What Will Your Typical Day Involve?

Delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents in collaboration with Registered Nurses
-
Assessing residents’ needs, observing and recording clinical observations, reporting changes in condition and implementing agreed care plans

Supporting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, mealtimes and hydration, maintaining dignity and choice at all times
-
Administering medications safely and accurately within your competency and in accordance with policy
-
Monitoring skin integrity and supporting wound care management, escalating concerns as needed

Assisting with clinical procedures including catheterisation, simple dressings and venepuncture (as trained and competent)

Supervising and guiding Health Care Assistants and Senior HCAs, ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards

Liaising with GPs, therapists and family members to ensure a joined-up, responsive care approach

Supporting residents and relatives with emotional and practical needs, including after-death care

Keeping clear, accurate and timely records using electronic systems
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an accountable and confident practitioner who:

Is registered as a Nursing Associate or has equivalent experience and training at Band 4 level

Has experience in a care home, community or similar healthcare setting

Has a good understanding of the clinical and emotional needs of older people

Is confident in recognising and escalating changes in residents’ health

Enjoys mentoring and supporting colleagues to develop their skills
-
Can remain calm under pressure, demonstrating sound judgement and leadership

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Is competent with basic IT systems and electronic care records

Base Hybrid working for the foreseeable future with regular attendance to the office, Pears Building, Pond Street, London, NW3 2PP:
o Tuesday to Thursday must be in our office
o Monday and Friday can be worked from home
The role
As the breadth and volume of our fundraising activity has grown over the last couple of years, an opportunity has arisen for a detail orientated and enthusiastic individual to join our database team. This role will be line managed by the Database Manager, with a dotted line to the Senior Database Officer to ensure the smooth running of our income processing activity, making a significant impact for the charity, and enabling excellent supporter care.
The team
Our dynamic fundraising department are preparing for an ambitious multimillion-pound campaign in support of a ground-breaking cancer centre on the site of the Royal Free Hospital. We pride ourselves on being a supporter focused and agile function, working at the heart of the charity to deliver impact for patients and staff across our hospitals.
Responsible for attracting and retaining donors, and delivering an outstanding supporter experience, the fundraising department comprises two teams which work closely together to achieve our shared objectives:
- Our Public Fundraising team harnesses the support and energy of individuals and groups, helping them to give back in the way that works for them. This includes committed giving, in memory support, gifts in wills, and fundraising events and challenges. Our Philanthropy and Campaign teams builds relationships with individual philanthropists, trusts, foundations, and corporate organisations which give, or have potential to give, £10,000 to the charity each year. They lead major appeal activity for the charity, currently focused on our exciting cancer campaign which is due to launch in 2025.
- Our database team sit within Fundraising, with their work underpinning and supporting the entire department.

This is an exciting time to join the fundraising team with significant growth across multiple income streams, including individual giving. This role will be integral to developing our individual giving programme to support the growth and sustainability of our income, whilst also driving supporter engagement. You will be responsible for the hospice’s direct mail campaigns and maintaining and developing strong relationships with donors to maximise income generation. The Training Administrator provides overall administrative support to Bild’s Workforce Development & Qualifications as well as being the first point of contact for Respond training, from enquiry through to the end of the training taking place and managing any issues that arise.
This includes general training enquiries, drawing up training contracting agreements, coordinating trainers, setting up training arrangements, collating evaluations, booking of trains and venues, and refreshments. About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to focus on three key areas; Salesforce Administration, training, and process documentation.
As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for Salesforce support and training across all staff in all 18 countries. They will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with our Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests.
With significant stakeholder engagement, they will help to develop a staff training programme for all countries and deliver both routine and ad-hoc training for new employees, new processes, feature changes, and upgrades.
Process documentation will need to be created for new, modified, and existing Salesforce/business processes along with details of third-party integrations and submitted change requests.
The role sits within the International Salesforce team, led by the Salesforce Developer and Product Owner. The team’s purpose is to be guardians of the organisations data and processes, supporting the rollout, maintenance, and extension, of our Salesforce platform and services. The Salesforce Developer and Product Owner reports to the International Chief Information Officer (CIO), who is responsible for leading MWB’s digital transformation and ensuring the successful implementation of several new digital, IT, and Salesforce initiatives.
Who we are looking for
You must be an exceptionally competent English speaker and have the right to travel to the UK and work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Switzerland or Ukraine.
You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP.
A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise incoming requests.
You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be excellent at customer service.
We are seeking an exceptional trainer who can plan and run online (or occasional in-person) training sessions and create detailed process documentation and training materials to accompany them.
