About the role

We’re looking for someone who has experience in marketing, communications and engagement for events, gala lunches, fundraising products and campaigns. We want you to bring creativity, insight and energy to help drive the income of the Charity from your marketing and engagement perspective. This could look like selling tickets for events, running campaigns or increasing sign ups to Legacy.

You’ll oversee and be responsible for executing the marketing plans to support events, partnerships, music services, education and our annual campaigns, where you will get support from, and line manage a Marketing and Communications Officer and an Events Marketing Officer.

This role sits within our Engagements and Communications (E&C) team, which is under our wider Income Generation directorate, (other teams include partnerships, events, trust and foundations and business development) which has ambitious fundraising targets as part of a new 5-year strategy.

You’ll be working closely with and leading on projects between teams within Income Generation, such as our award winning Events team and our hugely successful Partnerships team. Job Title: Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £44,000

We are seeking an experienced Trusts and Foundations fundraiser to join our team at Power2, a fast growing and energetic youth charity.

You will lead on fundraising from Trusts and Foundations and be responsible for relationships, applications and reporting to major Trust and Foundation funders. You’ll lead internal processes for prospect research and have oversight of a growing portfolio of potential and existing donors. You will ensure a consistent pipeline of applications to meet your performance indicators and collate information from across the organisation to produce funder reports.

 You will have significant and demonstrable experience of fundraising from major Trusts and Foundations. We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our Development and Alumni Relations team to help guide and deliver ourregular giving and stewardship programmes. The Brent Centre for Young People 

The Brent Centre for Young People (BCYP) is the leading mental health charity for young people in Northwest London, helping over 800 young people a year with a wide range of issues. We offer specialised treatment in the areas of depression, suicide prevention, self-harm, eating disorders, exam anxiety and more. Our approach is rooted in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. About the Role 

BCYP is seeking a seasoned Communications and Marketing Officer who will design and implement a strategy to boost BCYP’s brand and support the efforts of clinicians. The candidate will also support the fundraising team through grassroots event management and the adoption of a small portfolio of donors. Some event and project management will be required, in particular supporting the delivery of seminars and training programmes, as well as community events.

What you will be doing

This is a strategic and creative role at the heart of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People’s national fundraising and engagement efforts. The post holder will lead the development and delivery of national community and challenge event programmes across all four UK regions (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Using strong project and campaign management skills, the role will grow existing initiatives charity owned initiatives such as the Great British Dog Walk and the 28 Challenge and develop new, audience-led campaigns that inspire public participation, drive fundraising, and deepen long-term engagement with the charity.

In addition to the owned initiatives, the role will promote Hearing Dogs for Deaf People to participants of external national events such as The Great North Run or the London Marathon.

Background and purpose

We are the only UK-wide charity for everyone affected by a genetic and acquired bleeding disorder. 

At the Haemophilia Society (THS) we want to empower everyone affected by a bleeding disorder to live life to the full, whatever your stage in life.

One in 2,000 men, women and children in the UK have a diagnosed bleeding disorder, which are a group of conditions, including haemophilia and von Willebrand disorder, that result when the blood cannot clot properly. 

As many as a third of bleeding disorder diagnoses have no known family history and can be the result of a random gene mutation. This means a bleeding disorder diagnosis can come completely out of the blue.

THS brings together people with bleeding disorders and their families to share experiences and understand more about how to live well with a bleeding disorder. Together, we can all make a difference.

About the role

ROLE PURPOSE:

Join ShelterBox's high-performing Philanthropy & Partnerships team, in a role that is all about ambition, collaboration and impact.

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you'll be at the forefront of growing and diversifying ShelterBox's private sector partnerships - unlocking bold, strategic collaborations that help deliver emergency shelter to families whose lives have been devastated by disaster.

With a loyal portfolio of partners already established, this role is your opportunity to lead the charge on new business. You'll shape sector strategies, grow our pipeline of prospects and turn creative ideas into long-term, multi-faceted partnerships that drive real change.

You will work with the Corporate Partnerships Officer to support stewardship of existing relationships, ensuring partners feel valued, engaged and inspired to continue supporting ShelterBox's lifesaving work. But your focus will be outward-facing and future-focused - identifying new opportunities, crafting compelling propositions and making ShelterBox stand out from the crowd.

You'll manage and mentor the Corporate Partnerships Officer, report directly to the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships, and collaborate with the wider Philanthropy & Partnerships team. You will also be backed by colleagues across the organisation, and our global affiliate network. Together, you'll maximise opportunities, deliver powerful partnerships, and help shape the future of corporate giving at ShelterBox.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and proactive individual who will play a key role building strong relationships with decision-makers within businesses to help us deliver emergency shelter to the most vulnerable people hit by conflict, disaster and climate crises.

You must be confident in presenting a compelling case for support, both in writing and verbally, and be able to build relationships easily - both externally and internally. We're especially looking for someone who brings strategic thinking and planning, and who can focus their energy on targeted, high-impact work that drives results. Previous experience in corporate fundraising or within a high-value partnerships team is strongly preferred.

This position is for someone looking for a dynamic and varied role, working with a huge range of stakeholders to identify and unlock opportunities to connect the private sector with meaningful impact. It is a perfect opportunity for a forward-thinking, articulate, and personable relationship fundraiser who wants to play a pivotal part in helping communities around the world rebuild after disaster.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

New business

Lead on new business development by proactively identifying and cultivating high-value corporate prospects, with a focus on building a strong and diverse pipeline.

Conduct targeted sector research in collaboration with the Stewardship and Research Officer & Philanthropy & Partnerships Assistant to uncover new opportunities and develop tailored engagement strategies that align with ShelterBox's mission and values.

Leverage networks and connectors - including the Philanthropy Advisory Board - and attend relevant industry events and conferences to expand ShelterBox's reach within priority sectors.

Design bespoke cultivation plans for prospects in the pipeline, using creative and varied approaches to engage new audiences and convert interest into long-term support.

Develop compelling proposals, pitches, and partnership packages by working cross-functionally with teams across the organisation, especially the International Programme Department and Brand & Content team.

Deliver engaging presentations and pitches to a wide range of audiences, inspiring support and showcasing the impact of partnering with ShelterBox.

Collaborate with international colleagues, particularly in the USA, to explore and respond to global corporate partnership opportunities as they arise. Proactively contribute to establishing new ways of working across markets to unlock shared value and international engagement.

Ensure alignment with ShelterBox's Ethical Partnerships Policy by supporting due diligence screening in partnership with the Stewardship and Research Officer and Philanthropy & Partnerships Assistant.

Relationship management

Personally manage relations with ShelterBox's most valuable partners: taking time to understand partner needs and decision-making drivers, and utilising insight into objectives, motivations and internal priorities to tailor engagement strategies to maximise partnerships.

Seek opportunities to uplift and add value to partnerships by having a thorough understanding of ShelterBox's work, networks and funding needs.

Work with and support the Corporate Partnerships Officer to effectively manage and steward their portfolio of accounts.

Deliver creative stewardship and communication plans to ensure our corporate partner's key stakeholders and staff feel part of ShelterBox; providing them with inspiring stories, unique staff engagement opportunities, and strong impact reporting.

Deliver first-class grant management when securing restricted income (including tracking pipeline, contracting, reporting requirements etc.)

Strategy, engagement and data

Working with the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships, to refine and implement the Corporate Partnerships Strategy, ensuring it is targeted, aligned with organisational priorities, and translated into work plans.

Drive strategic planning and income generation, working towards agreed targets and supporting the effective management of the Corporate Partnerships budget.

Shape and deliver ShelterBox's corporate engagement offering, collaborating with the Learning and Development team to create impactful training and staff engagement experiences for partners.

Prepare for and lead emergency fundraising appeals to corporate audiences, to mobilise and maximise support in response to major disasters.

Develop and coordinate events to deepen corporate partner's engagement, and contribute to the delivery of wider Philanthropy & Partnerships events that showcase ShelterBox's mission and impact.

Maximise the benefits of the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) to create and implement strategic cultivation and stewardship journeys for corporate partners, keeping records updated and following Data Protection rules. Stay informed on global trends in corporate giving, and the humanitarian sector, using this insight to inform strategic decision-making and partnership development.

Leadership

Provide strategic and supportive line management to the Corporate Partnerships Officer, ensuring clear objectives, success indicators, and personal development plans are in place and regularly reviewed.

Foster strong, collaborative relationships across ShelterBox, working closely with colleagues in the UK and internationally to align efforts and maximise partnership impact.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in private sector partnerships, sharing knowledge, insight, and best practice with the wider ShelterBox team and our global affiliate network.

Contribute flexibly and proactively to the wider work of the Philanthropy & Partnerships team, undertaking other reasonable duties as required to support team goals and organisational priorities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving income, building meaningful relationships with Individuals, Community Groups, Trusts and Foundations to support life-changing projects in rural Zambia and Mozambique.

Location: Remote (Shrewsbury based only) with a minimum of 5 mandatory meetings per year (includes overnight stays for 2-day meetings) at our office in Shrewsbury and occasional meetings elsewhere.
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role

As Community and Trusts Fundraiser, you will be at the heart of our community fundraising efforts while also taking ownership of your fundraising portfolio, focusing on maximising income from Community groups, Individuals, Trusts and Foundations (both UK and international). You'll build and manage your own portfolio of donors, create fundraising initiatives and try new approaches that inspire and encourage community fundraising. You will provide exceptional stewardship to secure ongoing support. Collaboration and adaptability across this small, yet impactful organisation is key, as is a passion for creating positive change.

Your Responsibilities:

· Develop and deliver engaging fundraising campaigns and activities for community groups and individuals.

· Create and manage a calendar of fundraising events and opportunities that engage and inspire participation from community groups

• Build and manage a portfolio of community supporters, trusts and foundations to maximise income and awareness.
• Develop a robust pipeline of funding applications, securing grants from trusts and foundations.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective funders, delivering outstanding stewardship. 
• Organise and support community fundraising events, both in-person and online, co-ordinating event logistics, from kit delivery to stock management and ensuring everything runs smoothly and the success of the event is maximised.
• Write impactful persuasive proposals and donor updates that showcase our work.
• Maintain accurate donor records and ensure timely reporting to funders in line with donation conditions while driving unrestricted and restricted income opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop social media content that engages supporters.
• Work closely with Head of Fundraising to achieve key fundraising objectives.
• Uphold and embed Village Water values and behaviour expectations in your work.
• Ensure communications are in line with the Fundraising Regulator guidelines.
• Act as an ambassador for Village Water, representing the charity at networking events.
• Be flexible to attend the occasional out of hours event.

We are seeking an experienced fundraiser who can work with us on a part time, freelance basis (Sept/Oct 2025 - January 2026) for a fee of £16Kto produce and undertake the following specialist services:

• Research and produce a bespoke 18-month Fundraising Plan for the Trust, with a particular focus on Museums, collections, community engagement, conservation and organisational resilience. 
• To start the delivery of the plan by undertaking specialist fundraising activities to trusts and foundations and to apply for opportunities that will help generate new incomes for the Trust and boost our ability to delivery our Business plan and Museum Developments. This will include a refreshed donations plan for our sites to come into action before Christmas.
• To advise and produce a business case for a long-term fundraising resource for the Trust.
