We support people who have survived torture and organised violence to rebuild their lives in exile, through an integrated programme of therapeutic and casework assistance. We are seeking an exceptional, values-driven operational leader to join us as Assistant Director of Clinical Operations, providing strategic leadership and oversight across our national portfolio of clinical services. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive and working as part of the senior leadership team, you will lead operational performance, governance, service transformation and quality assurance across Brook’s clinical services. Essential criteria
