Launched two years ago with pilot funding from the Armed Forces Covenant Trust Fund this service has expanded with additional funding secured until 2027.

We are looking for people who place importance in values such as empathy, collaboration and adaptability and are especially interested in applicants who have lived-experience within the armed forces community as a spouse or family member.

This role will be home-based with all necessary IT equipment provided therefore applicants will need an appropriate space to work at home. The families services is delivered mainly online with flexibility required for occasional evening / weekend working to meet the needs of the families we support.

Regular travel will be required to attend events and visit partners to spread the word about the service and build referral pathways nationwide.  There will be occasional travel required for national team meetings in Richmond. These currently take place 3 times a year and require an overnight stay. There will also be periodic in-person meetings with colleagues which can take place at a convenient location locally.

• Adaptability: This is hugely varied role and no two days are the same. You will often need to balance competing priorities or quickly shift focus depending on the needs of the people you will be supporting.

The Fundraising Director will be responsible for the income budget which will reach £3.5m+ by 2031, constituting around 60% of JW3’s income overall. As a key member of the centre’s Senior Leadership Team, you will lead and motivate the fundraising team and will work closely with the CEO and Trustees to achieve long-term sustainable income growth. Specifically the Director will manage and deepen the charity’s relationships with key funders and stakeholders and identify opportunities to develop new relationships HNWIs, corporates and trusts and foundations.

The selected candidate will have extensive experience as a senior fundraising leader with a track record of achieving income targets. You will ideally have a proven ability to making the ask and engage confidently and effectively with a range of audiences. Requirements

To be successful, you’ll need:

Reporting to the Chief Executive and Registrar, this is a high-profile and satisfying role requiring credible and visible leadership, demonstrable business expertise and high attention to detail, underpinned by adherence to GOC values and active promotion of equality, diversity and inclusion, enabling everyone who works for the GOC to give their best for the maintenance of public confidence in the professions we regulate and the public we serve.

You will join our senior management team (SMT) at an exciting time. For the third year in a row we have met all 18 of the Professional Standards Authority’s (PSA) Standards of Good Regulation, and through harnessing the ideas and talents of all our people you will help successfully realise our new strategy ‘Safe and effective eye care for all’, alongside sharing collective responsibility for the GOC’s overall management and smooth operation, where our focus is to consolidate and extend our achievements in our ambition to be a world class regulator.

THE ROLE

Membership Lead

We’re seeking a passionate and ambitious Membership Lead to drive membership retention and growth.

About the role:

JOB PURPOSE: The Public Affairs Manager will manage the implementation of ParalympicsGB’s policy & public affairs strategy, including managing a targeted contact programme with politicians, civil servants and stakeholder organisations. The role will also play a key role in supporting the organisation’s approach to influencing public policy in sport, disability and education and deliver Games’ time guest programmes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement

• Manage the implementation of the public affairs strategy, with support from the Head of Social Impact and Director of Communications & Social Impact, reporting back to the Senior Leadership Group on the outcomes achieved.

About Alexandra Rose Charity 

Founded by Queen Alexandra in 1912, Alexandra Rose Charity (ARC) has a long history of supporting people experiencing poverty in the UK. Our vision is for everyone to have access to healthy and affordable food, and our mission is to give families on low incomes access to fresh fruit and vegetables in their local communities whilst advocating for systemic change to address food insecurity and health inequalities.
Since 2014, ARC has pioneered the use of financial incentives to improve access to healthy food and combat food insecurity through our Rose Vouchers for Fruit & Veg projects. To date, we have supported over 11,000 families, including over 20,000 children, to access £3.5 million of fresh fruit and vegetables in their local communities.
To deliver this scale, we work with 73 children and family centres and community organisations, 69 market traders and independent retailers, two fruit and vegetable vans and one fruit and vegetable delivery box scheme. We estimate that our projects have generated a total economic value added of almost £9 million for the local economies of the eight locations where we work: five London Boroughs, Barnsley, Liverpool and Glasgow.   
As part of our new five-year strategy, we want to grow our reach and impact as part of a national movement where Rose Vouchers for Fruit & Veg projects are embedded in local and national policies and seen as a key intervention for transforming the diets of communities across the UK.

About the role
ARC has made significant progress in evaluating and demonstrating the impact of our Rose Vouchers for Fruit and Veg projects. We have developed evaluation tools and theories of change to measure how our work improves the diets, health, and well-being of children, adults and families. Additionally, we have commissioned economic impact assessments, offering valuable insights into the wider benefits of our approach.
As we launch our new five-year strategy, we are seeking a passionate Impact and Evaluation Manager to lead our research and evaluation initiatives. This role will play a key part in assessing and enhancing the effectiveness of our projects, strengthening our evaluations by exploring causal links to health outcomes and tracking long-term beneficiary impact beyond their time in the projects.
Working closely with the Head of Advocacy, Impact, and Communications, the Impact and Evaluation Manager will identify gaps in our evidence base, collect compelling data and stories, and help build a strong case for policy change. They will also develop academic partnerships, leveraging existing relationships to enable rigorous research that deepens our understanding of the impact of our work.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our strategies are data-driven, our outcomes are measurable, and our impact is effectively communicated to stakeholders, funders, and the communities we serve

Your new company
My client is a large London-based charity. They are seeking a Finance Coordinator on a temporary basis.
Your new role
The role is an interim Finance Coordinator. The role is expected to be for three months, but may extend for the right candidate. Duties will include:
- Maintain comprehensive project plans for Finance activities, monitoring progress, identifying any
delays or issues and providing regular updates on
project status and team alignment
- Act as a central point of communication within the
Finance team, facilitating effective information
sharing and collaboration
- Coordinate with various team members to ensure
alignment and adherence to project plans and
deadlines
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project related
materials and communications
- Organise and schedule team meetings and followup
on action items
- Support with key events
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the
Finance director team, including activities such as
raising Purchase Orders and organising travel
arrangements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders,
resolving disputes and providing support
- Help to deliver continuous performance
improvements across the function
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need previous experience as a Finance Coordinator. Liaison with non-finance staff and excellent IT skills and organisational skills are essential.
