Job Summary 

The purpose of this role is to bring additional operational capacity to new church plants and partnerships. This role will work across multiple partnerships on a fixed term basis to support the operational set up of new partnerships, and leading on operational improvements where there are existing processes. 

This role will be pivotal in establishing sustainable operational excellence, allowing ministry teams to undertake missional work. 

Job responsibilities 

• Support new church partnerships and plants for a fixed term to develop strong operational functions.
• Work collaboratively with parish team members, scoping the operational needs that require supporting, reviewing or developing 
• Set-up new or review existing operational functions, including: HR and recruitment, finance, reporting, fundraising, buildings management.
• Develop digital and communications processes including website development and newsletter templates.
• Lead on development and implementation of volunteer and event management systems.
• Work with parish leaders to develop operational sustainability beyond the term of this role.
• Identify operational needs in support of missional activities, supporting missional project planning and project management.
• Support with partnership reporting processes as part of the Hackney and Islington funded programme.
• Develop a pipeline of income generation opportunities, including rental agreements and grant funding.
• Develop an operational toolkit of policies and best practice for future plants and partnerships

The Role

We have recently launched our new CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, and are looking for a CRM Manager to join an end user Charity in Central London. The Charity has a direct front end CRM user base of around 30 staff. It also has a power platforms bespoke portal for between 64-120 regional staff to login to, who contribute to the membership programme, creating new memberships and managing the renewals process which happens each year. It also has a power portals Donation portal which directly integrates to Dynamics 365 and Business central. This role is to support our internal staff (30) and external Staff (120) with the day to day activities ensuring business processes are fit for purpose and seek out possible improvements in the long term roadmap.

Key Functional Areas

• Data architecture– Lead on the review and structure of data on CRM.
• Systems Governance - Ensuring system best practices are followed, producing dashboards to identify common errors to follow up with users offering tailored training for common issues.
• Training and Support - training of new members, ongoing training and refreshing areas where common issues are found in regular training sessions all staff and portal users can attend.

About the role

We’re looking to recruit a Senior Finance Analyst to join a small team working in our Financial Planning & Analysis unit. The team work together to provide financial support and advice across a wide portfolio of programmes with a variety of funding sources.

As Senior Finance Analyst you will help support the financial management of projects, programmes and donor restricted funds. This will involve formulating and setting budgets, preparing financial reports and forecasts, and managing donor financial audit processes. · Accountancy experience & ideally part or fully qualified.

· Experience of preparing donor bids & reports, knowledge of donor rules and regulations for high-compliance donors would be an advantage.

· Significant experience of providing financial reports & information to non-finance staff & supporting them in the management of budgets.

· Experience of delivering against monthly recurring deadlines.

· Good knowledge of finance applications (preferably Business Central).

The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will lead and manage the Finance and Corporate Services functions, ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, and strategic planning. The Europe Regional Finance program has evolved out of our Financial Regulation and Policy Program that began in 2019 with a narrow focus on European central banks. Since then, we've expanded to shape financial regulation and policy globally to accelerate clean energy and create lasting systemic change in how public finance addresses climate challenges. You have experience working on public finance, fiscal policy, or industrial strategy. Group FP&A Manager | £450 - £500 per day (Umbrella) | Hybrid | London | 6-months +

For a large international organisation, we are recruiting an Interim Group FP&A Manager who will coordinate and produce consolidated financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. The Group FP&A Manager will contribute to planning activity and data across Finance, working closely with Regional Finance Directors to ensure consistency of all planning and forecasting. This role will report to the Director of Group Planning and Reporting and will lead, manage, and motivate a Financial Planning Analyst. This role is for a minimum of 6-months and could be extended.

Main Duties:

• Provide a financial planning, forecasting and management reporting service in the UK, Regions, and international business units across Group level.
• Deliver monthly MI reports
• Coordination and delivery of annual budget, quarterly forecasts and monthly re-forecasts
• Support multi-year planning
• Tracking and forecasting of financial KPIs
• Support the Director of Group Planning and Reporting in preparing reports for Exec on reporting and planning deliverables
• Lead continuous improvement of processes across monthly close, financial commentary and analysis and cash-flow forecasting

Procurement at the BFI is governed by Public Sector regulations procuring goods and services totalling on average £25m a year with all procurement over £10k in value managed by the Procurement team and as such the successful candidate will need to be experienced in public sector procurement.  Ideally, you will also be a generalist as the breadth of procurement at BFI is extensive, and you will demonstrate the skills to run both below and above threshold tenders with knowledge of frameworks. 

You will have:

• A Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Level 4 Diploma (CIPS) or degree or equivalent vocational training.
• Completed and implemented the government mandated modules training and obtaining a certificate of completion for the new Procurement Regulations (essential)
• Demonstrable experience in a Procurement department and good knowledge and understanding of UK Procurement legislation, including framework agreements and end to end tendering in practice.

About the Role
