Richmond CVS is an independent infrastructure organisation whose role is to ”Empower, Enable and Involve” the thriving Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) across the Borough in order to deliver the Vision of:

The Sector contains over 700 organisations who are coming to terms with and adapting to the challenges of the post-COVID and “cost of living crisis” world.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the Sector and be a Senior Leader with extensive experience of service delivery, people management, organisation development, finance, income generation and stakeholder engagement.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Deliver current services efficiently, achieving high levels of performance and satisfaction against contract requirements in both quantitative and qualitative terms.
2. Lead and develop the team in a supportive and collaborative manner and build resilience into the organisation.

At West London Synagogue (WLS), we have made a commitment to helping London’s most vulnerable residents regardless of faith and background. We run 2 drop-ins each month. Our Family drop-in welcomes families with children and of all faiths and ethnic origins who are seeking asylum in the UK. We rely on volunteers to help provide a hot meal, grocery vouchers, toiletries, companionship, and advice for families who have fled life-threatening violence or persecution in their countries of origin.
As well, as our Family drop-in, we run the monthly 'Rainbow' Group.LGBTQI+ asylum seekers in the UK face the same challenges that most asylum seekers face in the UK. In addition, they face further challenges since their sexual orientation WLS opens its doors once a month to provide a safe space for LGBTQI+ asylum seekers to feel a warm community welcome, to build community together, and to receive vital support whilst living in poverty awaiting a decision on their asylum application.
At WLS we have recognised the unjust and compounded hardships for asylum seekers who are members of the LGBTQI+ community. We aim to create an environment where asylum seekers of the LGBTQI+ community can feel safe, supported, and comfortable.

Founded in 1981, INQUEST is the only charity providing expertise on state related deaths and their investigation to bereaved people, lawyers, advice and support agencies, the media and parliamentarians
Our specialist casework includes deaths in police and prison custody, immigration detention, mental health settings and deaths involving multi-agency failings or where wider issues of state and corporate accountability are in question, such as with Hillsborough and Grenfell.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Casework Team provide specialist casework advice and support to bereaved families and individuals following a contentious death in custody and detention settings or through multi agency failings, requiring an inquest. You will be working alongside an experienced Casework Team, led by two Senior Caseworkers. You will have close contact with the Family Engagement Coordinator and with the Policy and Communications team.
The purpose of the role is to provide specialist advice to bereaved families facing an investigation and inquest process into a state related death; advising on the process immediately following a death, secure legal representation for families through the INQUEST Lawyers Group; liaise with external organisations, including lawyers, coroners and public bodies such as the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman and the Independent Office for Police Conduct, work alongside the Communications Team on media engagement; and identify key cases and issues arising as part of INQUEST’s policy and campaigns work.
The successful candidate will have experience of casework and advice provision, preferably in inquest law and related investigations. They will be expected to identify themes and trends arising from cases and contribute to the organisations strategic work. In addition, they will be required to organise stakeholder meetings and represent INQUEST at external meetings.
They will possess outstanding communication and organisation skills, will enjoy working in a very fast paced environment, and will adhere to INQUEST’s values and commitment to social justice, as well as our commitment to tackling racism and discrimination.

What will I be doing?
Work in partnership with the Associate Director of Philanthropy to spearhead a new philanthropic initiative to raise seven and eight figure gifts for children and young people's cancer research.
Manage a portfolio of prospects with a primary focus on qualifying prospects and developing the engagement and stewardship of prospects through the full life cycle of giving and renewal. Ensure consistent pipeline movement and contribution of prospects both through their giving as well as helping to build CRUK's donor pipeline.
Achieve agreed fundraising income and prospect cultivation targets and provide regular reporting and metrics against goals.
Lead the development of the Wealth Advisors and Intermediaries strategy and engagement plan working in partnership with CRUK stakeholders.
Partner with the CRUK Leadership, Chairman, Trustees, as well as scientists, Philanthropy colleagues to develop and implement strategies for gifts of £1M+; help the development and supporting the management of volunteer leaders committed to advancing CRUK philanthropy; guide discussions with senior leadership on prospect strategy;
Own, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; including academics and researchers, institutional leaders, volunteer leaders, and writing briefings and coordinating engagement that will lead to gifts;
Work closely with internal colleagues to coordinate engagement with CRUK funded scientists and leadership develop proposals and propositions.

Overview and key points on the role | Rape Crisis South London is looking for 2 part time skilled, passionate and professional Caseworkers who will be based within the Advocacy Service. As a Caseworker you will support clients through their journey through the housing and benefits system by providing practical and emotional support to survivors of sexual violence. You should have a good working knowledge of Housing processes and Welfare benefits systems with experience of carrying out assessments and completing applications. In addition to having excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills you should also be able to develop key relationships with external agencies such as the local authority. You should have demonstrable experience working with survivors of sexual violence and of working in a trauma-informed way. We will provide clinical supervision, full training and line management, and the opportunity to develop your skillsets. Responsible to the Advocacy service manager you will be a key member of the advocacy service, working alongside our ISVA’s in a busy and supportive team.

This role will be leading and developing the Volunteering and Employability functions for FSSW, alongside providing operational safeguarding support to the Safeguarding Team. The core volunteer program supports the running of the organisation as a whole every day and is embedded across all departments in Bristol and Plymouth. The Employability team runs a NEET Employability programme in our South Bristol warehouse 3 days a week, with administrative duties full time. This part of FSSW is expanding and your role will oversee the pilot and launch of another Employability programme in Plymouth.
In this role you will:
1.Be the senior management overseeing and supporting the running of our employability and volunteering functions across Bristol and Plymouth.
2. Support the organisation as the Operational Safeguarding Lead, working alongside the Strategic lead to oversee incidents and support the training and development of staff.
3. Lead on project development across both volunteering and employability as we grow our offer and launch a number of major organisational developments. This will include but is not limited to; policy, strategy, role and process development.

Line Management:

Overall purpose

A keen understanding of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace and employee wellbeing is an advantage.
This role is essential to ensure we continue to be an effective, inclusive and people-led organisation. Your role will be vital in making sure Breaking Barriers is and continues to be a great place to work for its staff.

The Role
This is a key role within Revitalise Trust, to help meet our fundraising targets by effectively managing a UK portfolio of existing donors and sourcing and securing new ones. Collaborating closely with the Director of Fundraising & International Partnerships, you will build strong relationships with existing funders in the UK and source and build relationships with new donors. The Head of Member Experience is a high-profile leadership role at the College, responsible for shaping and delivering an innovative and inclusive membership experience for over 25,000 paediatricians and child health professionals globally. You will lead on membership strategy, operations, engagement, and benefits development; ensuring that our members receive real value and meaningful support throughout their careers.
As Head of Member Experience, you will oversee the development and delivery of a compelling member benefits offer, using data, insights and member feedback to enhance satisfaction, retention and income (currently over £7.5 million). Working closely with colleagues across digital, marketing, finance and careers, you will drive improvements in how we serve our members, from onboarding and services to communications and digital infrastructure.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Membership and Engagement, you will also work with senior leaders and committees, leading the reporting and analysis of membership performance, and contributing to College-wide strategic priorities.
You will be responsible for engaging with governance processes around membership, including overseeing changes to membership categories and election of senior member roles, and ensuring that member needs and insights are championed throughout the organisation.
You should bring significant experience of leading membership functions in complex organisations, including expertise in digital service delivery, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll also need excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
A background in the healthcare sector, knowledge of governance matters, or a professional membership (e.g. CIM) would be advantageous. A formal project management qualification is also desirable.
