  • Confident, resilient, and able to coordinate complex event logistics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to the wellbeing of the clergy community

Key Responsibilities

  • Add weekly bank donations to Salesforce and reconcile monthly income
  • Lead on thanking supporters (managing emails/cards)
  • Assist with legacy giving administration
  • Support prospect research for fundraising
  • Liaise with Finance Team on income and gift processing

2. Events – Logistics and Administration

  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and name badges using CRM
  • Act as point of contact for event bookings and assist with seating plans
  • Provide on-site support at events (registration, hospitality, donor care)
  • Post-event coordination including post-event feedback

3. Communications and Digital Engagement

  • Monitor and manage team inboxes
  • Assist with social media management including DMs, replying to comments, and content creation
  • Oversee logistics of print advertising (bookings, invoicing, transfer of creative files)

4. General / Team Support

  • Maintain inventory of fundraising/event materials

  • Provide general admin support and contribute creative ideas

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a broad-scope role to development their skills in comms, engagement, events and fundraising in a high-performing team.
