About the role
We are a charity that provides loving, compassionate care and support for veterans and their families, living with disability or dementia. We do this through our Homes and our services reaching into the community. As we continue to grow and strengthen our reach, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Digital Marketing Manager to join us on a 12-month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident digital leader with a proven track record in shaping strategy, planning impactful campaigns, and driving digital performance. You will lead our digital activity across The Royal Star & Garter Group, managing a talented team and using data-driven insight to increase recruitment, fundraising and legacy marketing activity. Purpose of the role

Key responsibilities
Strategy & planning
· Develop and manage a coherent digital marketing roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation, growth, and improved user experience.
· Develop digital audience development strategies that strengthen engagement, conversion, and retention across multiple channels.
· To manage the digital marketing integration of Care for Veterans into The Royal Star & Garter Group, ensuring alignment of websites, social media platforms, messaging, and audience engagement.
· Ensure our digital marketing activity supports and enhances the brand strategy and customer journeys identified for specific audiences.

Campaigns & digital delivery
· Lead on the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact digital marketing campaigns for staff recruitment, fundraising, and occupancy.
· Direct the creation of compelling digital content, including video, photography, and written assets, that reflect our values and engage diverse audiences including supporters, residents, families, and staff across all channels.
· Manage all paid digital marketing activity, including search, display, and social advertising, ensuring campaigns are optimised for performance and ROI.
· Manage the optimisation, and development of our websites, ensuring they provide excellent user experiences and deliver measurable results.
· Working with relevant Fundraising teams, drive the strategic use of email marketing and automation to nurture relationships and deepen supporter engagement.
Data, Insight & Innovation
- Lead a data-driven approach to digital marketing, ensuring robust tracking, reporting, and analysis of all activity.
- Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks for digital channels, using insight to inform continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement new digital tools, platforms, and approaches to improve marketing reach, engagement, and conversion.
Management & process
· Manage, develop, and inspire the Digital Marketing Officer and Legacy Marketing Officer, providing clear direction, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
· Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring spend is efficient, effective, and aligned to strategic priorities.
· Manage the digital content library, including video case studies and photography, ensuring assets are well-managed and accessible.
· Maintain oversight of all digital workflows and project scheduling, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
· Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency of message and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
· Ensure compliance with data protection, accessibility, and fundraising regulations

Knowledge & experience
· Significant experience leading digital marketing across multiple channels in different organisations
· Proven experience developing and implementing digital strategies that deliver measurable results.
· Strong experience managing websites, digital campaigns, and social media channels, including use of content management systems and marketing automation platforms.

Developing strategy, as well as leading and managing IT and digital change projects should be second nature to you. Similarly, you will be experienced in mentoring teams and controlling websites, CMS platforms and integrated digital systems. A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline would be beneficial, alongside knowledge of data protection legislation, digital accessibility and inclusion, Squiz DXP, Azure, Intune and AWS. However your ability to communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues is just as important. About the role
As Senior Property Compliance Officer, you’ll lead Centrepoint’s approach to water hygiene and asbestos compliance across all properties, ensuring we meet and exceed statutory and best-practice standards (ACOP L8/HSG274; CAR 2012).
You’ll own the compliance framework for water and asbestos, oversee risk assessments and remedial actions, and maintain an audit-ready data trail. You’ll also play a key role in assuring compliance across other safety domains — gas, fire, electrical, and LOLER — supporting our commitment to a safety-first culture for staff and residents.
This is a senior, hands-on role with line-management responsibility for the Property Compliance Officer, as well as direct oversight of competent contractors and suppliers.
What you’ll be doing

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. The Role
As an Engagement Officer, you will support the Help Nature Thrive Team to increase participation, volunteering and communication at the Royal Parks.

About You

This is a grant funded role, fixed term for two years, with the opportunity for conversion to a permanent role should funding allow.
Main Purpose of the Role:
To provide proactive, emotional, and practical support to families and individuals affected by Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) across Scotland. - Initiate contact with newly registered families within agreed timeframes (email within 3 working days, call within 7–10 working days)

- Provide ongoing support tailored to individual needs, including emotional wellbeing, physical health, housing, financial security, self-esteem and respect, decision-making, social engagement, quality of life, and access to care

2. Transitions Support
· Lead transition support across all nations, with a focus on Scotland, for children and young people facing key life changes, including:
· Moving between educational settings such as primary to secondary
· Transitioning from paediatric to adult health services
· Changes in mobility and independence (e.g. transitioning to using powerchairs)
· You will lead, but expected to work collaboratively with the England-based Transition Coordinator to ensure consistency and continuity of support across the UK
· Develop resources, guidance, and workshops to support families through transitions
3. Wellbeing Tracking and Outcome Measurement
· Administer wellbeing questionnaires and record scores across key domains (e.g. physical health, emotional wellbeing, financial security)
· Collaborate with families to co-create action plans and track progress
· Ensure all data is entered into CRM (E-Tapestry or similar) within the allotted timeframe, i.e. immediately after or during the call.
4. Community Engagement and Event Delivery
· Organise and deliver regional meetups (minimum one per quarter)
