Person Specification
Qualifications:
· Degree in any related field or equivalent work experience.
· Relevant safeguarding certifications covering both children and young people (CYP) and adult safeguarding and protection.
· In depth evidence of comprehensive CPD and how you would deploy this knowledge in post
Experience:
· Extensive experience in a senior leadership role focused on safeguarding across large and complex organisations delivering services, in equal measure, for CYP and adults.
· Evidence of significant experience in delivering on each of the key responsibilities in depth.
· Proven track record in developing, implementing, and evaluating safeguarding policies, procedures, and training programmes.
· Experience managing and influencing teams and individuals on complex safeguarding cases, including conducting risk assessments and coordinating with external agencies.

Purpose of job:
As Senior Fundraising Strategist you’ll play an integral role in defining the fundraising strategies for cross organisational campaigns and targeted fundraising and engagement activities. Working as a senior fundraising strategist within our Campaign Strategy & Planning team, you’ll direct cross-disciplinary project teams from across all levels of the business to deliver target beating initiatives from Red Nose Day to new product development initiatives that drive new revenue streams. About the role

About CleanupUK
We’re a small charity that brings communities together to create cleaner, connected and safer urban and rural neighbourhoods by tackling the litter problems where they live. Litter-picking brings people closer together, enables neighbours to meet one another other and helps create a greater sense of pride and community in local areas.
Historically, we have delivered litter-picking focussed community engagement projects in London and Birmingham. Our current focus is developing partnerships with community organisations across England to expand our reach and increase impact.
Main duties of the role

To provide a pro-active, high-quality administration and support service to the Operational Team, Chief Executive and the Corporate Partnerships team.
Operational Team: Deals with logistics, processes and day to day functions of our work on the ground with community partners and volunteers.

The Individual Giving & Acquisitions Lead is a new role in their Marketing & Communications team. The postholder will play a key role in developing and delivering the Individual Giving Programme to drive income growth, engage new audiences and retain existing supporters.
