What the job involves

We’re looking for someone to join our in-house Film and Photography team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of video projects, working with a friendly, supportive, and talented creative team.

You’ll focus on editing a wide range of content, from event promotions and social media clips to documentaries and campaign films. Beyond editing, you'll also be an integral part of our shoots, helping with everything from monitoring camera feeds to assisting with basic production duties and managing equipment. You'll also play a crucial role in keeping our team's processes and systems running smoothly, including assisting with administration and managing our Digital Asset Library.

You'll have the chance to collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to bring incredible stories to life, so strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit are essential.

What we want from you

We’re looking for a Video Content Editor who is confident using Adobe Premiere Pro to edit video content and have experience in colour grading and audio restoration. You’ll have a good understanding of creating content for different channels, especially social media formats, and be organised, reliable, and happy to pitch in across editing, shoots, and administrative tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the organisation are essential, as is a good eye for detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines. Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a small, busy creative team are also key, as is being a self-starter who's happy to take initiative and hit the ground running.

It would be great if you also have experience shooting film and/or photography, particularly at small events, knowledge of social media video formats and optimisation, and basic motion graphics or animation skills using Adobe After Effects.

Join Oak Hill College's Facilities and Site Team

Oak Hill College is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Facilities and Site Administrator toprovide vital administrative and coordination support across our estate, accommodation, and facilities services.

Reporting directly to the Facilities & Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day systems that keep our site compliant and efficient. About the Adopt a School Trust
Founded in 1990, the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts’ Adopt a School Trust is a national charity delivering food education in schools. The Adopt a School team, members of The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, and those in the hospitality industry trained by us, work with schools with the aim of passing on their passion and expertise. Our vision is that every child learns about food in a holistic sense and has the confidence to eat well, be healthy and happy. Our programme helps children to develop healthy eating habits and encourages an enthusiasm and interest in food and cooking, as well as giving an insight into the hospitality industry.

About the role
In August 2025 we completed the initial phase of implementing the charity’s first CRM system, Beacon. It marks the beginning of an exciting phase of development for the charity that will continue through to the end of 2028 and include other projects to significantly modernise and improve our operations.

A further period of Beacon implementation will follow throughout the 2025-26 academic year. The CRM and Programme Administrator is a new role, created primarily to fill a pressing need for extra admin and office support. However, there is potential for the role to grow alongside the charity’s ongoing digital transformation.

Our CRM system is heavily customised to meet the unique requirements of the Adopt a School programme. Due to the often-complex nature of facilitating relationships between busy schools and hospitality professionals, our system is only lightly automated at present, but this may change in future.

The successful applicant will join a small and friendly team, working closely with our CRM, Learning and Engagement Manager to coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the Adopt a School programme. Other colleagues and key collaborators include:

• our team of Regional Chefs
• the chefs and hospitality professionals who volunteer their time and expertise to deliver sessions in schools
• the schools who participate in our programme
• our fundraisers, supporters, partners and suppliers

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main duties

To coordinate the Adopt a School programme for active schools, chefs and volunteers. Responsibilities to include:

• Monitoring a shared Outlook inbox, responding to enquiries about the programme and liaising with schools, chefs and volunteers to coordinate sessions.
• Setting up school subscriptions and sessions in the CRM as they’re confirmed.
• Using third party tools (such as Google Forms and SurveyMonkey) to collect registration forms, onboarding information, safeguarding data and evaluation surveys.
• Sharing allergy information and photo permissions with chefs and volunteers.
• Ordering hats, aprons and other classroom resources to be delivered to schools, chefs and volunteers.
• Preparing bookkeeping information for schools that need to be invoiced.
• Processing applications and expressions of interest from new schools and volunteers.
• Maintaining a waiting list of prospective schools and volunteers.
• Responding to routine and ad hoc requests for data, programme insights and reports.
• Maintaining CRM system integrity by performing data cleansing, troubleshooting and bug fixing tasks as required.
• Assisting in continuously reviewing the CRM system, offering ideas to maximise its capabilities and further enhance our systems and processes.

Additional duties

To regularly research and roll out solutions to common operational challenges, in particular ones that relate to data, tools and technology. Examples may include:

• Options for exporting CRM data to third party map and calendar apps.
• Methods for setting up an efficient and scalable assets library.
• Best use of AI tools and technology for supporting our work.

Ad hoc duties:

• Occasional support and attendance at in-person events including volunteer training sessions, industry expos and fundraising dinners.

Hours: 35 hours per week (with occasional weekend and evening working as and when the role requires)

Location: This is a hybrid role, with regular travel required across the North Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire regions, including visits to our charity shops and centres. Job summary

We are looking for a proactive, confident and supporter-focused fundraiser to build and manage relations with JGDR’s local community across North Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire.  Working with the Volunteering and Community Fundraising Manager, you will deliver a strategy to grow income and volunteer numbers from the local community. This is a varied role which will cover:

· Stewarding and recruiting supporters undertaking their own fundraising activities, including those taking part in challenge events

· Organising & attending local events to raise awareness and income

· Proactively approaching and working with local &national businesses

· Recruiting and overseeing a network of volunteers who can support income generation in your local area. This role would suit a target-driven, approachable and resourceful fundraiser with ambition and drive – there is plenty of opportunity to make this role your own and drive forward growth in these crucial income streams.

Your role

You will sit in the Volunteering and Community Fundraising team, and report to the Volunteering and Community Fundraising Manager. You will manage your own time to effectively balance both developing and stewarding relationships with individual and corporate supporters in the local area and working through a network of volunteers to deliver fundraising and retail objectives.

You will develop and grow strong relationships with supporters, collaborating with colleagues across the wider organisation to ensure you are offering the best supporter experience you can. You will attend local events with, and through, volunteers, work with colleagues in our retail and operation sites, and spot other opportunities to promote JGDR in your community and drive support for our work.

You will deliver excellent stewardship to supporters and volunteers and develop relationships with key local contacts who can help to further JGDR’s mission. You will champion supporter care and ensure that all relevant supporter information is stored on JGDR’s CRM, Donorflex.

Key responsibilities

Community fundraising

· Identify, engage, and steward DIY and community fundraisers, developing strategies to promote fundraising activities in these groups and grow income from your local area

· Proactively pursue local business partnership opportunities, developing a pipeline of potential corporate support and making applications to secure support

· Provide high quality stewardship of supporters, groups and businesses within the community, responding to enquiries in a timely way and ensuring relationships are developed and maintained at a high standard

· Represent JGDR as the first point of contact within the community, promoting our mission, vision, and values alongside fundraising and volunteer opportunities

· Ensure that Donorflex is up-to-date and develop regular reporting mechanisms to inform the Volunteering and Community Fundraising Manager of outputs and results, and support understanding of the local audiences, including individual supporters, local businesses, and volunteers, and their historical engagement with the charity

Volunteering

· Work with the Volunteering and Community Fundraising Manager and Volunteering Administration Assistant to recruit, induct and train volunteers to support fundraising and other relevant initiatives in the local community

· Via volunteer support, oversee the distribution of collection boxes in your local area, monitoring and reporting on income generated

· Coordinate and attend – supported by a network of volunteers – key local events, e.g. county shows, to raise awareness of JGDR in the local community and drive support for the charity amongst target audience groups.

· Ensure JGDR retail shops, and their volunteers, in your area have relevant and timely information on current fundraising campaigns and other initiatives to share with customers

· Ensure that the Volunteering database, Volunteero, is up to date

Other duties

· Contribute content for social media, fundraising newsletters, publications and local media to support marketing objectives and increase our engagement with adopters, supporters and donors online

· Keep up to date with sector trends and developments in community and regional fundraising, and volunteering

· Ensure all fundraising activities and events operate within best practice and regulatory guidelines and comply with health and safety requirements.

· Act as a champion for fundraising compliance across the organisation, including ensuring adherence to the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice, the General Data Protection Act and PECR, and other relevant legislative requirements.

· Manage any complaints from supporters efficiently and sensitively

· Act as a collaborative role model to the wider team, and build strong working relationships with colleagues across the wider charity to be an internal ambassador for Fundraising and Marketing

Westway Trust is seeking a highly motivated Caretaker who will be passionate about developing and maintaining high standards of security and presentation of buildings across the 23 acres of estate, to ensure continuity of the use of the buildings and grounds for tenants and community use. This role will be critical to ensuring management of a vibrant, diverse and thriving estate.

You will be an enthusiastic individual with a good level of customer service who will have the ability to deal confidently with tenants and the general public.

Key responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:

• Responsible for light maintenance and housekeeping duties across the Trust’s buildings and estate.
• Perform simple repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
• Conduct security checks of the Trust’s properties across the estate, involving opening buildings and locking all doors and windows when not in operation.
• Inspecting buildings, including heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order.
• For the general upkeep of buildings, sourcing, booking and supervising contractors for minor repairs working with the Facilities Team.
• Work with the Grounds & Gardens team to ensure Westway Trust’s land remains clean and tidy at all times (fly-tipping/bins/parking).
• Liaising with colleagues to assist in the unit base parking operations.
• Monitoring of bin collections and cleaning and re-arranging as required.
• Preparing rooms for meetings and events, including the moving of equipment such as tables and chairs.
• Liaising with Events Team to deliver support to events.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
• Three years of working with a property team or as a caretaker or in a similar role.
• Electrical and plumbing experience and / or qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Painting/decorating experience is desirable but not essential
• Good understanding of technical information, building construction and design.
• Practical ability to use and maintain tools.
• Experience of working in public open spaces.
• Good people management relationships.
• Have good time management, organisational, communication and administrative skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient at managing databases and programmes.
• Experience of handling anti-social behavior matters.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

The Lead Coach is primarily responsible for overseeing the training room and group sessions with young people. You will help shape the training environment and will confidently adapt and deliver materials and sessions to work within the group’s development towards work readiness.

Delivery of Spear Programme - Group and 1:1 coaching [60%]

• Preparing and coaching Spear Foundation sessions and 1-1s, ensuring that young people are engaged, retained and work-ready by the end of this initial phase of the programme.
• Building relationships with young people on the programme and managing culture, and attitudes in the training room.
• Adapting the Spear coaching material according to the needs of the Trainees and managing behaviour effectively.

Delivery of Spear Career [20%]

• Delivering weekly Spear Career sessions (including running workshops with past Trainees), maintaining records and reporting on statistics, and creatively developing ongoing relationships with Spear Trainees.

Training the Asssistant Coach [10%]

• Contributing towards the training and developing of the Assistant Coach by modelling excellent coaching and giving regular feedback.

Trainee recruitment [10%]

• Developing relationships with Job Centres and local referral agencies to ensure that the maximum number of Spear Trainees are enrolled on each programme. This involves liaising with referral agencies, active face-to-face recruitment and monitoring recruitment statistics.

Continuous professional development

• Continually engaging in professional development, including being part of Resurgo’s wider coaching programmes and supporting the Church Partnerships Managers with overall team training and development.

Finance Coordinator is a new role to support our expanding services.

This newly created role will form part of our Finance Team. As a member of a small but dynamic team, you will work closely with the Senior Finance Officer and Head of Finance. Your role will be critical to our success, with your principal responsibilities including:

Programme Delivery Officer role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Programmes Team as a Programme Delivery Officer. PDOs are responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of First Give in up to 50 schools, ensuring smooth running of the programme, providing guidance and troubleshooting for the Lead Teachers.

The role is home-based, in Yorkshire, with regular travel to schools across the county and occasional forays to schools in the North-West. Several times a year travel will be required to London, where our office is based.

Key responsibilities

• Provide logistic and programme support to teachers delivering the First Give programme at their school, including but not limited to:
