You will be taking up a permanent role as Centre Leader at one of our IntoUniversity centres in Nottingham. You will have responsibility for running your IntoUniversity centre, including managing your team, planning and delivering the programme, liaising with external stakeholders and meeting  IntoUniversity’s targets for delivery.

A substantial element of this role is delivering our education programme to children and young people aged 7-18, so you will need to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young people, including leading a class of 30 from the front, working with small teams of children and providing one-to-one support.

As a Rough Sleeping Outreach and Assessment Worker, you’ll play a vital role in our Street Outreach Service and the new 24-hour Assessment Centre. One night you could be out on the street engaging with people sleeping rough; the next day you might be welcoming someone to the centre, creating a support plan, and linking them to housing and health services.

What you’ll do

• Carry out late-night street outreach and day-time reception shifts as part of a rota.
• Build trusting relationships with people who are rough sleeping and help them move quickly into safe accommodation.
• Provide trauma-informed, person-centred support, including assessments, personalised action plans and follow-on help to sustain tenancies.

As our Senior PR Manager, you will lead the public relations function for WaterAid and work closely with the three senior media officers you manage, to drive sustainable change.

In this role, you will:

• Lead on developing and delivering innovative integrated, digital first PR campaigns that achieve impactful national, international, local and digital coverage, to support our fundraising and public engagement activities, build WaterAid’s profile, and align with wider organisational aims 

• Manage our media around our high-profile strategic partnerships to deliver media projects that meet shared objectives and help our partners become influencers in their sector to drive change 

• Work with the Celebrity and Influencer team to develop effective ways to work with high-profile supporters to build awareness of WaterAid and our work 

• Act as a media spokesperson for WaterAid as required, briefing journalists on and off the record and giving media interviews where necessary

This is an active role which requires a good level of physical fitness.  This will include setting up orchestral staging, moving musical instruments and setting up/packing away chairs. 

The role is such that good levels of flexibility will be required as a significant amount of the OAE concert work takes place outside standard office hours, with some early starts and late finishes.  The OAE operates a TOIL (time off in lieu) policy.

They are seeking a Director of Future Hospice – a strategic, visionary leader who will play a pivotal role in shaping their future direction. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees, you will lead transformation across the organisation to ensure they remain resilient, forward-looking, and sustainable. 

This unique role combines operational leadership, digital innovation, and commercial acumen.  

You will: 

• Lead their digital transformation, embedding technology, AI, and data-driven solutions across clinical services, income generation, and support functions. 

• Establish and chair the Future Hospice Board, driving innovation, horizon scanning, and long-term strategy development. 

• Work in partnership with system leaders across health, social care, academia, and the private sector to shape service models and infrastructure for the future. 

• Provide strategic leadership for IT and major change programmes, ensuring they deliver real impact for patients, families, and staff. 

• Champion their values of compassion, respect, integrity, and professionalism, and foster a culture of inclusivity, wellbeing, and continuous improvement. 

About you  

You will be a senior leader with significant experience of strategy design and delivery at board or executive level. You will bring: 

• A proven track record of digital innovation and transformation. 

• Strong financial, commercial, and change management skills. 

• The ability to inspire and influence at the highest levels, both internally and externally. 

• A collaborative and compassionate leadership style that builds trust and motivates teams. 

Experience within health, social care, or the charitable sector would be advantageous, but they are open to candidates from a wide range of backgrounds who can demonstrate the skills and vision to drive their mission forward.

Mission Without Borders International is embarking on a season of renewal and growth. We have successfully implemented a new CRM system across our 12 affiliates who are scoped with raising financial and prayer support. The next phase of our systems upgrade will involve rolling out the new CRM system to our 6 field country operations in 2026. And then a new finance system. All of this with the goal of creating dashboards of data which provide real-time insights into the mission’s consolidated financial position and inform strategic decision-making. It is into this exciting new stage of the Mission that we seek a Director of Finance.

You will be a Christian, qualified accountant with proven experience as an international finance leader, having implemented new systems and worked across multiple jurisdictions. Experience of the charity/humanitarian sector and an understanding of the complexities of in-country programme management would be beneficial. You will have an open and servant-hearted leadership style that leads through team building and a drive to see excellence delivered through strong and transparent working relationships. You will be passionate about our vision to reach people for Christ.
