We’re looking for an interim Head of International High Value Fundraising, who will take the lead on high value fundraising for our international work, ensuring our work can impact dogs and their owners across the world.

What does this role do?
As Head of International High Value Fundraising, you'll:

• lead the International High Value Fundraising team, providing direction and day-to-day leadership to inspire and support the team in cultivating transformational giving. Motivate and empower colleagues to unlock major opportunities in the United States and strengthen our approach in other regions.
• partner with other fundraising teams across Dogs Trust and our international partners, World Veterinary Service and Mission Rabies, to enhance and align global philanthropy strategies. Identify and pilot innovative approaches to generating significant new income and building long-term, sustainable partnerships.
• personally manage a portfolio of high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and major donors, leading on all aspects of relationship management, from prospect identification and tailored proposal development to bespoke stewardship and long-term engagement that secures six-, seven-, and eight-figure gifts,
• represent Dogs Trust internationally, strengthening our global profile and cultivating relationships that increase awareness of, and secure substantial philanthropic support for, our international programmes.

This role is being offered as a fixed term, family leave cover role until January 2027. Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Friday 21st November 2025, however, we may invite suitable candidates to interview for the role sooner. Interviews will take place on Teams.

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a dynamic, innovative senior fundraiser, with a breadth of experience across different fundraising modalities in the international context, ideally with some experience of setting up a new function. The role of Retail Co-ordinator is crucial to the smooth and efficient operation of The Children’s Trust retail head office function. The postholder will be responsible for co-ordinating and running the administration and compliance needs required for a disperse network of charity shops, including being the gatekeeper for the Chariot EPOS system, Retail Gift Aid and New bought in goods, supporting the supply and distribution of stock; shop supplies, and associated stakeholder relationships.

Role Requirements

• Manage the Retail EPOS till and Head-office systems to maximise functionality to drive sales and promotions, create reports to support analysis of shops performance. 
• Support the Retail Sales Manager to manage generation and distribution of stock, including preparing documentation for van deliveries and collections to meet both shops, customer and donor requirements.
• Support sales promotions by printing and issuing guidelines and promotional materials i.e. fundraising events and seasonal changes across the chain of shops. 
• Maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships including Retail Gift Aid donors, corporate supporters and internal support teams, ensuring that an efficient and compliant service is maintained.
• Manage the shared retail email inboxes acting on requests, leading on responses or signposting/escalating as required to ensure that the retail supporter journey is optimised and relationships are managed holistically.
• Support communications to shops including posting updates onto Retail Teams-Sharepoint. 
• Support stock holding and distribution of shop supplies including ordering products using Access Purchase orders. 
• Support the Retail Management Team to build a positive team culture across the retail team and wider cross directorate collaboration to deliver the voluntary income strategy.
• Support Retail management to maintain full compliance of the Children’s Trust shops in line with all Health & Safety legislation, Fire safety, Trading Standards, Retail Gift Aid, GDPR, ThankQ CRM, Risk Assessments, Safeguarding and all other legal or statutory requirements. 
• Manage the Retail Gift Aid scheme and processes, working with colleagues and shops managers to optimise gift aid database and associated sales while meeting HMRC rules.
• Develop and support delivery of internal and external audit processes, including New Goods stocktakes, working with Retail Management to ensure that all audit actions and recommendations are delivered by the team.

About the role

Development Group generates philanthropic and sponsorship income to help us create a Natural History Museum for the future – investing in capital development, attaining vital acquisitions for the collection, transforming our galleries, developing innovative exhibitions and undertaking ground-breaking scientific research on issues that affect us all.

The Museum is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual for the role of Philanthropy Executive. Working alongside an approachable and highly successful Philanthropy team, reporting into the Patrons Manager, the role will support the team in the Patrons and High-net-worth individual (HNWI) income streams, as well as managing your own portfolio of HNWIs. You will focus on the administration and stewardship of the Patrons Circle and supporting the HNWI wider team with donor stewardship. The Role

You will form part of EFN’s Leadership Team, deputising for the Executive Director as needed, and will likely line manage a small team of 3–4 individuals.

• Raise awareness of the need for environmental philanthropy through partnerships, events, communications and media opportunities.

About You

You’ll bring at least five years’ experience in fundraising or a related industry, with a proven track record of building and managing relationships with individual donors or high-net-worth clients. As a Support Worker, you will be part of a small, dedicated team and take a lead on providing emotional support to adult carers and a commitment to enhancing their health and wellbeing. Much of your work will involve actively listening to carers, often via the phone support line, providing information, advice and support.

As part of the Adult Carers Support Team, you will also be involved in organising breaks for carers, outreach activities and leisure events, as well as group work to help enhance carers’ health and wellbeing. Role Title: Preschool and Family Programmes Lead

We’re looking to grow our delivery team with a brand new role that is responsible for processing the referrals we receive for the Settle Programme as well as holding assessment meetings as and when necessary. The successful candidate will also be a Senior Settle Coach holding a reduced caseload and using their frontline skills to work one-to-one with care-experienced young people across London.

For this role, we anticipate that you will spend 50-60% of your time processing and responding to referrals, including taking further steps to assess the needs of the young person who has been referred. To do this you’ll work closely with our Programme Management team, Business Development team and referral partners to ensure that we have all the necessary information to deal safely and appropriately with referrals. As this is a new role to the organisation, there will be scope to shape and influence the way this work is managed alongside your manager and our Chief Operating Officer.

We then anticipate you will spend the remaining 40-50% of your time as a Senior Settle Coach, working on the frontline, delivering one-to-one sessions with care-experienced young people across London. You’ll work closely with our partners to ensure the smooth delivery of our contracts and with the Programme Management team and Senior Partnerships Manager to support reporting on outcomes and regular partnership meetings.

You will report into a manager within the Programme Management team.

Candidates with experience of assessing and managing risk are encouraged to apply. Essential requirements include the ability to hold multiple perspectives alongside each other, ability to approach risk and need from a curious perspective, comfort and ability to escalate concerns as well as strong people skills. About the role

We’re searching for a Regular Giving and Legacy Giving Manager to oversee a sector-leading, multi-channel appeal programme to increase numbers of gifts and donors to the University. Following the launch of Imperial’s bold and ambitious strategy we are preparing to launch a comprehensive fundraising campaign. The Regular Giving and Legacy Giving team will play a pivotal role in bringing about a step-change in regular, mid-value and legacy donations to the University.

The postholder will oversee and implement the overall strategy and supporter journey for alumni and donors primarily through direct mail, telephone, email and social media.

This is an exciting role with opportunities for the postholder to oversee an award-winning acquisition campaign, a brand new mid-value programme and a successful legacy marketing programme. The post holder will be instrumental in building collaboration with the Alumni Engagement team to promote philanthropy and take alumni on a journey to their first gift.

What you would be doing

Thames21 is an environmental charity that works across London and the Thames Basin to deliver high-impact, nature-based solutions to the climate and biodiversity crisis by restoring rivers, while also connecting communities to their local green-blue spaces and inspiring long-term stewardship of them. 

Purpose of the job

We are seeking a skilled engagement officer to deliver an innovative programme of community-led river engagement activities in and surrounding the River Roding as part of a project funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, ‘The Roding Rises’. This role will engage with groups from the urban and rural reaches of the river Roding catchment to co-design activities that support the delivery of The Roding Rises activity plan and encourage participants along an engagement pathway from awareness to participation and independent action. This role offers the post holder the opportunity to make a difference in diverse areas of London, with varying challenges and a range of ambitions.

The key skill for this role is being able to connect with and bring people together. The project relies on creating strong networks of grassroots organisations, community leaders and representatives from the public and private sectors, including councillors and politicians.

The key value for this role is curiosity. Being interested in people, able to ask questions, listen, and encourage them to get involved in whatever way they are able, will help you succeed.

You’ll thrive in this role if you can identify the strengths and assets of communities and individuals and create opportunities for them to flourish. A typical day is likely to involve keeping on track with what’s happening across the Roding catchment, meeting with key partners, being alert to upcoming network meetings, or delivering community events or activities. You might be working from home, or out of our offices in Bow or Guildhall, or be out and about with a community group or local organisation, co-producing an engagement event.

You might be posting on social media or updating the web page. You may be working on strategic, long-term plans to share the learnings from the project. You’ll be thinking both big and small on any given day!

Main duties and responsibilities

1. Work with The Roding Rises Project Team, local community organisations and representatives to co-produce and deliver an inclusive and culturally relevant programme of 21 events and activities over the three-year life of the project as part of the River Connections programme of events within The Roding Rises activity plan.

2. Work with The Roding Rises Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of the externally contracted River Testimonies and Roding Arts and Walking Festival and community co-development aspects of the Roding Masterplan.

3. Support community groups and partners with community-focused applications to the Roding grants scheme

4. In partnership with colleagues, conduct inclusive outreach activities that will engage a wide diversity of people with a range of backgrounds and life experiences, from both rural and urban areas in our core locations.

5. Build a catchment-wide community network, uploading details to Thames21’s CRM system in line with GDPR.

6. Collect and record qualitative and quantitative data on events and activities run, including written and verbal feedback from partners and participants, photos and numbers of attendees, keeping to GDPR requirements. Evaluate this information to develop the methods for engagement and inform future activities.

7. Carry out the administrative duties to run events, including conducting risk assessments and method statements, managing event registrations, liaising with local councils and community groups and maintaining and managing event equipment.  

1. Work with the Thames21 Training Officer to establish a group of volunteers who are trained in Thames21’s modules to maintain and monitor local sites. Includes supporting existing volunteers and assisting with building their capacity so groups become autonomous.
2. Represent Thames21 and The Roding Rises at relevant local forums and proactively recruit volunteers through in-person engagement events.
3. Maintain clear records of progress, ensure all administration and statistical information is kept up to date,
4. Work with Thames21’s Communications Team to promote the project, celebrate its achievements and learnings; ensure key milestones are recognised, funders are acknowledged, and volunteer opportunities are publicised.
5. Attend Thames21 Team Meetings and liaise with other Thames21 staff.
