Who are we looking for?
You will be a determined and passionate individual who wants to make a real difference to critically injured patients in London. You will have experience in developing and delivering robust supporter engagement, acquisition and retention campaigns.
The purpose of the Senior Direct Marketing Officer’s role is to deliver and evolve the acquisition and retention strategy, inspiring the people of London to become long-term supporters of the Charity.
Working closely with the Senior Direct Marketing Manager, you will manage campaign activity, from briefing through to execution, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement within the programme, particularly with regards to retention and delivery of the supporter journey.
You will be responsible for multi-channel donor acquisition, retention, upgrade and cross-sell campaigns across digital channels, print, telephone and provide occasional support to our successful Face to Face programme. You will take ownership of the delivery of our supporter journey for our regular donors, cash, lottery and raffle players – with huge scope to make a big impact in this area.
The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. Although the post is based at Mansell Street, LAA offers a hybrid working arrangement.

We are looking for a talented fundraiser, ideally with a background in the cultural sector to join the Gardens, Libraries & Museums (GLAM) Team within the Development and Alumni Engagement team of the University of Oxford.
In this role in any given week you might see a dodo, extraordinary thousand-year old Chinese ceramics, insects collected by Darwin, the first scientifically described dinosaur and drawings by John Ruskin, as well as work on projects involving saving the largest flower in the world or supporting world-leading restitution work.

About the role:
Your role will include fundraising to support the various institutions, working with individuals, trusts and corporations. You will be responsible for a portfolio of donors, including prospecting and stewardship. As part of the wider GLAM fundraising team, you will also be responsible for delivery of stewardship events and get involved with wider appeal activities. You will work with curators and Directors in the various institutions and have the opportunity to frame appealing projects to present to prospects.

Main responsibilities
- Provide a professional friendly welcome to all visitors and residents arriving at Hillbrook House and providing information on services and facilities available
- To deal with telephone enquiries and to put calls through to other staff, to take messages and to retrieve voicemail messages
- Ensure the visitor policy is complied with and the seen sheet is completed and kept up to date
· Collate, input and monitor data via various IT platforms
· Manage incoming client applications via guidance support and various IT platforms
· Complete and the keep the staff rota up-to-date and distribute to staff
· Filing and other administrative work as required
· Updating reception documents and maintaining contact folders
· To offer a helpful and supportive presence to residents and reporting of incidents
· Keeping tally on stock available and first aid items
· Cash transactions over the reception for resident rent and maintain accurate receipting and accounting of all monies and credit transactions taken whilst on duty, checking floats and reconciling the till at the end of the shift
- Ensure that all keys and equipment issued are signed for and are returned and stored as appropriate
- To provide administrative support for the housing team and to carry out general administrative tasks (using Microsoft Office and other platforms)
- To be responsible for the post at the weekend, ensuring incoming post is dated, and is distributed to appropriate staff and residents and that outgoing post is processed correctly

The role
As Marketing Executive, you’ll have a broad and varied role, working with our Marketing and Digital Manager to deliver Marketing and Communications projects at a critical time for the Football Foundation and for grassroots sports. Working within the Brand, Marketing and Communications Team, you’ll provide proactive support across all Marketing and Communications activity.
You’ll work with the team to plan and deliver impactful campaigns, including the creation of campaign launch presentations and coordinating campaign evaluations. The Role
Working within the Church Buildings Team, the Church Buildings Officer will be responsible for:
- Managing, processing, and assisting with DAC casework (including formal DAC site visits), providing pre-application advice, project management support, and managing the consultation processes with amenity societies
- Making recommendations to the DAC committee as necessary and utilising delegated authority to progress cases outside of the committee structure
- Supporting the Head of Church Buildings in proactive projects to ensure the long-term sustainability of churches within the Diocese
- Assisting in providing information, training, and guidance for parishes in all aspects of managing their churches.
About You
You will embrace the challenge that such a varied role brings, with an organised approach, and the ability to navigate differing stakeholder views, finding pragmatic solutions under pressure.
With a strong understanding of conservation philosophy, legislation, and techniques, and experience in providing advice to building users on the care, alteration, and management of historic buildings, you will play a key role in this small and hard-working team of conservation professionals. Your ability to problem solve and mediate will ensure that you are able to support parishes in utilising their church buildings and that the best possible outcome is achieved in a timely manner.
You will be flexible in your working style, with confident communication skills, and excellent organisational and monitoring abilities, handling a number of complex schemes at once and managing relationships with colleagues throughout the heritage sector.
You will be from an architectural, surveying, or conservation officer background with strong knowledge of conservation techniques and philosophy. Ideally, you will have or be willing to work towards IHBC (Institute of Historic Building Conservation) accreditation. A keen eye for detail and the skills to manage stakeholders will be essential.
You do not need to be a practising Christian or have a faith to work here - around 50% of staff are not practising Christians but are comfortable with the Christian ethos that underpins our work. However, all staff do have a desire to make a difference.

The Royal Air Force Museum is a national museum, a Government non-departmental public body (NDPB) and a registered charity, with two sister sites at London and Midlands. Our purpose is to share the RAF story, past, present and future - using the stories of its people and our collections in order to engage, inform and inspire. Purpose of the Collections Documentation Officer role is to:
The Museum is looking for an experienced Collections Documentation Officer to join the team at an exciting time as we progress our Strategy to 2030 and continue the development phase of a National Lottery Heritage Fund supported programme of investment at our Midlands site.
You will help to administer the preparation of our collections to move to a new storage facility as well as provide admin support to the Museum’s Collections Review and Transfer programmes. This role will be based at our Stafford site and will work across all three Museum sites as required. Working elsewhere in the UK and abroad may be necessary.
Key responsibilities of our Collections Documentation Officer include:
- Contributing to the administration of the Museum’s Midlands Development Programme and Cosford Master Plan, particularly supporting all stages of preparing and relocating the collections, including reports and statistics.
- Compiling, verifying and maintaining detailed and accurate records for Museum objects and Collections Management activities, ensuring conformity with Spectrum standards
- Reviewing documentation backlogs in support of the Midlands Development Programme
- Supporting in facilitating physical and electronic access to the collection and collections information via contributions to the Collections Review, Loans Review, Transfer and location coding projects
- Supporting in gathering and researching provenance and hazards information for objects within the collection, including digitisation of records

- Delivering Collections Management and CMS support to Museum staff and volunteers, including provision of forms and Object Numbers

What we are looking for in our Collections Documentation Officer:
- A relevant degree in conservation or equivalent experience
- Experience of working (paid or voluntary) in a museum or heritage organisation

The role
As Digital and Social Media Executive, you’ll have a broad and varied role, working with our Marketing and Digital Manager to develop and implement our digital and social media strategy at a critical time for the Football Foundation and for grassroots sports. Working within the Brand, Marketing and Communications Team, you’ll manage and maintain all our digital and social media channels and support the Marketing and Digital Manager in briefing agencies to create engaging content for our channels.
You’ll work with the wider team to plan impactful campaigns, and deliver the digital and social media elements and any email/CRM campaigns. You’ll also produce campaign analysis reports, including your insight, analytics and recommendations. Due to the breadth of the role and the variety of the projects, you can expect it to be an exciting role, with no two days the same.

What are we looking for?

You’ll be really creative, but you’ll also be organised, flexible, able to manage competing demands, and be confident managing a diverse portfolio of projects. You’ll also have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with a broad range of people.

What can we offer you?
The salary band for this role is £35,000 - £39,000 per annum, dependent on relevant skills and experience.

About the role
As Project Officer you will play a central role in the delivery of INTRAC’s consultancy assignments and grant funded projects.
