You will have knowledge of gardening or horticulture and the confidence to plan and deliver engaging practical sessions with young people. Looking for a role where farming meets purpose? At Jamie’s Farm Bath, we’re looking for a passionate farming specialist to help young people take part in real, meaningful farming work as part of our therapeutic residential programme. Based at Hill House Farm, this role provides the crucial link between the farm and our visiting young people, planning and delivering farm-based jobs that build confidence, connection and a sense of purpose.
What is Jamie’s Farm? Jamie’s Farm is a charity that supports young people by combining therapeutic work, farming, and purposeful activities to help them thrive. Through residential visits to our working farms, we provide a nurturing environment where young people can reflect, build confidence, and develop the resilience they need to overcome personal challenges.
Known internally as ‘Farm Coordinator’
As part of our close-knit, values-driven team, you’ll work alongside young people during feeding rounds, farming tasks, mealtimes and evening activities, while helping to maintain the high standards of animal welfare we expect across our farms. The role also includes on-call responsibilities for animal emergencies and some weekend duties linked to house lets and site security.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Service Manager to oversee a number of Supported Living services across Bristol and South Gloucestershire with Milestones Trust.
We are seeking a motivated and proactive leader to inspire, manage and support a dedicated team of Service Coordinators and Personal Assistants. Together, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to people living in a range of independent and shared living environments, empowering them to achieve their goals, maximise their independence and live fulfilling lives within their communities.

Previous experience of service management is desirable and the expectation you will be successful in a CQC registration in due course.
You will be responsible for all aspects of your services, involved in assessment of prospective tenants, working with key stakeholders including local authorities, social work teams and primary and secondary healthcare teams in addition to building and fostering excellent relationships internally across Milestones Trust whilst achieving key objectives and financial stability for each service.
You will also lead your team to ensure all support plans, risk assessments and records are regularly reviewed and relevant, as well as leading team and 1:1 meetings with your staff.
