- Manage acquisition campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels (digital, lead generation, DRTV, telemarketing, face-to-face).

The Role
Corporate partnerships provide a vital source of income at Greenhouse Sports. The priority for the Corporate Partnerships Team is to further grow income, with an ambitious target of £1.1 million in 2025/26 - a 30% increase on the previous year.
The Corporate Development Manager will play a critical role in realising this new income, whilst diversifying the pipeline and strengthening existing relationships through superior cultivation and stewardship.

The Person
The Corporate Development Manager will play a vital role in the continued growth and development of corporate income, with the majority of their time dedicated to sourcing new business.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Identifying and qualifying new partnership leads that demonstrate clear value alignment with Greenhouse Sports, building a substantial pipeline that you will own and drive forward.
- Planning, developing and delivering cultivation journeys for strong leads to secure five- and six- figure corporate partnerships.
- Leading on meetings with new business prospects.
- Designing and creating partnership proposals, presentations and/ or pitches for potential new partners.
- Leading on the renewal of existing five- and six- figure partnerships, developing clear stewardship plans that strengthen relationships and maximise opportunities for growth.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams across the organisation.
- Excelling at use of our CRM (Beacon) and ensuring it’s kept up-to-date.

About the role
You will work cross-functionally to break down silos, develop an integrated digital strategy, and rapidly scale up our digital activity to meet our fundraising growth ambitions. You’ll support across teams with testing and innovating new products and propositions.
This role will require a digital strategist with experience across the mix – from mobilisation and campaigning to fundraising and supporter experience. A keen eye for analysis and an audience-led approach, enables you to look beyond any one function or objective to drive growth; be that income, impact or engagement. You’ll have ample experience and/or knowledge of a wide variety of digital platforms and tools including CMS systems, Google Analytics, PowerBi, Impact Stack/Engaging Networks, MailChimp, social media and Adwords.

The Role – Individual Giving Assistant Manager
The Fundraising Department of Chester Zoo, a major wildlife charity, with a mission of Preventing Extinction works to secure income which contributes towards the delivery of our strategic development plan and ambitious conservation plan, helping to ensure nature can survive and thrive.
Reporting to the Fundraising & Philanthropy Lead and working with the wider Fundraising team, the Individual Giving Assistant Manager will lead on securing and managing small to medium donations from individuals. This includes our newly created Patron Scheme, multiple fundraising campaigns and all challenge events for the zoo (including Run for Nature).
We are looking for a proactive and conscientious individual who will take a data led approach to raise money in effective and creative ways, working with our Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Data and Insights Manager to identify patterns and drive donations through individual giving. They will also manage and drive revenue through onsite giving mechanisms including in-memory, naming opportunities and point of sale giving – all whilst helping to strengthen our supporter base and foster their long-term relationships with the zoo.
They will work across the organisation to support our team of conservationists and scientists at Chester Zoo to engage, train and support targets within our strategically important field, education and science led projects.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Fundraising Strategy: Help to develop and implement new plans to continue to grow our Individual Giving income led by the Fundraising & Philanthropy Lead
- Prospect Development: Work with our Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Data and Insights Manager to identify patterns in giving using data from our CRM and drive donations through appeals and public campaigns across the organisation
- Donor Cultivation and Stewardship: Develop an annual programme of stewardship and contact opportunities
- Campaigns: Develop and deliver engaging campaigns across multiple channels (direct mail, digital, email, on-site) aiming to grow a sustainable donor base. Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using data to optimise and drive continuous improvement and donor retention
- Onsite Giving: Maximise onsite giving opportunities including naming around animal habitats and our newly installed Celebration Tree, alongside site wide donation boxes, point of sale items, round-up giving and contactless. Working with the Fundraising Administrator to include coordinating collections, reviewing messaging, reporting and identifying areas for improvement
- Event Management: Work across the organisation to create engagement and stewardship opportunities through events and experiences as the role requires

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
Beacon is now in its second decade and has grown substantially over the last three years, including a rebrand and expansion into international projects. To support this growth, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and intuitive Admin & Operations Officer to help ensure the smooth running of our daily activities and core functions.
This varied role spans many aspects of our work, from administration and resource management to supporting the systems and tools that keep Beacon working efficiently. You’ll work across the charity, supporting our executive leadership, projects teams, and fundraising activities, as well as and ensuring colleagues have the information and resources they need to deliver for our beneficiaries.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the charity and in supporting senior staff. As you settle into the role, you’ll have opportunities to develop skills in areas such as financial management, executive support, relationship management, stewardship, or project logistics, depending on your interests and the charity’s needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an early stage of their career, with full training and support provided. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organisational administration
- Lead on day-to-day operational processes to ensure the efficient running of the organisation.
- Provide executive support to the CEO and COO, including diary coordination, scheduling, and meeting logistics.
- Oversee internal financial processes, including processing expenses and invoices, documenting charity income and outgoings, ensuring accurate record keeping, and liaising with our external accounting team.

About the role
This role will be responsible for providing business support for the directorate to support effective leadership and streamlined ways of working across Income Generation.
The postholder will support the operation of the Income Generation Leadership Team (IGLT) and assist in various aspects of organisational administration and development. It will support IGLT to define and shape priorities and support implementation of priority initiatives. By sharing your skills, time and expertise with Shine, you’ll be contributing to the growth of an ambitious and rapidly growing charity, while also gaining insights into the challenges and opportunities that this presents. We are happy to fund relevant training, within our budget guidelines, and to provide opportunities for professional development and growth.
In addition to your salary, you’ll receive regular pension contributions (currently 3%, as mandated by the UK Government) and access to a cycle-to-work scheme.

We want every adult in their 20s, 30s and 40s diagnosed with cancer to know they’re not alone, and to have the support, knowledge, and confidence to navigate whatever cancer throws their way.
Mission
There’s never a good time for a cancer diagnosis, but in your 20s, 30s or 40s there are challenges to navigate, like work, dating, finances and more. We’re here to help you deal with everything that your diagnosis brings, before, during and after treatment, and to welcome you into our community.
