Key Responsibilities
Content & Communications Coordination:

Campaign & Product Launch Management:

Schedule and support webinars and in-person opportunities (e.g., industry events, workshops) from a marketing perspective.
Case Studies & Campaign Showcasing:

Support the creation of compelling case studies that highlight our impact and clients' successes.

Help co-ordinate video, photography, and quotes from clients to enrich our marketing assets.

Maintain a live bank of marketing assets (case studies, testimonials, videos, photos) that can be easily used across marketing and sales.
New Business Support:

Work with the Growth team to ensure they have comprehensive communications support, including email nurture sequences, lead generation assets, and campaign summaries.

Help track and update HubSpot data and monitor lead funnels for marketing activities.
Content Asset Management:

Ensure key product and campaign materials (e.g., PDFs, one-pagers, presentation decks) are up to date, accurately reflect current offerings, and are easily accessible to the wider team.

Co-ordinate with designers and video editors where needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
Reporting & Market Insight:

Support marketing reporting, tracking campaign sends, open/click rates, and basic lead activity via HubSpot.

Track competitor activity, messaging, and new ideas being developed in the sector to inform our strategy.

Help manage marketing activity calendars and provide internal communications updates on marketing initiatives.
Skills & Knowledge:

2–4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content coordination role, preferably within a SaaS company or B2B environment.

A confident writer and communicator, able to produce clear, concise, and compelling copy.

Detail-oriented, highly organised, and proactive, with excellent project coordination skills.

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp is a definite plus.

Role Summary
This senior leadership role will oversee the strategic planning, management and reporting of the Natural History Museum’s major fundraising campaign NHM150, the campaign to raise £150m to revitalise our South Kensington home ahead of our 150th anniversary. The successful candidate will combine exceptional relationship-building skills with proven campaign management expertise to support the Development team’s fundraising objectives. Reporting to the Director of Development the post-holder will lead a team of development professionals to deliver insightful prospect research, manage systems for donor journeys and lead on excellent donor stewardship for the Development team. They will also manage the continuous improvement of the Development CRM and ensure that excellent income processing and reporting systems are in place. A key member of the Development Group’s Senior Leadership Team, the post-holder will work with colleague across the Museum to ensure that the NHM150 Campaign and major funding bids are aligned with the Museum’s wider strategy and operating plan.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Support the development of campaign strategies aligned with organisational priorities and timelines
- Work with the Director of Development and the heads of fundraising to establish fundraising goals, metrics, and benchmarks for campaign success
- Create detailed campaign plans including case statements, prospect identification, solicitation strategies, and timeline management
- Collaborate with executive leadership and NHM150 Fellows to continue to refine campaign objectives and messaging
Campaign Execution & Management
- Manage campaign logistics including, communications, materials development, and donor cultivation activities
- Liaise closely with the Head of Special Events to ensure that NHM150 projects and donors are at the heart of NHM hosted events
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including development staff, communications, finance, and external consultants
- Monitor campaign progress against established metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organisational policies
Prospect Research and Stewardship
- Lead the prospect research function responsible for identifying major gift and partnerships prospects including individuals, foundations, corporations, and government entities
- Develop and lead prospect tracking and management systems ensuring excellent cultivation and solicitation plans are in place across the Development function
- With the support of the Director of Development’s Executive Assistant coordinate volunteer engagement and peer-to-peer fundraising activities
- Lead the stewardship function, ensuring that Development wide policies are developed and implemented and that these are coordinated with colleagues across the Museum, and that donors are recognised and stewarded to the highest standards.
Development Operations
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing off all Development income, liaising closely with colleagues in Finance to improve and maintain accurate and insightful reporting to improve planning.
- Manage the smooth and effective running of Development Group’s CRM (Raisers Edge) ensuring compliant, accurate and effective systems
- Ensure the Database and Reporting Manager oversees a pipeline of donor data screening, cleaning and segmentation in order to ensure accuracy, consistency and functionality of data, and that clear and accessible training and procedures are in place for and delivered to database users
- Ensure accurate and timely management of the Development Group’s corporate expenditure, including CRM supplier, membership bodies and regulatory costs.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of development professionals, providing guidance on campaign strategies and donor management
- Recruit, train, and supervise campaign staff and consultants as needed
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving campaign objectives
- Provide professional development opportunities and performance management for direct reports
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Experience of working strategically and contributing to the development and implementation of organisational strategy and business planning within a not-for-profit/fundraising environment
- Experience of analysing, interpreting and communicating complex management information to senior stakeholders, including developing and monitoring effective KPIs

Purpose of the Role
The Membership & Communications Manager is a new part time role at the School Partnerships Alliance, reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with our Executive Assistant. You will join us at an exciting time as we develop our new organisational strategy and expand our current school membership offer. As this is a new position this post does not currently have direct reports, but there may be an opportunity to recruit additional team member(s) as the organisation continues to grow over the next 12-18 months. You will be required to work closely with both our CEO and Director of Programmes and Research to lead on the development and delivery of the membership strategy, both stewarding and growing our membership base year on year. You will also be required to manage our new website, provide support with our social media, and ensure that all member communications align with both our brand values and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a new, robust membership strategy that supports the S.P.A.’s key objectives. This will include new member acquisition, current member retention and ensuring that stewardship of school members is effective and fit for purpose. You will work with the Director of Programmes and Research to help deliver a credible school partnerships CPD programme and collaborate with the wider S.P.A. team to create a tangible, attractive membership offer (both on and off-line) that will bring schools together, challenge existing partnership practice and support new thinking.
- Actively identify, solicit and enrol new schools as members, building and maintaining an evolving pipeline of new membership prospects.
- Plan and prepare for meetings with current and potential members and accompany CEO and/or Director of Programmes and Research to cultivation meetings where appropriate.
- Be the first point of call for all members and with the support of the Executive Assistant to the CEO, oversee the processing of all new membership applications, renewals and invoices and ensure all enquiries from existing and prospective members are responded to in a timely manner.
- Work with the wider team to confirm a calendar of membership events across the school year. These will take place both online and/or in locations across the UK, so occasional travel will be required.
- Oversee the membership budget and provide quarterly income forecasts and reports to the CEO and Trustees, monitoring and reporting against income targets.
- Build and maintain partnerships with wider S.P.A. stakeholders to include external school membership organisations, MATs and S.P.A. trustees.

Purpose of the Assistant Registrar role:
As our Assistant Registrar, you will contribute towards administering the legal and logistical aspects of collections management for outward and inward loans, the maintenance of the Accessions Register, and coordinating regular auditing checks
Key responsibilities of our Assistant Registrar include:
- Support in the development and maintenance of Collection policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensure that full, proper, and legal documentation of all Museum transactions concerning Collection material is implemented in accordance with Museum policy and procedure
- Assist in the administration and monitoring of the documentation, handling, and transportation of objects in support of curatorial activities
- Help provide advice and training for Museum staff and volunteers on Collections Management
- Act as courier, both virtually and in person, when assigned, for the transportation of objects nationally and internationally
- Keep abreast of changes in government legislation and museum standards relating to Collections Management, by examining current practice in other institutions, by engaging with mutual interest groups and implement improvements as necessary
- Support the wider team in aiding the successful delivery of collections related activities such as exhibitions, touring exhibitions and public events
- Ensure appropriate insurance/indemnity cover is in place for all objects on loan to and from the Museum
- Support with exhibition and touring logistics, including devising loan agreements, obtaining condition assessments and arranging packing and transport or objects
- Ensure location tracking of objects is kept up to date throughout the loan process
- Undertake loan inspections for current and potential outward loans
- Contribute towards the development and maintenance of Collection records, including the Accession Register and documentation systems
- Support in the analysis of CMS data, including research into provenance and copyright status in order to ensure accuracy, conformity with Cataloguing Rules, Collections Management policy and procedure
What we are looking for in our Assistant Registrar:
- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in a museum or heritage environment
- Practical experience in museum documentation and collections management
- Experience in the use of Collections Management systems, including Collections Management databases, and literate in Microsoft packages
- Experience in an assistant registrar or documentation/collections officer post in a museum or heritage organisation
- Knowledge of UKRG reports and the Government Indemnity Scheme, and the processes involved in administering the scheme
- Experience in undertaking and coordinating storage audits within a heritage organisation
- Knowledge of Collections Management standards and able to demonstrate practical experience of their application in a heritage environment
- Experience handling a wide variety of object types and in moving, packin,g and transporting museum objects
- Knowledge and experience in the logistics of transporting museum objects

The successful candidate will be a calm, self-sufficient problem solver who makes the charity run smoothly and who takes satisfaction from ensuring that the team of energetic, dynamic press officers can make a difference to science in the media every day.
The Head of Operations and Governance is a key member of senior staff. You will be either a practised operations specialist looking for a new challenge or someone with relevant experience looking to step up to their first role leading operations. In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for financial management, fundraising admin, preparation of annual accounts and bookkeeping
- Support the CEO in fundraising initiatives and project admin
- Provide the operational underpinning for the Centre ensuring the smooth running of IT, events, contracts and all office systems
- Act as secretariat to the Board of Trustees, Advisory Committee, Remuneration Committee and Audit and Risk Committee
- Guide the governance of the charity and complete statutory reporting.
You must be highly organised and have a clear head for numbers and systems. Often working under your own steam and multitasking to tight deadlines, you will need to be efficient and committed to the unique needs of this role without being drawn into the science and media activities of the Centre.
Experience of the charity sector, finance and/or governance is an advantage.

Opportunity to pioneer work with children of all ages within the local community at an exciting Community Hub. The Rising Generation Pastor will oversee a team of children's and youth workers, supporting them in offering a wide range of groups and events.
