The Head of Member Experience is a high-profile leadership role at the College, responsible for shaping and delivering an innovative and inclusive membership experience for over 25,000 paediatricians and child health professionals globally. You will lead on membership strategy, operations, engagement, and benefits development; ensuring that our members receive real value and meaningful support throughout their careers.

As Head of Member Experience, you will oversee the development and delivery of a compelling member benefits offer, using data, insights and member feedback to enhance satisfaction, retention and income (currently over £7.5 million). Working closely with colleagues across digital, marketing, finance and careers, you will drive improvements in how we serve our members, from onboarding and services to communications and digital infrastructure.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Membership and Engagement, you will also work with senior leaders and committees, leading the reporting and analysis of membership performance, and contributing to College-wide strategic priorities.

You will be responsible for engaging with governance processes around membership, including overseeing changes to membership categories and election of senior member roles, and ensuring that member needs and insights are championed throughout the organisation.

You should bring significant experience of leading membership functions in complex organisations, including expertise in digital service delivery, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll also need excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.

A background in the healthcare sector, knowledge of governance matters, or a professional membership (e.g. CIM) would be advantageous. A formal project management qualification is also desirable.

The RCPCH sets and maintains standards for the education and training of all doctors working in paediatrics and child health in the UK. We advocate on child health issues at home and internationally. Additionally, through a variety of activities, the College influences the quality of medical practice for children in hospital and in the community.

We are looking for a creative, data-driven and results orientated Digital Fundraising Officer to help us grow our income and supporter base through engaging and innovative digital campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate fundraising team, playing a vital role in delivering digital-first fundraising activity and supporter engagement across multiple digital channels. The successful candidate will work closely with fundraising, communications and digital teams. They will also work closely with the Fundraising Digital Marketing Lead to support with planning, implementing, optimising and reporting on World Horse Welfare’s digital fundraising and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering successful digital campaigns within a fundraising or non-profit context, with strong skills in delivering and optimising paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and TikTok. They should be proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio and SEO platforms. The candidate must be highly organised, proactive, data-driven, a good collaborator, with the ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced working environment. This position is based remotely, although you will be required to attend the charity’s head office located in Norfolk a minimum of 6 times per year and this will be at your own expense for travel and accommodation. About the role

This new role will be part of our Supporter Engagement team, which includes Special and Challenge Events Fundraising, Community Fundraising, Individual Giving and Supporter Care. Our Special Events programme has expanded significantly in recent years, and we
have ambitious plans as part of our new three-year strategy. As part of this, we organise a diverse range of fundraising events, including a Comedy Night, Garden Party, Sports Quiz, Carol Service and Gala dinner.

Working closely with the Head of Supporter Engagement, the Special Events Officer will play a key role in developing and managing our special events programme. This includes overseeing multiple aspects of event planning and execution, collaborating with the Marketing and Communications team to produce high-quality event materials and ensuring that every event runs smoothly. Person Specification

• At least two years A level teaching and/or tutoring experience 
• Positive, engaging and flexible teaching style
• Familiarity with and strong knowledge of relevant exam boards and specifications
• Evidence of ability to tutor one or more of the following subjects to A level standard: Biology, Chemistry, Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Politics

We are recruiting for a Immediate Individual Giving Officer for a FTC for 2 months ,which could be extended for an inspiring children's charity. You will be supporting the administration of a summer appeal going out , we are looking for an immediate candidate who can start in June, initially the contract it will be for 2 months .

The Role
To act as the first point of contact for Individual Giving and provide on-going support to donors. This includes but is not limited to, thanking donors, responding to enquiries and providing support and advice in relation to donating to the charity
To deliver and fine tune stewardship for all one-off and regular donors. Stewardship must thank supporters in a timely manner and provide information and inspiration to show how the donor how their gift makes a difference. This includes sending emails and letters, welcome packs, and personalised email updates and resources.
To support the Head of Public Fundraising with appeals and other Individual Giving projects that the charity will be running an appeal in June and in November and December in the lead up to Christmas.
To utilise Raisers Edge database to record and track donor interactions.
To manage income processing for one-off donations, cash and cheques.
To work with the Database Manager to tidy donor records and maintain accurate records.

The Candidate
Knowledge and understanding of Individual Giving fundraising
Knowledge and understanding of the importance of donor care
Track record of communicating with supporters by telephone and through written communications Experience of delivering stewardship plans to maximise income and engagement
Knowledge and understanding of Data Protection legislation
Experience with a CRM system (i.e. Raisers Edge)
Good planning and organisation skills

The Risk & Compliance Officer supports the Deputy Director of Business Operations Support (DDBOS) is ensuring the NT has suitable arrangements in place in respect of risk and compliance. They help the DDBOS to manage the NT’s risk management and compliance processes to ensure the NT has the best opportunity to prevent issues arising, minimise risks and maximise opportunities and to ensure that the NT meets its regulatory responsibilities.

The Risk and Compliance Officer will support the development and management of the NTs:

• Data Protection Governance and management
• Major Incident Plan maintenance and testing
• Policy Register and Policies
• Risk management processes, including monitoring, reporting and internal engagement
• Compliance management processes, including monitoring, reporting and improvement to reduce risk

The successful candidate will have the following: 

• Previous role in risk and/or compliance.
• Advanced knowledge of Data Protection/GDPR.
• Strong report writing skills that include clear and concise wording and use of visuals, charts etc.
• Able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally including interpretation of complex concepts.
• Experience creating and delivering training programmes.
