We are looking for a team member who is passionate about applying therapeutic approaches in non-clinical group settings, can inspire and support young people to take the lead in devising their own work, and committed to delivering wellbeing through creativity. You’ll bring a therapeutic lens to help shape a pioneering new school engagement project, developed in partnership with local primary and secondary schools and youth clubs. Project Overview

The Inspiration Academy will support Years 6-8 to engage with education, strengthen attainment and wellbeing, develop leadership skills, and build a sense of belonging. It is part of a new Belonging Partnership which represents a unique opportunity over 3 years to make a difference to young people during one of the most challenging periods of their lives. The partnership will enable us to track progress and share practice, with multiple perspectives available to assess how young people have benefited, including teachers and parents/carers. We know how rare such opportunities are and we are therefore hugely excited about it.

DreamArts’ contribution to the partnership is the Inspiration Academy, designed to reach 150 pupils in 5 primary schools annually. Of these, 30 young people identified as at-risk of disengagement receive tailored group-based support as they transition to Pimlico Academy.  

Year 6 students from partner primaries will choose and explore a meaningful issue and lead a creative campaign for their school community. Those at risk of disengagement will work alongside peers, taking on positive roles that reshape their self-perception.

A week-long summer intensive will equip at-risk students with a ‘toolkit’ to navigate the academic, social, and emotional challenges of secondary school. Once at Pimlico Academy, they’ll train as Inspiration Ambassadors, delivering workshops to future cohorts.

Additionally, Family Express will provide parents/carers with a creative space to explore challenges alongside their children and other families, strengthening relationships and resilience. Through these opportunities, young people will be supported to build a sense of belonging within their schools and within their wider community.

Responsibilities

The Project Therapist will work alongside the Project Lead and provide a group-based creative therapeutic approach to the planning and co-delivery of the Inspiration Academy. You will help identify mental health and educational needs and co-develop strategies for reducing barriers to participation so that young people can:

· Explore who they are

· Build positive relationships with peers and adults

· Improve their sense of belonging within their school community

Job Summary

Ten Ten Resources is seeking a Schools Support Officer to play a vital role in supporting our partner schools in their use of our award-winning Catholic educational resources. Acting as a key point of contact for school staff, you will help ensure a smooth, welcoming and highly responsive experience from onboarding through to ongoing support.

Responsibilities

As Schools Support Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting schools and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Client Support

• Act as the first point of contact for school enquiries across email, phone, voicemail and webchat.

• Respond to queries, resolve user issues, and provide quotes for subscriptions and trials.

• Triage communication to the relevant team member, where needed.
   

CRM & Data Management

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our CRM (HubSpot), including:

• Keeping contact details up to date.

• Researching school term dates and contact information.

• Auditing pupil numbers and other key data.

• Building segmented databases for outreach to new markets.
   

Project Support

• Assist with content uploads and conduct basic technical checks.

• Support the planning and organisation of projects (e.g. filming, product launches).

General Admin

• Prepare and send occasional hard-copy mailouts.

• Handle post and support light finance admin, such as banking cheques.

• Provide flexible administrative support as needed across the team.

Place of Work

This is a home-based role, open to candidates based in the UK. The successful candidate will work remotely as part of Ten Ten’s home-based team.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week), typically worked across Monday to Friday. However, we are open to applications on a job-share basis, where two individuals work together to fulfil the responsibilities of the role. While there is some flexibility in working hours, availability is expected during core daytime hours to ensure collaboration with colleagues and timely support for schools.

We meet weekly as a team on Zoom to share updates, collaborate on projects, and pray together. In addition, we gather in person at least three times per year - typically once per term - for planning, training and team-building. These in-person gatherings usually involve overnight stays and are held at various locations around the UK.

Additional Information

Purpose of the role:

The Junior Salesforce Administrator role supports the effective use and ongoing development of the Churchill Fellowship’s Salesforce CRM platform and related applications. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Fund as we expand the UK Portfolio to meet our ambitions in delivering the strategy. We're looking for two people to join the UK Portfolio Team as Heads of Funding, leading a team of just under 40.

The UK Portfolio supports the ambitions and potential of communities across the UK.We focus on scaling projects with a UK-wide benefit, through significant investments, which enable systems-level change for communities. Our funding is intended to complement the work of other country portfolios: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

As one of four Heads of Funding in UK Portfolio you will oversee all aspects of our work and ensure the team is resourced and able to deliver operationally. Heads of Funding are responsible for ensuring our programmes are designed and delivered to the scope, standard and deadlines required and will lead on specific strategic areas and relationships inside and outside the Fund. Heads of Funding are responsible for ensuring an understanding of the external policy, practice and funding context from across the UK is reflected in our delivery. You will provide leadership for the team, supporting the work of the Portfolio Managers.

We are currently evolving our UK Portfolio funding offers and  programmes in response to the strategy, developing a partnerships offer, and how we are more than a funder through our support to communities across the UK.

All Heads of will lead on a combination of strategic and operational priorities and the roles will involve a variety of responsibilities including:

• Overseeing up to £50m of grant commitments each year ensuring compliance with our operational and governance policies and requirements
• Lead one of the community-led missions in relation to the UK Portfolio’s funding offer
• Lead the strategic development and direction of a combination of our funding programmes and partnership approach

What the job involves

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our team on a fixed term basis covering an internal secondment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, people-orientated, Customer Experience/ Supporter Care professional to join an established team at one of the most dynamic charities in the UK.

You’ll be a critical part of the Customer Experience and Engagement Team in our Communications Directorate. We are excited to announce a new position within our Philanthropy, Engagement and Partnerships (PEP) team. The role of the Donor Officer is to support the development of effective relationships with donors, contributing to ongoing revenue generation for the College.

The role is key front-line fundrasing role and will involve identifying, and delivering new donors, as well as furthering a portfolio of current and past donor relations to secure funding for UWC Atlantic College. You will manage a portfolio of prospects and donors across alumni, parents, and other individuals to cultivate, solicit, and steward financial contributions.

You will hold key relationships with Alumni, parents, external and internal stakeholders, colleagues, and students. The role will also involve collaborating with various colleagues to plan and execute a program of donor-related events.

You will provide strategic contribution which supports UWC Atlantic’s strategies to acheive fundraising goals.

The opportunity is available to be based at UWC Atlantic, St Donats or Hybrid working from the UWC International Officer, 55 New Oxford Street and from home.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Fellowship Retention and Services to lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding member services and driving retention. This pivotal role will oversee a significant income stream and ensure the ongoing engagement and satisfaction of a prestigious fellowship network.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Fellowship, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering retention strategies that underpin long-term financial sustainability. Leading a busy Services team, you will ensure excellent day-to-day service delivery, handle high volumes of member queries, and manage complex issues with diplomacy and care.

Using data-led insights and innovative campaign approaches, you will develop targeted retention initiatives, continuously improving renewal rates and fostering a strong sense of belonging among members. With responsibility for a budget of approximately £280K and generating nearly £6 million in annual income, this role is crucial to the organisation’s financial resilience and mission.

Who We’re Looking For

• Extensive leadership experience in membership or fellowship recruitment, retention, and service delivery.
• Proven success in stewarding multi-million-pound income streams.
• Strong expertise in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, with a focus on data governance and compliance.
