Our Partnerships team manage high-profile relationships, including with household name beauty brands and retailers, and with ambitious plans for 2026 and beyond this is an exciting time to join the team. In this role you will lead on all administrative duties in the Partnerships team - including keeping our database up to date, managing diaries, raising invoices, updating documents, and recording minutes and actions in key meetings. 

This role requires a candidate who is highly organised and who has the ability to plan, prioritise and meet concurrent deadlines. You will have strong data entry and diary management skills, the ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders and you will be a real team player.

The Role 

Support the planning, coordination and delivery of student recruitment and outreach for SEO London. The role plays a key part in executing digital outreach strategies, managing engagement with students and partners and supporting the organisation’s wider marketing and communications efforts. 

RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Oversee the social media request process, working with teams to capture and share engaging content. 

• Deliver and lead on the social media plan through weekly posts and updates. 

• Maintain and update the DEI calendar, integrating relevant topics into the social media plan. 

• Collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure consistent and inclusive messaging. 

Student Engagement and Conversion 

• Deliver virtual and in-person orientation and engagement sessions. 

• Plan and manage targeted SMS and call campaigns, monitoring performance and suggesting improvements. 

• Develop creative strategies to attract, convert and retain participants within SEO Careers programmes. 

Outreach and Stakeholder Engagement

We are seeking a flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to deliver and develop services for Young Carers aged 5–16. The role involves three key parts. The first is delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote wellbeing, reduce isolation, and give Young Carers a break from their responsibilities. The second is providing one-to-one support to help Young Carers manage challenges, access services, and prioritise their mental and emotional wellbeing. The third is leading outreach to identify and engage hidden Young Carers. 

About The Role: 

You will work across two key age groups, 5–11 and 12–16, delivering and supervising activities, supporting events and trips, and providing behavioural management where needed. Alongside group activities, you will offer one-to-one support to individual Young Carers, ensuring they feel heard, included, and supported as they navigate the challenges of their caring roles. You will also deliver awareness training sessions, run stalls, and build partnerships in the community to identify and engage Young Carers. 

This is a part-time post (3 days per week). The regular days will be Wednesday - Friday, However flexibility is required, with regular evening and occasional weekend work.

The Fundraising Lead (Corporate & Grants) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of income generation for Planet Patrol, including the planning and delivery of our fundraising strategy; with a focus on corporates and grants. Age UK Redbridge, Barking & Havering offers an activity centre to residents of Redbridge aged 55 or above, to use for exercise and craft among other classes, and to enjoy light refreshments and a daily, 2 course, freshly prepared lunch.

A part time cook is required, to provide lunches (main course and dessert) and work alongside a small team to include; two other part time cooks and approximately 12 volunteers.  The centre is overseen by an onsite manager who will look after the day to day running of the centre, and who line manages the cooks and volunteers.

The ability to work independently and with the help of a kitchen assistant volunteer is essential in order to prepare between 10 and 30 meals per day. We are looking for a qualified, experienced cook, with recent experience. You will need to have proof of relevant Food Hygiene training and an understanding of different dietary requirements, as well as allergy legislation and health and safety knowledge relevant to Kitchen work.

You would be expected to assist the manager in planning meals to keep within budgets and to assist with the preparation for special event occasion menus or other ad hoc catering that may be required.

We are The Bike Project, a charity that collects second-hand bikes, refurbishes them and donates them to refugees and people seeking asylum in the UK. That brings better health, freedom and independence to people rebuilding their lives in the UK. That’s vital when many are living on less than £10 a week.

A bike links people to essential services, including foodbanks and legal advice, as well as the local community. 

About Us

The Bike Project is an award-winning charity which refurbishes second hand bikes and donates them to refugees.  We were founded in 2013 by, Jem Stein, after he struck up a friendship and found a bike for Adam, a Darfuri refugee who had fled his home in Sudan after war broke out.

The Bike Project has grown into a national operation with new CEO, hundreds of volunteers, a team of 20 committed staff, roadshows in different cities, an online shop and two workshops, one in the capital and one in Birmingham.

To date we have supported over 15,000 refugees and people seeking asylum by giving them a second-hand bike. In addition, we have supported hundreds through our programmes designed to build confidence and build friendships in the local community.

Duites and Responsibilities 

This role will provide maternity cover for an initial period of 12 months, with the potential for a 1–2 month extension. It will focus on developing new corporate partnerships and managing relationships with our existing corporate supporters.The role holder will work closely with the Chief Executive and Head of Fundraising, Marketing and Retail to ensure a strategic approach to the development and management of relationships with our corporate partners, enabling us to maximise the potential from them.

As well as leading income generation, the post will develop current and new corporate partnerships, providing personalised stewarding journeys.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of securing income directly from corporates for charity, both winning and securing new partnerships as well as maintaining and developing existing supporters. They will be able to prioritise, manage pipelines, research, pitch and manage partnerships to increase their value.

The Role

What will I be doing?

As Project Officer, Workforce Partnerships, you’ll be part of the Education and Workforce team, supporting our mission to build a strong, diverse physics workforce for the future. Your work will help leverage our evidence and insights to identify and develop institutional partnerships through which we can deliver sustainable impact against our Skills priorities.

You will also take a lead in celebrating the crucial role of physics-related technical talent in the workplace through operational administration of our flagship Technical Skills Awards.

You’ll support the delivery of projects, working closely with colleagues across the organisation, IOP Members and external stakeholders.

Projects and activities you may work on include:

• Supporting stakeholder mapping and engagement activities to drive impactful new partnership development.
• Helping to design and deliver workshops, events and engagement campaigns. As an example, this could include supporting the development of case studies, and digital and print collateral, to raise the awareness and visibility of physics-related routes to employment.
• Leading the annual cycle of delivery, administration and operation of the IOP’s Technical Skills Awards.
• Supporting the management of project processes including bids, contracts, MOUs, budgets and reporting.

What skills and experience do I need?

Essential:

• Project management, programme and events administration, with the ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams.

• Experience of developing partnerships with expertise in stakeholder management and engagement to drive organisational profile and influence.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor communications to a diverse range of audiences through face to face, written and digital methods.

Brain Tumour Research is seeking an experienced and motivated fundraiser to join our team. As a key part of our fundraising efforts in our high-performing East region, you will have the opportunity to drive income generation through a variety of initiatives, including challenge events, fundraising groups, and corporate partnerships such as charity of the year. You will also be responsible for driving initiatives to increase our profile and supporter base within London.​

• Steward supporters to help drive the charity’s fundraising activities and growth

Turner’s House is a small independent museum in Twickenham housed in a Grade II* listed building, open to the public since 2017. This is a key role in helping secure its long-term sustainability. The Partnerships Director will be responsible for leading all income-generating and related partnership activity (fundraising, commercial hires, marketing/PR, retail, commercial events, donor cultivation etc.), as well as being hands-on in ensuring the House is open and running smoothly, including keyholder responsibilities (opening/closing, occasional weekend or evening work). This is an exciting opportunity to shape income streams, build capacity, and work on site in a close-knit team.

• Lead and deliver a portfolio income strategy: trusts & foundations grants, individuals (Circles and Patrons), corporates/sponsorship, commercial events, commercial hires.
• Write, prepare, submit and manage grant applications and funding bids; manage relationships with funders (reporting, stewardship).
• Identify new revenue streams (e.g. venue hire for private/events, retail opportunities, location hires etc).
• Set and monitor income targets in conjunction with the Board of Trustees; evaluate performance and report regularly.
•  Build and maintain partnerships with local organisations, heritage bodies, tourism, community groups and set a strategy for our Patrons and benefactors.
• Lead marketing and promotional activity to raise awareness, increase visitor numbers and attendance at events, promote venue hires, attract hires and donors.
• Oversee creation of promotional materials (print, digital), social media content, website updates.
• Use PR opportunities to profile Turner’s House in local/national media.
• Act as keyholder: opening & closing the building, ensuring security & visitor readiness once or twice a week as needed.
• Work on-site regularly to support visitor experience during public opening hours (Wed-Sun, plus special / evening events).
• Help ensure events and hires run smoothly, coordinating with House Director and volunteers.
