Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Volunteer and Engagement Coordinator to develop meaningful roles for volunteers across our delivery, and increase the external profile and reach of Arc.

From our base in the Hat Works building in Stockport town centre, Arc’s creative programmes provide life-changing opportunities for people experiencing mental health challenges and inclusive, welcoming spaces where they can develop a sense of belonging, reducing feelings of isolation and loneliness.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our small, dedicated team and make a real difference to the lives of people facing mental health challenges. If you are a ‘can do’ person with great people skills and experience of inspiring, training or developing volunteers and engaging the local community, this is the role for you.
