We are looking to recruit a HOPELINE247 Manager to enable the delivery of an outstanding suicide prevention helpline, through the effective management of HOPELINE247 advisers, alongside promotion and development of the service.
What you will do:
• Provide leadership, guidance, and effective line management to a team of suicide prevention advisers.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality service is delivered through effective quality assurance processes.
• Managing staffing and resources effectively to ensure the efficient running of the helpline service.
• Risk assess and provide advice and guidance to the team, in relation to safeguarding matters, in line with policy and procedures.
• Provide ad hoc rota cover to support a range of clients via multi-channel communications adhering to HOPELINE247 remit at all times.
To be successful in this role you will have:
• A proven track record of building and managing an effective team, supporting their development and managing their performance.
• Previous experience of building, developing and managing effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in the community, voluntary, statutory and political settings
• Previous successful experience of working in suicide prevention or mental health
• Awareness of the issues around safeguarding and how these can affect young people and adults at risk.
• Degree level or professional qualification in Health, Nursing, Social Work, Community Work or related discipline
Salary: £35,407 per annum (Scale point 29) progressing by increments to £38,051 per annum (Scale point 32). As a night shift worker, you will receive an additional allowance of £173.00 per month based on working 4 nights per week.
Hours: 33 hours per week
Working arrangements: This role will work shifts starting at 10:25pm and finishing at 7:40am. Shifts will be on a rota bases across a 7-day working week. 33 hours will be based upon working 4 nights shifts per week.

The Diocese of Rochester is committed to equipping its churches and leaders for growth and transformation. As part of this, we are seeking a Missionally Healthy Places (MHP) Project Manager to join our Programme Team based at the Diocesan Office in Rochester.
The MHP Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of 15 strategically funded parish projects supported by the National Church. Working with the Head of Programmes, Diocesan colleagues, and parish representatives, the Project Manager will oversee planning, budgeting, governance, and reporting processes across the MHP project. This role will be vital in supporting parish leaders and PCCs to lead and deliver their local MHP initiatives effectively.
The successful applicant will be an experienced and highly organised project manager, with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. You’ll need to demonstrate the ability to manage risk, track project outcomes, and support change across a variety of contexts. A background in monitoring and evaluation is important, and a desire to serve the mission of the Church will be key to thriving in this role. Experience of working with Church of England structures is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong working relationships with the 15 MHPs, acting as a governance and communications link with the Diocesan MHP Project Board
- Oversee and report on progress, risks, outcomes, and finances across all MHP projects
- Track progress against milestones and budgets, escalating risks and managing changes as needed
- Support the sharing of learning and success stories in collaboration with the Communications Officer and Mission and Ministry Development team
- Manage the MHP budget, including drawing down and allocating funds and reporting to stakeholders

The Support Line Officer will support the delivery of the organisation’s Support Line service, responding to enquiries from service users, organisations and health care professionals across a range of topics related to spinal cord injury, and contributing to the provision of written information, including factsheets and articles for SIA’s bi-monthly magazine and website. They will signpost to, and work closely with, other relevant services within the organisation and external partners.
Some key duties will include:
- Responding to all enquiries to the Support Line service in a prompt and efficient manner, and within the remit of its policies, procedures and practices.
- Providing information, support and advice to all service users using a range of recourses to find, interpret and communication the relevant information, liaising with appropriate outside agencies as and when necessary, in order to further research enquiries.
- Researching and exploring options and implications so that service users can make informed decisions.
- Supporting the Frank Williams Academy with the updating and development of new factsheets.
- Supporting the work of the Advocacy service, providing first line support for NHS CHC cases and referring to the service for more in-depth support.
- Supporting the work of the Support Network team, arranging appointments and referring callers when appropriate.

Our Peer Support Service started 13 years ago, with 2 Wellbeing Centres offering this new service. Since then, we have seen our service grow and we now offer Peer Support across the whole of Hertfordshire
Working in co-production with clients, staff, volunteers and stakeholders, we were able to create our own Peer Support Charter Values (this can be found on our website). These values form the ethos we work towards within our peer support team. These values also complement HMN’s values of Hope, Courage, Togetherness and Responsive, which form the basis of all the work we do as an organisation.
About the Role
Working with the team to offer 1-1 peer support to anyone accessing HMN. The Peer Support service provide tailored support for individuals to support their needs. This includes using different tools and techniques to help an individual improve areas of their life they may be struggling with. Having a lived experience of mental health issues or supporting someone who has is a key element to what makes this service so unique.
The Peer Support approach includes empathy, warmth, acceptance, authenticity and compassion. Peer Support is based on the recognition that there is no better person to support the path towards recovery, than someone who has walked a similar path as that person.
To meet client needs, and work to this personalised approach, we do support people out in the community, within their home, as well as in one of our Wellbeing Centres. Being able to drive and having access to your own vehicle (or equivalent) is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will need a personal understanding of mental ill health, either from your own lived experience or by caring for someone with a mental health condition and have awareness of issues in mental health service provision.
Peer Support Workers will also provide support within our Peer Support Groups, Peer Support Learning Sets and Peer Support Academy when needed.

The Creighton Centre is a well-established local charity based in Hammersmith & Fulham, dedicated to supporting older, disabled, and vulnerable adults. We are currently seeking a compassionate, proactive, and engaging Project Worker to join our Learning Disability Outreach (LDO) team.
You will work directly with adults who have learning disabilities, supporting them to lead more independent, connected, and fulfilling lives. The role involves a mix of 1:1 support, group work, advocacy, casework, and mentoring, as well as helping to deliver a timetable of social activities and workshops.
You will also play a key part in volunteer coordination, helping to ensure a warm and supportive environment for everyone involved.
Empathy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in people are essential.

Youth Engagement Officer
Location: Hybrid. Expected to be in our London office in Victoria at least one day per week. You can be remote every other day or come into the office. Your office days are flexible and can be agreed with your manager, other than for monthly team days where you must be in person. Some nationwide travel expected for Youth Steering Group training days, events and conferences. After passing probation, up to six weeks ‘super remote’ working per year, where you can work anywhere in the world as long as you’re online for four hours of the UK workday.
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31 August 2026 with the possibility to extend.
Holidays: 38 days per year, including our 3-day winter shut down and eight flexible bank holidays.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full time) Please note as this role works with young people there will be occasions where your working hours will be outside the standard 9-5:30pm. This will typically be a few meetings per month that can last until 7pm and about four weekend days over the year. This is to ensure our activities fit around the young people’s education and work commitments.

You would be joining the organisation at a very exciting time as our youth engagement work is growing and building momentum across the sector. In the last year we have seen a 25% increase in youth engagement across our membership, have supported Ofsted and Department for Education to their youth participation in policy making and our Youth Steering Group hosted our biggest ever Fair Education Youth Summit. This role will play a critical part in the success of taking this work forward. As the Youth Engagement Officer, you will work with our Head of Youth Engagement to ensure our Youth Steering Group can lead their own campaign activities, engage directly with decision makers, and collaborate with other young people to bring about the change they want to see. You will also support and manage the logistics of our Youth Summit, Youth Engagement Working Group and other youth engagement events.

Our Youth Steering Group is made up of 25 brilliant young people, aged 14-24, who draw on their lived experience of the different barriers to accessing a fair education, to campaign for change. You will support the young people to lead their own campaign activity, write their monthly Youth Bulletin and engage directly with policy makers. You will also help the group to participate in FEA decision making, support the design and facilitation of their monthly meetings and training days, help them make progress against their personal development plans. This role will include working directly with young people, session planning and facilitation, policy research and managing logistics.
Ensure the Fair Education Youth Summit is a success and remains truly youth-led
Our Youth Steering Group design and run the annual Fair Education Youth Summit. The event is led by young people for young people and brings together young changemakers from across our membership and the wider education and youth sectors to develop their youth leadership skills, collaborate on campaigns, and engage directly with decision makers. You will support the young people to design sessions, secure speakers, embed past feedback and plan the event structure. You will also support with the event logistics, guestlist management, participant communications and collecting attendee feedback.
Support our members to improve their youth engagement practice
Our Youth Engagement Working Group supports FEA members and other sector organsiations to increase and improve their own youth engagement practice. You will support the management of logistics, promote the workshops, and communicate with working group members. You will also support the facilitation of the workshops and ensure the attendee data and feedback is correctly logged and actioned. The critical responsibilities of this role are described above. They may be subject to reasonable changes from time to time in line with business need and the decisions of the youth leaders we support.

Role Purpose
Winston’s Wish is a digital first organisation leading the way in Digital Transformation across the Bereavement sector. This role will play a vital part in helping Winston’s Wish turn up the dial across our corporate partnerships fundraising. As our Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser, you will be responsible for growing income from new and existing corporate supporters through creative fundraising and engagement plans and efficient account management, ensuring all partnerships have an excellent experience of supporting Winston’s Wish and understand the impact of their support on the lives of grieving children.
Working with a high level of autonomy, but within a supportive and friendly team, you will develop a live pipeline of prospects, be creative in delivering ways to keep corporate supporters engaged and provide strong stewardship to foster long-term and sustainable partnerships.

Main Responsibilities
Account Management and Stewardship
- Confidently manage a portfolio of existing corporate supporters who, together, make a significant difference to the lives of grieving children.
- Support the delivery of the corporate supporter activities, contributing to a team target.
- Ensure all supporter records are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date on our database, and document all corporate engagement activity.
- Execute and adapt bespoke campaigns.
- Maintain an awareness of corporate giving trends, news, events, campaigns and legislation in the UK and pick up on opportunities or topical issues that will enhance the charity.
- Provide comprehensive stewardship for our corporate supporters.
- Prepare regular communications, rewards and incentives and feedback.
- Tailor impact reports to ensure supporters understand and are inspired by the impact of their support.
- Seek out value added benefits such as generating awareness of the charity, volunteering, gifts in kind, introductions, attendance at events and pro-bono work.
Fundraising
- Identify new prospects in areas and industries where the charity is less known.
- Manage pipeline, approaches and KPIs to meet ambitious income targets.
- Provide support, where appropriate, for wider fundraising activity to develop opportunities across different fundraising areas.
- Work with our Events Manager to leverage and maximise corporate participation in our evolving events programme.
- Deliver and submit creative and persuasive pitches, proposals and applications.
- Explore, develop and expand ways in which businesses can support the charity through new corporate supporter products and platforms to cultivate new and enhance existing relationships, e.g. employee volunteering, Charity of the Year, cause-related marketing, sponsorships and point of sale opportunities.

There will be travel around the region involved in this role so you will either need to hold a UK driving licence with access to car that can be used for work purposes, or you will need to be willing to get a driving licence if successful. You will also be a creative self-starter who will support the service and look for innovative solutions to support clients with complex needs. You are a confident professional relationship builder with have good awareness of Safeguarding procedures. You have strong administration skills and understanding of compliant behaviours also, experience of supporting. You will also have good knowledge of the criminal justice system and awareness of other support provisions within the Hampshire area.
