Job description

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around websites and can project manage website development in liaison with our external website support hosts. They will also understand how to use and manipulate CRM systems to help inform fundraising and communication campaigns. This role will be central to growing the charity’s e-marketing functionality. If you also have design skills to boost the capacity of our busy and fast-paced in-house communications department then we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a communications or marketing environment
  • Robust working knowledge of WordPress websites
  • Experience using Google Analytics or similar platforms to monitor website usage
  • Proficient user of CRM systems with the skills needed to manipulate data and deliver reports accordingly
  • Working knowledge of scoping e-marketing campaigns – with the support of communications colleagues
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, flexible mindset and willingness to support the work of the wider team

Desirable:

  • Experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe design or other similar platforms
  • Experience working in a busy communications team

  • Relevant professional experience
