Job description

We are looking for someone to join our Senior Leadership Team, providing strategic direction overseeing the delivery and quality of our services, ensuring continuous improvement.  You will ensure effective and evidence-based service models, building strong and credible relationships with partner organisations and key stakeholders, to influence the development of our services. 

You will set and communicate a clear vision for the quality and safety of our work and housing provision, driving by our values and strategic priorities as well as develop and maintain key strategic partnerships to support our strategic priorities and influence plans.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the people who access our services, working towards a safe home, better life and fairer future for everyone.

The role requires:

  • Experience in a senior management/leadership role within a health or social care organisation
  • Significant experience of developing high performing teams
  • Proven track record of building productive, senior level partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience of performance management of high value contracts and funded services
  • A strategic mindset and experience of leading and managing change
  • Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience in the charitable sector
