Hope Church, a lively and growing Anglican church in North West Bicester, is seeking a part-time (three days a week) worker, gifted and passionate about ministry with children, families and schools.

The Role
We are looking for someone who will:
· Develop and lead our ministry with children and families, both in church and the community.
· Build strong relationships with local schools, supporting their Christian ethos and outreach.
· Work alongside our leadership team to create fun, faith-filled opportunities for children and families to explore and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
· Equip and encourage volunteers, ensuring our ministry is sustainable and effective.

We are looking for a Sports Administrator to support us during our BUCS season! Flexible around your hours of study, the role involves the admin surrounding BUCS Wednesdays for our sports teams.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to our sports clubs that enables them to both fulfil and host British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) fixtures against other universities, including the organisation of transport, facility bookings, registering individuals and teams for competitions, submitting results, and hiring of officials.
- Be the first point of contact for all queries from students and other universities in relation to club administration and fixtures.
- Provide effective training to students on using the BUCS play system, and using the system effectively to ensure fixtures and team sheets are accurate.
- Provide administrative support to the rest of Northampton SU staff to support various events and projects throughout the year, including an annual awards evening, Varsity and various promotional and outreach activities designed to support recruitment.
- Ensure that finance processes followed for all fixture related expenditure. This includes raising PO numbers, processing invoices, making credit card payments, using online payment systems and the ability to keep accurate financial records.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sport and physical activity at Northampton SU, by contributing in team meetings, providing creative ideas and participating in projects and cross team working groups as appropriate.
