We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Enterprise and Sales Manager to drive and develop Clean Break’s commercial income generation, maximising the income potential of our building and expertise through an ambitious hires and training programme.
You will bring experience of driving commercial business in the cultural or charitable sector, with skills and knowledge of either launching new products or achieving success in breaking into new markets. You’ll have excellent client relationship skills, with experience of converting interest into sales and may have found success in brokering lucrative corporate relationships in a non-profit setting.
You’ll have a strategic approach to sales with experience of achieving targets and will be skilled in monitoring and analysing finances to develop concise reporting and sales projections.
You will be pivotal in securing new business for Clean Break’s training and hires offers, delivering strategic marketing plans and driving lucrative relationships with cultural organisations and businesses.

The Departmental Societies Coordinator will be a vital role in bridging the gap between the academic and ‘extra-curricular’ spheres as part of the Student Life Strategy. The role will provide accurate, consistent, and innovative support to the departmental societies, committees and volunteers the Activities team supports. The role will put students’ experience at the forefront of everything we do, focusing on building strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting inclusive and vibrant communities, and developing co-curricular activities which foster a sense of belonging at UCL – increasing the reputation and reach of the departmental societies programme.

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Service Manager to support women and children who are impacted by domestic abuse and other gender-based crimes. In this role you will provide line management and support to staff who work with and help women and their children who have experienced domestic abuse and are staying in our Lambeth refuges. Our Lambeth refuges are culturally specific services for women and children of African and Caribbean heritage. This will include providing supervision on complex casework issues such as child protection, overseeing operational emergencies and ensuring high standards of casework.
Please note that this post is restricted to women due to the nature of the role. The Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 applies. This role will also require an enhanced DBS check.

About the Role
As a critical member of the strategic leadership team (SLT) for Emmaus UK, the Director of Partnerships and Federation Development will take lead responsibility for ensuring the provision of high-quality support, advice, capacity building and grant-making for federation members in the UK.
The postholder will play a key role in the development of national strategic partnerships and will collaborate with federation members to ensure that federation strategic priorities are delivered and that our colleagues across the federation are able to do their very best work supporting people to overcome homelessness and poverty.
The role will also ensure effective programme and project management of directorate projects and work to embed cross-directorate working and co-operation.
