About Us
Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.
The role of BOP spans project development (working with Government and others to design and launch the service), project management (coordinating the delivery phase, managing performance, and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (funding the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). Our own funding comes from a group of pioneering social investors, including The Office for Civil Society, Big Society Capital, Pilotlight, Trust for London, who, like us, are motivated by improving lives and changing the system for the better.
About the opportunity
The Single Homelessness Prevention Service (SHPS) works with individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, helping them to either find new accommodation or sustain their existing tenancies. The service is currently operating in three London boroughs and has received central government funding to expand further. SHPS is funded as an outcomes contract, where Councils only pay for the positive social outcomes achieved by clients. This approach allows for greater flexibility in how the service is delivered as there is no fixed service specification, with performance measured by the outcomes achieved.
The programme will take a person centred and holistic approach and provide a service that enables and empowers through training, coaching and sharing knowledge.
The programmes operate to deliver three key outcomes:
1. Creating a tailored personal housing and support plan
2. Delivering a housing outcome by preventing homelessness risk
3. Evidencing the long-term success and no risk to the tenancy at the eight-month point.
The structure
Single Homelessness Prevention Services commission local specialist charities to deliver the services with oversight from the operations lead. Your role will be to drive continuous improvement across the programmes, provide support and encouragement to achieve success, build local stakeholder relationships and develop strong links with relevant community organisations to drive performance and collaboration across the programme to drive performance and collaboration across the programme
The Operational Lead will report into the Programme Director.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
Support across the referral process (in partnership with the individual service managers of each Delivery Partner but with full oversite across the delivery partnership)
- Build strong operational relationships with relevant agencies to create effective referral pathways.
- Work closely with the Programme Director to provide details on referral activity and outline any issues which might need intervention. Ensure the referral target is met each month by delivery partners. .
Drive effective and authentic co-production and innovation across the partnership.
- Work with the Programme Director and delivery partners to ensure the voice of those who have experienced the programme is built into the design and continuous adaption of the programme.
- Identify challenges to achieving the intended outcomes and engage delivery partners adapt the delivery to overcome barriers. Make sure all these challenges, insights and learnings are shared and built upon across each of the delivery partners.
- Drive innovation across the service, through identifying and implementing what is working well and creating a culture of innovation with the delivery partners.
Community asset development and external relationship building
- Assist with embedding the programme pan London by promoting the programme to external agencies through presentations and attending meetings.
- Supporting the Programme Director on all operational and project management needs, including coordination of team activities, as well as organising/facilitating training for delivery partners across the programme
- Effectively manage and own operational relationships with Local Authority and Delivery partner teams.
- Provide a local presence, drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across the delivery partnerships.
- Be responsible with oversight from the programme director to drive/action effective use of the personalisation budgets available on the programme to facilitate needs and ambitions identified by each individual.
Impact Management & Analysis
- Ensure coaches and service managers are able to use the data system accurately and effectively. Provide additional support and answer questions when they arise on the system.
- Support the programme Director to provide consistent, data and reporting to all partners and stakeholders.
- Gather and analyse data to ensure trends can identify the driver of poor performance or required change to improve the service delivery.
- Support the Programme Director in producing reports and insights that aid decision making, and will be used to present back learning, impact and challenges.
About you
You will have the following skills, knowledge and competencies:
· Drive to be part of a positive change to improve people’s life chances.
· Desire to support a unique impact-led programme with a passion to make a positive difference to young people.
· Significant contract management experience, including management of multiple subcontracts with external organisations. Demonstrated ability of driving improved performance of external teams through effective contract management.
· Experience and skilled in working across partner organisations and in using data and insight to inform and enhance performance
· Excellent operational management skills, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing delivery of multiple areas of responsibility.
· Knowledge of working with a case management system, including monitoring and maintaining data and ensuring teams are effectively using systems.
· Strong communication skills with a collaborative and flexible approach to work
· Ability to develop and manage positive and collaborative relationships with many partners and stakeholders with different perspectives and interests.
· Ability to work independently and use own initiative to find solutions.
· Be prepared to attend London offices 3 days a week.
Desirable
· Knowledge of working within programmes which take a strength based and person-centred approach.

About the role
The purpose of this role is to support the Centre Manager in managing the facility known as SCTC Raleigh which is hosted at HMS Raleigh. We operate within and as part of HMS Raleigh, this requires significant co-ordination and liaison across the wider team at HMS Raleigh. The purpose of SCTC Raleigh is to facilitate and support the delivery of cadet training for all organisations of the Royal Navy Cadet Forces. This role is responsible for facilities management and health and safety reporting to the Centre Manager.
Responsibilities
· To support the Centre Manager to facilitate all activity hosted at the centre
· Lead on arranging all logistics in support of the centre’s activities
· Ensure the centres facilities are maintained appropriately
· Manage the routine health and safety records and actions for the Centre Manager
Requirements
· Strong administrative and organisational skills.
· Experience/knowledge of uniformed and/or youth organisations
· Experience working within the Military environment preferably Royal Navy.

Now in its second decade of operations, Inter Mediate is seeking a Projects Manager to join our small, specialised team to support our work on dialogue processes and sensitive negotiations, with a particular focus on Asia. Our work in Asia covers conflicts in South and East Asia.
The Projects Manager will be responsible for:
· Supporting and implementing Inter Mediate’s existing projects portfolio of peace talks and other high-level peace initiatives;
· Building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders in conflict and peace processes, mainly in South and East Asia.;
· Identifying and developing entry points for new projects;
· Monitoring and analysing political developments across areas relevant to Inter Mediate’s work;
· Preparing project proposals and budgets, narrative and financial reporting, and collecting evidence of project impact.
Specific responsibilities:
· Working with the relevant Project Directors to support the development, management and delivery of existing Inter Mediate conflict resolution and dialogue projects, with a geographic focus on South and East Asia;
· Developing and sustaining relationships with key partners and interlocutors, both directly and remotely, travelling frequently to project/meeting locations;
· Drafting meeting reports, note verbales, preparatory briefs and memos as required;
· Leading research necessary to deliver projects;
· Preparing programme budgets in consultation with relevant team members and ensuring timely and efficient financial planning and management;
· Managing relationships with key project donors, preparing donor reports and updates in coordination with the Operations Team and identifying and scoping additional funding opportunities and relationships;
· Managing complex logistical arrangements in relation to high level and sensitive meetings and dialogues;
· Working with the Projects Director on compiling project progress reports for senior management/trustees’ meetings; and
· Representation of Inter Mediate in external forums where appropriate.
Person Specification - Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Successful candidates would need to demonstrate:
· A masters degree in politics, conflict resolution and peacebuilding, international affairs, public policy or an equivalent subject. Relevant work experience (with a preferred focus on Asia) may be accepted in lieu;
· At least 6 years of work experience in conflict resolution or peace process support for a governmental, non-governmental or inter-governmental organisation, or an equivalent field such as diplomacy, humanitarian access, or international development;
· Experience of project management including finance/budgeting and reporting.
· Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage logistics in sensitive and high pressure situations;
· Evidence of strong cross-cultural interpersonal skills required in operating across multiple geographical and cultural contexts;
· Deep understanding of and interest in politics and conflict resolution in general and with a particular focus on South Asia;
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior interlocutors and IM’s partners;
· Proven experience of fundraising and management of donor relationships;
· Excellent English language skills and proven writing/drafting ability for a variety of audiences;
· Hindi/Urdu/Bengali/Chinese language skills would be highly desirable and an advantage for candidates;
· Ability and willingness to undertake regular international travel;
· Flexibility and adaptability to support the smooth running of a small team, and willingness to take an “all-hands-on-deck” approach when required.

About the role
CARE International UK is looking for a Programme Officer to provide administrative support within our Programme and Policy Department.
You’ll support the Women Lead in Emergencies (WLiE) team to deliver efficient and responsive technical services for the confederation by managing information and administrative systems for the team, including team travel, contracts and budget administration and logistical support for the WLiE Community of Practice. Purpose of This Role:
This is a key role within the NASP Operations team, providing exceptional support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) currently consisting of CEO, Executive Director of Strategy & Partnerships, and Director of Operations; as well as the Board of Trustees. In addition, the role will play a central role in driving best practice and efficiency across the organisation as part of the wider Operations team.
The role will support communication between NASP and our key stakeholders and partners (including government officials, ministerial departments, and international sector leaders), providing detailed administrative support, requiring a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work flexibly and proactively. Platform’s North Sea Workers’ Transition project is building towards a managed phase-out of oil and gas extraction in the UK North Sea. We’re organising for an energy industry that protects the rights and livelihoods of the current oil and gas workforce and directs wealth back to communities, especially those impacted by industrial change.
We have been working with offshore oil and gas workers and their unions for 5+ years. In 2023, we published a groundbreaking set of 10 demands for a just energy transition away from fossil fuels co-created with offshore workers: Our Power: offshore workers’ demands for a just energy transition. Since publishing the report we have launched public advocacy and media campaigns based on these demands - working alongside industrial trade unions, national and grassroots climate groups, and oil and gas workers. We coordinate a first-of-its-kind coalition of industrial unions and climate groups working together on national worker transition demands.
As living conditions continue to decline and the climate crisis deepens, we are looking for a motivated and creative campaigner, who is able to lead the next stage of the project, and who has a strong understanding of anti-oppression and energy justice.
About the role
The Worker Transition Campaigns Manager will work closely with our Worker Organiser and Public and Community Ownership Campaigner, supported by our Organising and Advocacy Lead, Research Lead and Communications Lead.
You will be responsible for strategising, project managing and delivering the project. Activities will look like:
