SSAFA beneficiaries. The successful candidate will work as part of a team 8, which includes a Regional Casework Manager and a Regional Manager for Casework and Community Engagement.

About you

To carry out this role successfully you will have a track record of providing welfare advice in key areas such as housing, benefits, debt, disability, mobility or immigration issues. You will have knowledge of safeguarding and GDPR and experience in dealing with sensitive information and people in vulnerable situations. You will be able to provide excellent customer service by telephone, e-mail and face to face. You will have used Microsoft Office 365 to a high standard. It is important that you have experience of planning and managing your own workload, with minimal supervision.

We’re looking for two Place Leads to help drive our work in Stoke-on-Trent and East Staffordshire. Each role will be rooted in its local area, but both will work across the whole county, helping us build more connected, inclusive systems that support people to be active in ways that matter to them.

This work is part of a wider investment from Sport England, focused on changing how systems support people to be active. That means shaping how physical activity is understood, prioritised, and embedded, not just in programmes, but in policies, partnerships, and everyday decisions. That includes health, local government, community development, and beyond.

You’ll work with partners, communities, and decision-makers to make sense of what’s already happening, spot where things are stuck, and help shift both the culture and the practice. The work will be messy, layered, and relational. Some days will be about strategy. Others will be about trust.

You’ll be part of a small, committed team working across policy, systems, community insight and practice. And you’ll be trusted to bring your own judgement, experience, and clarity to the role.

• Robust learning and evaluation framework in place the can effectively demonstrate the our impact across systems and directly for people living in place
• The people who need to understand and demonstrate system leadership do
• Coordinated, coherent approach has been developed to place based working in areas of focus.

What does this mean day to day?

• You’ll spend time listening to what’s emerging in communities, building trust with partners, and making sense of how insight, decisions, and action travel across the system.
• You’ll support our governance groups, coordinating agendas, shaping recommendations, and helping hold people gently but clearly to account for the things they’ve committed to.
• You’ll track where energy is building, where its leaking, and where attention needs to shift. That means spotting patterns, asking difficult questions, and making sure conversations lead to decisions, and decisions lead to change.
• You’ll need to hold contradictions without forcing resolution: where different truths exist at once, where progress creates new tensions, and where outcomes are unclear. Critical thinking is key; this role is as much about reflection and challenge as it is about delivery.
• Some days you’ll be co-designing a development session. Other days, you’ll be reflecting on what’s working, what’s drifting, and how we bring things back into focus. You’ll be supported by a small team who care about doing this work well, with clarity, kindness, and a shared sense of purpose.

  We’re interested in your motivation, but also in your mindset; how you approach complexity, pace, and change that doesn’t always follow a plan.

• Tell us about a time you helped hold people or partners to account in a way that built trust rather than eroded it.
  This could be from work, volunteering, or anywhere you’ve had to navigate power, tension, or different agendas with care.

• How do you recognise when systems change is happening, and when it isn’t?
  We don’t need a textbook answer. We want to hear how you spot movement (or drift), and what you pay attention to when trying to shift something deeper than outputs.
