Job Purpose:
Assuming the role of Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to Executive Director, the executives of the orginisation and the Hope Together shop. The primary responsibilities of this position will include serving as an Executive PA to Executive Director, administrative assistance to Ops manager, managing customer correspondence, managing online shop orders, upkeep and analytics reporting, as well as other general project administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Customer service (Phones, Office Email, and Admin email) ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, complaints, and requests for information.
- Funder and partner relational correspondence and maintenance.
- Provide general administrative support for the Hope office team including, but not limited to, record keeping, filing, meeting hosting, and monthly prayer emails.
- Organizing and managing weekly team prayer-parti
- Executive assistant work to Executive Director including, managing schedule, organising appointments and meetings, and arranging travel.
- Team, partner, and board meeting management, including keeping minutes, arranging meetings, and actions point.
- Office management assistance including supply ordering and credit card expense tracking.
- Ownership of online shop management including preparing regular reports, inventory management, order processing, and ensuring timely and accurate product listings.
- Gathering monthly websites and social media analytics.
- Undertaking any other duties necessary to support the smooth operation of the executives' and the overall success of Hope within the scope of the Employee's abilities and qualifications.

This role will deliver Kidney Care UK’s Patient Support and Advocacy service in the region. This varied role deals with every aspect of a patient’s life that supports better outcomes: welfare benefits, practical, emotional and social support. The Online Product Lister (Known internally as eCommerce Online Sales Executive) plays a vital role in generating income for Scope to support disabled people and their families. A key part of this role is listing a variety of donated items for sale via Scope’s online selling channels.
Location: Scope’s Ecommerce Hub - Westlink Business Park, Salford, M50 1BX.
Fixed term for 6 months, 16 hours per week.
The hub operates from 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
Some evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working will be required in line with Ecommerce Hub operating hours.

The role
The Online Product Lister is responsible for completing high quality listings through accurate photography and detailed descriptions. The role will involve listing a variety of different products including home and garden, clothing and seasonal cards and items. Product market research and price checking are also key responsibilities of this role.
About you
You will have:
- Good communication skills, including the ability to write copy and create high quality listings.
- The ability to research products online and work to daily targets.
- The role requires continuous manual handling of stock in volume, daily. It will require a reasonable level of fitness and exertion, including carrying stock on a regular basis.

Our Youth and Community team based at our North Bristol Hub in Lawrence Weston are looking for a special, talented, and adaptable Youth Worker, to help us strengthen and sustain our range of community and targeted youth programmes across Lawrence Weston, Shirehampton, Sea Mills, Henbury and Avonmouth. You will work alongside our Lead Youth Worker to:
· design, plan, and deliver weekly open access session for young people in Lawrence Weston
· deliver high quality 1:1 service through our Bridging programme across North Bristol
· deliver innovated activities for young people in the community in line with the city-wide Youth Vision.
We are looking for individuals who have:
· Experience of working alongside other statutory and voluntary organisations.
· Able to work a minimum of two evenings per week.
· Previous experience in implementing youth programmes.
· Knowledge of safeguarding practices with young people.
While a relevant qualification in Youth & Community Work would be desirable, we are open to applicants with significant experience instead.
