The People and Governance Coordinator is responsible for offering high level People team support, ensuring effective and efficient ways of working across the organisation and contributing to a positive employee and candidate experience.
The purpose of this role is to have oversight of all People team administrative processes and offer support to employees and managers. This role will also provide high-level administrative support to the Board of Trustees. You will support the smooth and efficient operation of our Board and its sub-committees, to ensure excellent governance is maintained.

At Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, we’re proud to house one of the largest and most successful fundraising and alumni engagement teams outside of the Central University. We’re seeking a driven and globally-minded Alumni Networks and Groups Manager to help shape and lead our international alumni engagement strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening our alumni relations programme—building meaningful lifelong connections between Oxford Saïd and our 18,000+ alumni and elumni across the world.
As Alumni Networks and Groups Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the strategy for our global alumni Chapters, Ambassadors and special interest groups. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of international volunteer leaders, support the growth of key alumni communities and coordinate global engagement activities aligned with Oxford Saïd’s strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global engagement strategy for alumni Chapters, Ambassadors and alumni groups.
- Cultivate, support and manage a portfolio of 20+ international alumni chapters and 70+ individual volunteers.
- Act as a key liaison for global alumni leaders, offering guidance, sharing best practices and ensuring alignment with School strategy.
- Coordinate and support global alumni events, often in partnership with faculty and senior leadership.
- Contribute to internal reporting, communications strategies and volunteer recognition programmes.
You will bring substantial experience in managing international volunteer networks with a strong strategic focus on alumni relations. You will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills across global audiences, alongside proven expertise in project management, budgeting and ROI analysis. Strong organisational abilities, diplomatic acumen and cultural sensitivity are also essential.
You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK.

The Community and Partnerships Lead is a varied, fast-paced and creative role, ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, building community, and proactively contributing to REUK’s growth and mission.
As part of the Operations Team - which empowers the effective delivery of our work with young refugees - you will need a practical, imaginative, and solutions-focused mindset, strong administrative and organisational skills, and an energetic, values-led and people-centred approach to your work.
The successful candidate will be the helpful and friendly first point of contact for all those engaging with REUK - from team members, young people and building users to supporters, partner organisations, and press. As the public relations lead and the Operation Team’s focal point, you’ll take an eager interest in the full scope and reach of REUK’s work so that you can resolve and triage enquiries, develop beneficial and positive connections, and deliver appropriate solutions and support.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience of those who use The Lighthouse (REUK’s home in NW10). You will take joy in hosting people and facilitating events and will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for ensuring that the building is a welcoming, well-functioning, and hospitable environment for staff, tenants, young people and visitors alike.
Alongside practical tasks like liaising with contractors, setting up spaces for different user groups and day-to-day troubleshooting, you’ll take a lead on business development - including by designing and implementing a marketing strategy, networking with multiple diverse communities, and managing venue bookings - to ensure that The Lighthouse is widely known and used to its full potential.
