Purpose
This vital Data Officer role will support the Data Team in maintaining and developing the supporter relationship database (Salesforce NPSP), providing high quality support to CBM UK staff. You will be part of a dynamic & highly skilled Fundraising and Communications team, dedicated to inspiring people in the UK to help transform lives in some of the world’s poorest places.
Key Responsibilities
The Data Officer supports the Data Team to effectively use and maintain the fundraising database across the organisation to increase fundraising, communications and engagement potential.
1.Salesforce Maintenance and Support
a)Support with maintenance and administration of the supporter relationship database(Salesforce NPSP) and suite of Salesforce apps.
b)Provide first line support to members of staff responding to queries and issues.Escalate more complex issues to Senior Data and Insight Officer and Data and InsightManager as appropriate.
c)Import data and income into Salesforce from external data sources
d)Support Fundraising & Communications team in producing data for direct marketingappeals and carry out data checks to ensure data accuracy.
e)Perform data de-duplication and cleansing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of thedatabase, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulations
f)Assist the Fundraising & Communication team in building reports and dashboards todeliver timely and critical information.
g)Provide Salesforce training to new and existing users and support the development ofuser guides and training resources.
2.Other

The Learning and Skills Development Co-Ordinator will lead on developing a program of training, learning, volunteering and work experience for the residents of Homeless Oxfordshire that increase self esteem, engagement and motivation. You will work collaboratively and creatively across the organisation, as well as with partners, stake-holders, and the wider community. Improving community relations and help us secure support from local training providers and employers where resident participation in the wider community will help break down stigmas surrounding homelessness and addiction.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Devise and deliver a structured programme of training and education (both formal and informal) to improve our residents' skills and confidence which prepares them for the next stage of their lives.
- As part of the LEAP team work closely with the Activities Co-Ordinator to deliver a comprehensive programme of engagement, developing skills to move away from homelessness.
- Work with partners and residents to design training that is tailored to the needs of our residents.

They will build supportive networks, learn key life skills and access training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. Many will gain qualifications and secure long-term accommodation. The project strengthens peer support and enables residents to shape services through formalised Residents’ Forums, ensuring their voices influence senior decision-making. For Homeless Oxfordshire, LEAP enhances our capacity to deliver peer-led support, builds staff knowledge, and informs service improvement. We are looking for a Maintenance Team Member interested in being part of a vital team helping to support the day to day running of our properties for vulnerable families accessing our children’s hospice care, who has experience of working within maintenance environment. Ideally the successful candidate will possess some form of maintenance skill/qualification/experience (Painting & Decorating/Carpentry /Plumbing skills etc).

About the role
We're looking for a dynamic, relationship-focused, and highly organised individual to oversee our teaching programmes, school partnerships, and tutor network.

- Analyse and collate data on programme effectiveness, reporting to the team.
- Work with the fundraiser to provide teaching-related content for funding bids and reports.
Person specification
Essential:
- Strong experience in account management, partnerships, or relationship management (preferably in education or the charity sector).
- Experience working in education or service delivery (e.g. as a teacher, tutor, or programme manager).
- Strong pedagogical knowledge and the ability to support tutors with teaching-related queries.
- Excellent people skills, able to build relationships with schools, tutors, and funders.
- Highly organised and proactive, with strong project management skills.
- Strong ability to problem-solve, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of safeguarding in education (or willingness to train as a DSL).

Do you want to join an organisation committed to addressing low literacy levels amongst people in prison?
Shannon Trust are delighted to be working with His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) to provide peer-led literacy and numeracy programmes across a number of prisons. We now have the opportunity to provide a service at HMP The Mount. Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.
This role will be prison based. About the role:
You will be working for Advance London service as an experienced Domestic Housing Manager, responsible for overseeing the delivery of the London service. You will lead and manage the LWHSP project and the co-located IDVAs,
Being responsible for line managing and performance managing Regional Managers and project staff within the post holder’s responsibility, including annual appraisals and supervision.
Supporting Regional Managers to recruit, train and develop a team of competent and highly skilled IDVAs to provide a consistently high-quality service to women. Supporting IDVAs to ensure that Advance’s values, policies and procedures are embedded into service delivery.
Overseeing the management of caseloads and casework to a high-quality standard and monitoring the performance of your team, offering continuous coaching and feedback to ensure that Advance meets the specific KPIs and outcome measures for the contract, taking immediate action to manage poor performance as necessary.
About You:
To be successful as the Domestic Housing Manager you will need the below experience and skills:
You will bring your management experience of providing services to women experiencing Domestic Violence and Abuse including VAWG. With a significant experience of managing, developing and leading teams across a geographically dispersed region and remotely, including harnessing the strengths and potential of staff at all levels, building a strong team culture and maintaining staff motivation, particularly through periods of change. You will have substantial delivery of collaborative working with external agencies, stakeholders, subcontracted partners and extensive management of frontline workers.

This role also ensures our end to end data flows are fit for purpose and that data within it are clean, accessible and available.
This role is responsible for:
- Custodian of our CRM data and responsible for major data import/export into the system including data validation, de-duplication, cleansing and fixing of data throughout the multiple data systems.
- Responsible for the curation and management of import and export routines of key fundraising data using appropriate tools.
- Responsible for forming and managing how the functions work within the Organisation to build key relationships with key data users to ensure data is correctly ingested
- Responsible for defining and setting standards and principles of data use in the system and fully enforcing these principles across the Organisation and to suppliers.
- Maintenance of legacy systems and processes where necessary
